Service was superb and food was wonderful. There was no valet service.

The worst service I have ever received at a Morton's.
I have probably been to 20 different locations over 75 times over the years and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. We brought our children to celebrate everything we missed in 2020 and had planned on returning in April for our 30th wedding anniversary.
We will not be returning anytime soon. 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete a meal is ridiculous. The chef must think his sauces are gold because he was sure holding on to them. My chicken Christopher was dry and my wife's Honey Balsamic glazed salmon had no glaze and was way over cooked. She left half of it on her plate.
The appetizer we ordered was a joke. 3 one inch sea scallops wrapped in bacon for $23. I can get nice sea scallops at any seafood case for $16 per pound.
When the best part of the meal is the Bacon onion Mac&Cheese something is wrong.
We were also seated about half way to the open kitchen and could see the one chef that was there preparing our food with no mask. A second person joined him about an hour and a half into our meal also not wearing a mask. The first guy seamed to be upset about something. He kept slamming things around and throwing pots and pans.
All in all very disappointing for my former go to business dinner spot.

If you want the perfect date with the perfect setting this is where you should go. Everything is perfect.

Doesn’t matter if your in Vegas or in Dallas, Morton’s is great. Great food , service, great everything. Always recommend Morton’s

Reservation was for 8.15 ordered as soon as we sat , food took more than an hour (steak and pork chop ) ,sides were cold

Service was perfect. Food was great and the salads were timed just right with the main courses. Look forward to our next visit.

I have dined at Morton's many of times for client lunches, took my wife and daughter to a dinner and the service was outstanding. I was not in a rush but was in out within a hour. Food quality was outstanding and staff was very attentive. I have been to many steakhouses in the Dallas area and Morton's is always my choice when asked where to go.

The place is lovely and the ambiance is very nice. We had 2 people waiting on our table and they were very nice but we rarely saw them, but when we did see them they were great.

The food: very disappointing. Jumbo shrimp for appetizers: fishy and rubbery. It looked great though. Paid over a $100 for a steak...should be pretty fantastic, it wasn’t. It was poorly seasoned, grisly and just not very good. My husband can grill a better steak for $10. Just very disappointed. We all had steak and we all felt the same. One in the party had fish and he said it was good.

Like I said the ambiance is great and the company was wonderful, but the food needs a lot of work.

Not clear on how you can reserve parking and valet was not on hand. Service was good. I ordered a medium well steak. However, my 1st bite had a charred meat taste....I was not impressed. The rest of the night went as planned.

The service was good. I thought The wine, and food were very overpriced for the value. Nothing memorable or outstanding about the food at all. The restaurant was quite empty on a Thursday evening

Service was slow, steam was lukewarm, sides were bland. In a town of Nick and Sam’s, Al Biernat’s, town hearth, Del Frisco, among others, we won’t be back. Take your money elsewhere.

We had a wonderful time- enjoyed cocktails, steak dinner, dessert and coffee. Our service was impeccable as Covid protocols were being followed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Food was just ok, but the service was great.

It was our second anniversary dating. It was very special. Morton’s made a special menu and also took a picture of us and put it in a nice card. The food was fabulous and the server was outstanding. He was so patient and knowledgeable. We were the last table in the restaurant on a Monday. But he didn’t rush us or make us feel like we were on a timeline. He even took pics for us at the end. Great evening. We will never forget!

Definitely recommend Morton's. It's what you expect from a higher restaurant establishment. I've only been here once so I can't speak to their consistency but if you receive the same level of quality and service as we did you won't be disappointed.

Great for a nice quiet meal with your Queen. We arrived for our reservation and was attended to immediately. Our waiter gave us water, bread and the Menus and took our cocktail order within the first 3 minutes of being taken to our table. Food is always cooked and served to perfection. For dessert I highly recommend the chocolate lava cake. Be sure to let your waiter know in advance because this dessert takes a while to prepare.

Filet had no flavor and was over cooked. Lobster was very good.
Update: The General Manager Brad Smith called me back and wanted us to come back and try another steak. Really impressed they read the reviews and definitely will be back.

This Morton's had a great $45 deal for steak and lobster, so my wife and I used it for an early celebration. The service was outstanding (thanks, Henry) and the steak and lobster and additional sides we ordered were made to our satisfaction and taste. All of the food was so delicious and I especially enjoyed the lobster. It was a great experience in a quiet, well run restaurant. Thank you Mortons.
