Very nice dinner and date
The meal and service was very good.
I usually save Morton's for special occassions - plan on dropping $300 w/ tip for dinner for 2 with a few drinks. However, my last visit may convince me to go more often. The service was outstanding and our meal was perfectly paced. I had the 16oz rib-eye, one of the best I've had in many years.
I have to say this was such a bad experience, I wasn't going to say anything but since you asked open table I felt compelled to share, from the very start and the snippy bartender to the lack luster service, there are hundreds of restaurants in Denver and there is no reason to return, which is SUPER unfortunate my husband and I of 22 years worked for the original Arnie Morton in Highland Park Illinois and we thought it was going to be such a great way to celebrate easter and some good memories, boy we were wrong. Corporate america took a strong hold to this quaint little concept...
Excellent food and service
Delicious dinner & ambiance. We enjoyed our date night. First time & will definitely be back.
Good as always, but I miss the plate where they used to explain the different meat choices.
There was no one there to greet us for several minutes. Our waiter was great, but the steak was entirely over cooked. They offered to remake it, but we were so hungry so we ate it anyway. Wasn’t worth it.
We enjoyed our night at Morton’s. Our waiter was exceptional Great and the food was great! The presentation of the jumbo shrimp cocktail was awesome and tasty.
Love this place! Consistently great food and service. Tom is amazing, as is Ethan for wine. We are always happy with our dining experience here. We span ages 8 to 70s, and everyone leaves happy.
Valet service horrible
Good value because it was 5280 restaurant week-expensive without the special rate
I've enjoyed prime steaks at Del Frisco's, Capital Grille, and a few other great steakhouses across the country. This was not a Del Frisco steak. I ordered the ribeye. In my opinion, a great ribeye is not a lean cut of beef.
What I ate at Mortons was good, but I would have guessed it to be a Strip (if I were doing a blind taste test). Cooked to order, but there was really no marbling at all. Very lean so it missed the mark for being classified as a great ribeye (in my book).
I would say that I would give them another chance, but likely I will just prepare better and make a reservation the Del Frisco's as the two are priced the same.
First time going to this restaurant and it was for an anniversary. Atmosphere was nice, service was great and friendly. Food was fantastic.
Ate here on the $45 per person restaurant week special. The filets were excellent. The Morton salad was not what we expected since it was drenched in blue cheese--- should have said that on the menu. My husband does not like blue cheese and I like only a little dressing on a salad. The key lime pie dessert was too firm and the crust overcooked. The service was excellent.
The service was outstanding. The food was Awesome had a wonderful time.
Thanks for a memorable night.
Very nice, loved the personal Menu!
We were there for Restaurant Week. Seated promptly for our reservation. Excellent service. The Restaurant Week menu was good, but husband opted for the menu steak and baked potato. Both were excellent, but have to admit it bothers me to pay $52 for a steak and $13 for a baked potato. Wine was $19 for a glass. Not my kind of prices.
We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. The ambiance was lovely, the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful! The restaurant even went above and beyond when they gave my daughter a photo they had taken of her special evening matted and signed by the staff. Thanks for a wonderful evening Mortons! We will be back!
Always an excellent dining experience! The new location is very modern and classy with a touch of the old speakeasy.
We had a 5 star experience hands down. We came to celebrate birthdays for myself and my two step kids. We were greeted and seated quickly. Notes from my initial reservation were noted and acknowledged. The staff was knowledgeable for food and wine recommendations. The servers were attentive and accommodating. The food was prepared perfectly. The restrooms were impeccable. The atmosphere was cozy and comforting, not too loud or too stuffy, my family felt right at home. The take home photos and personalized menus helped to make the night extra memorable. Mike was our primary server and his friendly demeanor, attentive service and personalized recommendations put this experience at the top among dining experiences. We will definitely be back as well as referring other friends and family.
Service was top notch and the ambience was pretty mellow. The food was good but not punch me in the tastebuds kind of surprise, nor worth the price tag. Good thing we went during resturaunt week. Good for a special occasion but if you're really trying to impress your guest with taste, there are better options.
Nice but too expensive for us. For 2 people plan on at least $100 per person. We went during restaurant week and still spent $160, however service was impeccable and food was excellent
Came for restaurant week, the pre fixed menu was $45.00/person which is an awesome deal.
We went for restaurant week. The server bought out the mac and cheese out about half way through our entree's I think she forgot. Also the horseradish mashed potatoes lacked consistency, flavor and seasoning.
First time here and it was awful. Not what
I expected. Won't be back...
We went to Morton's for a birthday celebration. The food was great! Service amazing! Defiantly will return.
Not nearly the same since they moved from Wynkoop St. We used to go here every year for our anniversary, but the wow experience is missing. Food is good, but doesn't have that special touch it used to- desserts are pre made instead of to order. The whole atmosphere of this building is not as inviting as it was at the old place. Manager Joe is still the same delightful personality, and his presence makes up for the disappointment.
Great food, atmosphere and service! The host and bar tender were awesome and very professional.
Nice meal over all. Just that we had reservation for 7 got seated at 7:10. Was seated in a corner next to the party and and they were having a "Party". Also did not get menus until we asked for them. Then waited an hour after we ordered to get salad. But after that everything was okay.
Morton's provides a memorable dining experience - a beautiful space, great cuisine, excellent service, and warm ambience. Like most steak houses in town, it will cost you more than your average neighborhood restaurant, but the overall experience makes it worthwhile, especially for a special occasion.
The Waiter Shawn was excellent and really helped to increase the overall great experience. Food was excellent and we really had a great time. My wife’s first time to a Morton’s.
Great food and service. Exorbitant prices.
Had to wait almost an hour and a half for the order to come. Food was OK. My $51 filet was tough and overall not to memorable.
My steak was over cooked, but my wife’s was just right. They were supposed to be the same temp. Most of the food was good and service is what you’d expect when paying this much for a meal. Probably overpriced.
Service was outstanding. Waitress knew the menu very well and was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. Atmosphere very nice. Food was presented very nicely and was absolutely delicious. Very enjoyable evening.
Great service and incredible meal. Joe and Anthony were the best!
Great place, great food, amazing staff. Special treatment for an anniversary. Great location.
