It was my birthday and we had such a great experience! The food was amazing! The steak literally melts in your mouth! I was impressed with the Shrimp Scampi as well! The staff is super nice and welcoming! Towards the end of our meal a photographer came over and took our picture and printed it out to have for memories! They also personalized the menu to wish me a happy birthday! I’d definitely go back!!!
Sadly the steak was over cooked. The service was somewhat slow and under attentive. The five top next to us was very loud! The cocktails were very slow in arriving! Overall just not worth the high cost of eating at Morton’s! When you $$$$ on dinner it should be flawless and it did not at all meet that standard! We won’t be going back!
I enjoyed the experience and food. Staff was very attentive and accommodated our late arrival due to something unexpected and was able to modify our reservation!
Not the best experience we have had here. Given that businesses are not starting to recover, and that it was slow, so much better is expected for the customer experience and quality of food when you pay a premium.

Reservation was at 7:30. We arrived at 6:30 and wanted to have drinks in the bar. Insisted they could seat us in the main dining room right away, but we insisted we wanted to sit in the bar, have drinks and visit. Came to our bar table a couple of times wanting us to move to the dining room. At 7:30 we asked to be seated. Waiter insisted we clear our bar tab before going to the main dining room. We finally cleared our tab, and were seated in the dining room. We started by asking for some ice for my husbands drink- that took way too long- it’s ice- right? The waiter would completely disappear and we wouldn’t see him for 30 minutes. We finally ordered our entrees and as we were finishing, the waiter told us we had a complimentary dessert because it was hubby’s birthday. We ordered plain coffee to have with desert and we got our coffee AFTER we finished dessert. A member of our party quietly had a conversation with the manager. The manager brought our check and said he gave us some VIP deals. It took at least 20 minute minutes for our waiter to pick up our check to settle our tab. My husband chose Morton’s because he loved it. Probably will not choose Morton’s again. SAD

The wait was long for the food. Didn’t get the ordered right the first time, and put other foods on other receipts. The noise level was good and a nice place to dine in but just needed some updating. The service wa good due to it was a birthday.

I was really looking forward to this place, let me start off my saying the food and service was good. The only reason I rated this place so low is because the restaurant smelled bad. We got sat near the kitchen and restroom, normally this would be okay. However we noticed an unpleasant smell, it smelled like the sewer and dirty carpet. I later went to the restroom and confirmed the smell was coming from there. It could of been that they were having trouble with their pipes, we tried eating quickly because of the smell.
IT WAS A TALE OF 2 TABLES. There was a total of 15 guest seated at two tables. Table One had superb service with a waiter (Tiffany) who was at our beckon call. Tiffany attended to every need before we knew there was a need. Only one thing was wrong. I had to send my salad back because it had a spoiled taste. But! Tiffany took care of it, asking would I like to try a different salad, not even checking on the table to see if they needed anything! The waiter did not even show up in a timely manner to bring the bills. This was a celebration of my daughter’s 50th birthday, no other restaurant would do. I approached Bryan, the manger, he lived up to the reviews written about him! He was curt & rude! (I know I am saying the same thing twice, but he was both). Brad, took the steaks of the bill, and said, “I do not want to see THEM ever again.” I was shocked, when I told table TWO what was said, Brad’s reply was, “I was not talking about THEM. I meant I did not want to hear anymore about the steaks.” My reply to Brad, even what you just said is rude! At $60 a pop the fact that you took them off the bill is not the point! Our dining experience was ruined due to an ill-mannered waiter, and a manager with no sense of decorum. The waiter & manager were just unprofessional! Reviews, didn't read before selecting this restaurant. Looks like Morton's is riding high on past glory days. Micky D's would have been more fun!
Charles was great! He was very courteous and kind to my girlfriend and me. Met her in Dallas for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed. Great service and great food!
Would have appreciated if the other customers had read / understood /abided by the dress code.

Morton’s always delivers a delicious meal and exceptional service and this was no exception! Morton’s is a long time favorite and I highly recommend going!!
Morton's never disappoints no matter which location you dine at. From the warm soft onion bread w/honey butter to the shrimp cocktail and steak entrees, another outstanding meal. The jumbo shrimp and cocktail sauce w/just the right amount of horse radish was amazing. Both the bone in ribeye and filet were cooked to perfection. The filet was very tender and the lobster tail was sweet and succulent. Morton's legendary hot chocolate cake w/a scoop of vanilla ice cream was delicious. We appreciated complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Our server Dina provided excellent well timed and friendly service.

The steak was cooked to perfection!!! The sides were good as well. It was a very nice atmosphere. The drinks were very good. I will definitely dine here again.
We went this visit as a double birthday dinner Kelli is ?? and I am 81.We had the most enjoyable dinner and 3 hours of drinking and conversions. Each of us had different appetizers and entrees all were fresh and very tasty the service was great we never wanted for a drink or food. We were surprised at how quickly the time went by. All of the staff and the manager stopped to inquire if we needed any thing. We all plan to dine there in the next couple of weeks.
The service was spectacular. Thank you, Chaz for taking such good care of us! The meal was amazing! We had the bacon steak, wedge salad, prime filets, mac and lobster, and the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Everything (other than the complimentary onion bread) exceeded our expectations. We had a remarkable experience at your steak house!

Food was excellent, service poor and took forever…example 45 minutes from finish eating to paying the bill. Appeared to be short on wait staff. Don’t recommend!

Service was very slow. Appetizers arrived at same time as main dish. Steaks not cooked properly. Returned one. Restaurant half empty so I don’t know why service was so slow. It was friendly but very slow.
I didn’t experience the quality of a five star restaurant, food was great but can only be accompanied with an excellent service, restaurant was not at full capacity yet the service was very slow.
The ambience was nice . Main entree was good , steak, lobster, shrimp & chicken but the sides needed more seasonings , on several . Chicken Christopher was the order for 2 of us but they only had 1 .
Our server Jason was excellent, his knowledge of the menus was spot on. We celebrated our Anniversary there. The menus even had Happy Anniversary on them. We received complimentary desert. The steak was cooked to perfection. The crab cakes were to die for. Definitely worth the trip.

Awesome food. Service was slow, but the waiter was very nice. They had a very large party and seemed understaffed for it. Only one cook. Food took some time but we were enjoying the time together so it didn’t matter.

Haven't been to Morton's in over 8 years, and it did NOT disappoint!!! Everything I recall that made me a huge fan - service, amenities, atmosphere, food choice and quality - is even better than I recall!! They even customized a menu with birthday wishes for my bride!
