We always enjoy the food, service and ambiance at Morton's- consistently great. At this visit they had a special Wagyu tasting menu- the best pieces of meat I have ever tasted in my life.

Service is absolutely outstanding, and they will make me a customer firstly based on that. I noted it was our anniversary and they went all out with an amazing, secluded table, with a sign that said happy anniversary, even after I modified my reservation 3 times. Free dessert and a picture on them? Who does that these days? Morton’s does. Food was fantastic as well, although the NY strip for two is not on the same level as Luger’s or even Bryant & Cooper. But it was very good. Bacon was a favorite of mine. French onion soup was almost all the way there, I still recommend. Overall, they’ve made me a return customer. Looking forward to the next visit.

I made this reservation as it was our anniversary. I had requested a booth but when we arrived we were told that there was no booth available because someone had also asked for a booth so they could not let us have it although I thought there were others that appeared open We got a table and ordered drinks and then our food. There was a delay getting my wife’s wine but we continued to dine on the appetizer and salad Main course came and my wife asked for another glass of wine that came as we were almost finished with our food. (I was never asked if I wanted another drink as my empty beer glass was still on the table After another 10 minutes our server reappeared and asked if we wanted dessert. We ordered our dessert and my wife ordered her expresso. We sat unattended and although my wife often gets an after dinner cocktail we were never asked if we would like to have one We were waiting to ask for our check but couldn’t find our server. We finally got the attention of a woman standing against the wall and asked her to get our check. Our reservation was for 630 and we arrived early about 615. We didn’t walk out to get our car until approximately 840. We have been to Morton’s many times often for occasions such as birthdays graduations etc as well as to just go enjoy a good meal. This was the very first time that the service was absolutely horrible I had hoped that this would be the perfect end of a great day, instead of being a tremendous disappointment I don’t know if I could even convince my wife to try going there again If they would like to ask me directly you can provide them with my contact information Mark B Safford MD

Morton's had always been our favorite steak house, but no more. The service was great and the ambience was nice, but it was very dark and a bit noisy, despite dining ahead of the rush. (The waiter told us that if we had come after 6 p.m., the service would've been a bit less attentive because of the volume of people.) The food used to be AMAZING and worth every penny. But now it cost a lot of money for an average meal. My NY strip was more fatty than expected and had virtually no flavor. My Dad said his pork chop was good but not nearly as good as another steak house we patron. The inside of the baked potato was undercooked but the skin was very dry, and the Brussel sprouts and spinach/mushroom sides were just okay. Sadly, we were disappointed by the restaurant we'd praised for the last 35 years, and, with all the other options out there, I doubt we'll be returning any time soon.

Food was delicious and sharing was allowed. My daughter and I shared a crab cake and each of us ordered the lobster ravioli which was excellent. My husband and son had the Father's Day rib eye special which was rib eye with onion rings, also excellent.

I’ve been going to this location for years. The food was great but the service was not as good as it was before. The food took forever and we often were waiting for our waitress to come by the table.
