There was a very drunk woman eating mashed potatoes with her fingers the whole time we were there.
Service from the staff was awful! Except our waiter, she made the whole difference. We came in earlier and waited on the bar, we wanted to ask for a bottle of wine, when we asked for the price because it was not listed in the menu, the waiter just add up the value of the cost of the glass times 4, come on ! In a restaurant like yours? The. We wanted to order oysters, again the waiter won’t serve them because our table was “almost” ready, yeah 15 min later. Yo be honest, I would think twice again before having dinner here, for the price I’m sure you can find other restaurants with way better customer service!

Started out with Old Fashioneds and Cab.
For appetizer it was the tower…all fresh and hearty.
For entrees it was the Porterhouse and creamed spinach along with the Rib and potatoes au gratin. All cooked to perfection.
Jason was a phenomenal server…professional, attentive and timed everything perfectly.
Brian the Assistant GM was very welcoming!

Morton's served as the site of our dinner celebration for our Anniversary. We have been here before and were very pleased on this visit as well. We were immediately seated and service was very Food was excellent! The sides were exceptional. We will definitely revisit Morton's! :)

In town for a wedding, and we were looking for a good steak within walking distance of the Hotel Crescent Court. The service was impeccable, and the steaks first-rate.

Morton's never disappoints. We usually only make it there once a year for our anniversary. The food is consistently excellent from the first bite to the last. Our server (Jacob) was amazing - super helpful without being pushy or overbearing. We only have great things to say about the whole experience. We're looking forward to many more anniversaries with Morton's.
Delightful! Brian was our server very knowledgeable, courteous, attentive. Food was scrumptious- Filet Mignonette with the su gratin Gouda potatoes. We also had the off the menu bacon appetizer that had like maple a d something else drizzled on it. Ambience very quiet and enjoyable!
The food was amazing and there was a great scotch selection.
It was so much fun! What a great time we had with Todd who was our waiter. My girlfriend and I had so much fun!
The food was amazing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we didn't really see our server too often. We had to ask anther server for our check after we asked our waiter for it, and I assume the person that brought us our check was the manager because we didn't see him again after that. Everything else was amazing.

Worst dining experience of my life. I would never recommend Morton’s Steakhouse.
Waited for our food for more than an hour. our server came only once (after 45 min) to apologize that they have a busy day....I made this reservation well in advance and mentioned this is my daughter's birthday. There was nothing done for her Bday (a small candle maybe???). My wife didn't like the sea bass dish. When the server cleared the table she didn't even ask what's wrong. Eventually, the manager gave us a free dessert for the long wait but this was a very disappointing experience for a restaurant that charges $60-70 for a steak. We will not go back.

Remember, this is NOT the French Laundry, where fantastic dining occurs over several hours... food was good wine was mediocre. Did I mention that the service was terrible??
The high noise level made it necessary for my wife and me, sitting side-by-side at the table, to shout at each other in order to be heard. My steak was ordered rare and came over-cooked and tough. The lobster was superb. Our waiter was professional, courteous, and attentive, but he was stretched. I would guess that covid and government subsidies have impacted all restaurants' ability to hire and maintain staff. Kudos for keeping the restaurant open during this pandemic. We will be back.
It was Mother’s Day!!! My mom loved it. The steak was a little overcook but it was amazing
The Mac and cheese was not the same like I had in chicago not worth the money however We did have a great server!

Unfortunately the service was bad, below poor, from the beginning to end. The food was only average . We made the best of it for mother’s day
Service was slow and disjointed. My wife’s steak was over cooked. It was supposed to be medium and was medium well closer to well done. The manager did remove the cost of the steak from our ticket but did not personally come out to the table to speak to us which is what one might expect at a high end steak restaurant. For dessert we ordered coffee and Creme Brûlée. We received the coffee and were able to finish the cups before the dessert was even delivered. The server returned and refilled our cups of coffee without even asking if we wanted more. The refill that was poured was cold! While we were finishing our dessert the couple at the table behind us was also complaining about poor service. Again, we never saw a manager come to their table to address any issues. One of their meals was delivered cold! Our service for two people took over 2.5 hours! We have eaten at Morten’s in the past in both Chicago and at this location. A definite difference in service from previous visits.
Best Prime Ribeye I ever had, good service and real good place to eat overall.
