    Very shabby service. Below average food. Nothing exceptional or worthwhile. Probably one of the worst steak houses in NY. Went for Mother’s Day and had such a terrible time. Not service animal friendly. According to compliance laws the service dog must be on the floor but the floor was covered in food that could potentially be dangerous to the service dog. Some Staff was either incompetent at times or rude or both.

    Food came out cold, dirty plates and silverware, took 3 hrs. We were the last ones in the restaurant. Food came out hot cooked properly. Everyone else was served and were there well after us. We were celebrating birthdays and Mother’s Day and it was disappointing to say the least . We had one other great experience so we came back and it was a bust. Awful experience.

    As always, Mortons steps up and we had a beautiful Birthday and Mothers Day dinner. Staff was 2nd to none, as was the food and drinks. Great job, and I'll be back real soon!

    We had a wonderful experience as usual. Our drinks that Catherine suggested were on point. Our steaks were made to perfection as always, as was the rest of our sides. Thank you Morton’s for another great dining experience and thank you Catherine (Cat) for always knowing what we like and how we like it. See you all soon.
