It was on thanksgiving that we dined with them. The food was very good but the service was very poor. The decor of the rest needs an update but that’s what you get from a chain.
We have always loved Morton's in our previous hometown of Sacramento, CA. We recently moved to the Dallas area and tried that location for Thanksgiving dinner and it surely met our expectations. The service was superb. The food was fabulous. The wine list had great choices. And the ambience was very nice and relaxing - I only gave it 4 stars on ambience as it was very cold in the room (to the point of needing a sweater). Definitely recommend and will surely be returning!
The Epic seafood tower was just EPIC, our Porterhouse was perfectly prepared. Even the fish-eater loved her sea bass. The whole experience was amazing - and we had such a good time we probably were responsible for the noise level. The best steakhouse for a special night out.

Saturday night date night with my husband. Food was good but service was very good. A very attentive nice young lady named Dena was our server and she was outstanding.
I walk or drive past Morton’s almost twice daily - and I had no idea what an amazing experience I was missing out on. This is a fantastic steak house - everything cooked and seasoned to perfection - and the atmosphere inside is stellar. Highly recommended!
Celebrated my birthday everything was wonderful
Wait time on food was long went on a Thursday night. Had to send steaks back to recook still wasn’t right when they brought them back to us.

Such a wonderful experience, it had been a while since we had visited Morton’s and we most certainly will be back more often. Steak and seafood were cooked to perfection, paired with a delicious champagne. Our server was extremely attentive and our flutes were never empty or request unnoticed. Thank you all for the lovely experience, I’ll be looking to get my own wine locker there soon!

Birthday celebration, a great place for any occasion
We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time! Food was great and the service is wonderful as always! They took a picture of us and gave it to us. This was such a wonderful touch!

My husband and I came to Morton’s for our 5-Year Anniversary. Everything was spectacular! From customer service to the food to the ambiance, we were treated well!
My husband got the chicken Christopher and I got the shrimp scampi. Both dishes were delicious! My drink recommendation would be the French Gimlet, it was light and fresh and classic.

Outstanding visit with the family during COVID-19, the team at Morton's were able to space out the dining room tables and took all the appropriate measures to ensure we were comfortable but safe as well!

Despite calling to confirm the reservation (I called back from a missed call) - there was no mention that valet wasn't available and that we could 'park anywhere, including valet and reserved'.
That would have been nice to know, as I had to send my wife inside to find out where we could park. It seemed like that would be something to share when confirming a reservation.
service slow - wine glass orders took sometimes 10 minutes+ to be delivered. I understand enjoying the overall experience of Morton's (love the ambiance), but that can be harder to do when you're waiting that long for a drink.
we didn't order entrees immediately after being sat at 715, but it was after 825 before our entrees arrived. Our appetizers of crab cake and shrimp cocktail also took longer to arrive than a typical appetizer - it puts everything behind when you don't see server for 10 minutes (at least) at a time. We wanted the appetizer and salad early (so we didn't order entrees immediately) but couldn't order consistently when you flat-out don't see your server at your table.
I don't blame the server fully, he seemed over-sat with an 8-top of businessman and the entire row of booths. He didn't seem complacent, just busy.
I was also surprised that other Morton's members didn't seem to help - a few tried to help with the big businessman table - but we didn't have our wine, appetizers, or food delivered by anyone else.

The waiter got a large group seated and disappeared for a little while.
My husband and I dined at Morton's for the first time last weekend to celebrate my birthday. We have dined at MANY of the MANY steak restaurants in the DFW area, as well as other locales (Kobe, Japan).
The steaks that we were served was wonderful. It was moist,cooked to the correct temp and wonderful.
However, the mashed potatoes were lumpy and the creamed spinach was "meh". The bread was outstanding. Our server was very attentive.
It was disappointing to see how few tables were occupied during RW. We hope to return before RW ends.
Also, the ladies restroom needed attention 2x during our visit.

We waited for 10 min for the waiter to take our order, over 30 min to receive the food, not expected for high level steakhouse restaurant as Morton’s really sad to see they are lowering the brand standard, certainly not going back to this location.
