Service good, too much noise for a business meeting (even a 6:30P). Everything was a tad above average except my $50.00 strip steak. It was full of unappreciated stringy connection cords. In front of my business associates I decided not to send it back.

Well, the night started off with a great Manhattan at the bar for Happy Hour. I complimented the bartender who then said do you want another and I said ok, the 1st one was so good. He said the second one would be even better. Well the 1st one was $9 and the 2nd was $25. I said to him, if I ordered the house boubon for the 1st drink, why would you think that I would want to spend $16 more for the 2nd one. He did correct the check. My husband had gone to the hostess stand around 7:15 to tell them we were here for our 7:30 reservation and they said they would not be able to seat us early. He said, ok, we'll be in the bar. At 7:30 we went back to the hostess who then said that it would be another 15 mins. We had already lost our seat at the bar, so we had to stand in the entry. They never checked us into Open Table, which I learned later that night.
We hadn't been to Morton's in many years and forgot that they only had bread with onions. My husband is allergic and we asked if there was any other bread available. The bus person came back and said no. I said that I would like the bread, which I waited for 20 mins for and had to ask 3 times.
We shared a 12 oz filet and huge baked potato. The wine selection is pretty pricey, but I had a glass of Red Blend for $17 that was OK at best. The steak was superb. Probably one of the better steaks that we have had.

Our overall experience left us wishing that for over $120, we would have had a better experience. Not a great night, but we really did enjoy the food.

Staff could not manage the very busy night. Seating was late for reservation time - maybe overbooked?
Food took a long time and arrived only “warm”.
Short rib was actually still frozen! Sent back and was still frozen at center when returned. I could not eat it.
Manager was unpleasant and had an attitude!

It took over 2 and half hours for our food to come out in which the waiter only came to our table about three times the whole night. He was also very sarcastic and said if we needed him we could yell for him or wave him down. The food was only okay. During our time here 2 other groups of people walked out of the restaurant due to the miserable experience. Go to capital grille.

Excellent food and service made birthday celebration special with printed birthday menus and photos of us with guests what a nice personal touch. Food and service excellent too so recommend for a special occasion!

Fantastic consistent service. I have never been disappointed in my trips to The Morton Steakhouse. Servers are well versed on the menu items and have always been very friendly and professional. Restaurant is clean and you understand the price based on the atmosphere. The steaks are fantastic.

Great first experience. Food and service both top notch. Crab cakes a definite choice. Appreciate seeing the manager in charge mingling in the dining room making sure the diners were happy with their meals.

We asked for a booth in a quiet area. This doesn't really exist at this location because you can hear the bar from anywhere in the restaurant. I'm writing that so if look for that, it's not here. We had such an amazing meal in Boca last month that we came back Morton's on our trip to Ft. Lauderdale. This time we had the bone in cowboy ribeye. We think wr died and went to heaven with each bite. Flavorful, great cut, succulent... perfection. We also tried the chocolate lava cake. Food heaven. Worth every bite.
