   I go to Morton’s a few times a year. Been to many steak restaurants but I like this one the most. Food, service, ambience, staff, and dining experience is consistently excellent.

   I have never had a bad meal at Morton’s. And our server, JB (?) was terrific! Attentive, informative, chatty and fun. Not sure if his name is JB or JP. In any case, we were in a third booth from the kitchen at 8:00 if that helps. It is expensive, but worth the money. And their happy hours are great.

   We had an excellent experience with Edward. He was extremely cordial and accommodating. He had a very genuine personality and he made our experience very enjoyable, especially given the fact that we had a very late reservation. A+ customer service and the young lady working at the bar, along with the manager, were also very nice! Thanks for a good experience 😊

   We knew it was an expensive restaurant, however, to charge extra for a sauce for a steak is a little over the edge. Additionally when you order a steak and you are asked if you want a small lobster to go along with it and then charged $55 extra for it is over the edge. It was my husbands birthday and a small dessert was served with a candle. That's fine, but never asked what you like, wasn't complimentary as a charge of $15 was added on the check for it. The bill came to $330 for 2 plus the gratuity which included just one drink for myself. I just think it would have been good business at that price to comp the birthday dessert. Our waiter was excellent and was very nice plus didn't rush our food.

   Outstanding experience. Went for a birthday and they had a card immediately, and surprised us with a picture printed right there. Service was outstanding, food delicious. It’s been a while since we’ve experienced this kind of service, and it was most appreciated

   Our server, Ed, was knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. We enjoyed having him "with" us for our Easter holiday dinner. His timing of each interaction and ability to anticipate a need was spot-on.

   Quite honestly, this experience did not match my prior experiences with Morton’s….while the service was outstanding, the food quality was very disappointing compared to other experiences in Morton’s throughout the the US… had this been my first experience with Morton’s, it would have been my last

    Our experience was excellent! We were seated promptly. Our server Johanna was so professional and friendly plus she was there when necessary. When we think of great servers, she will be at the top of our list. The dishes all were served as ordered and were delicious.
