   Have ate here many times. Usually food is very good and reliable. Not good this time. Fillet had over peppered Cajun taste to it and was not worth the value. Oyster on the half shell were incredibly small. Does make me question whether I will ever come back to this location again as I have been there probably over 20 times over the past 10 years. Very disappointed as the price absolutely did not add up to the value of the food on this evening.

   One of the worse experiences I have ever had in a nice steakhouse…. Took 1 hour 10 minutes to get our steaks ABA No we did not get a appetizer. When the steaks arrived they were both very well done, they were ordered rare and medium rare. We sent them back any 35 minutes later they brought us 2 more steaks…. They were only slightly overcooked but both were extremely tough for prime filet. They did give us free dessert, the cheese cake was delicious, the toffee cake was so hard I had to use a knife . The toffee cake definitely had a microwaved texture. I have always heard decent things about Morton’s but we will never be back.

   All was good except a glitch where the payment system went down and it was a good 20-30 min before it came back online. The waiter, Josh, was very accommodating and gave us 2 complimentary glasses of wine while we waited.

   The service from start to finish was awesome and the best my wife and I ever had. The food to us was good but nothing great. However this was our first time so we do need to go again to try something else on the menu. Lemon Chicken was very bland but the Filet was very good.

   Birthday dinner. Reservation was for 9. After parking walked in the door at 905 exactly. Host said he could not seat me and my guest because the kitchen was closed. I asked how this was possible and I had a reservation and arrived within hold window. He turned his back to me and walked away. The bar tender overheard this and allowed me and my guest to sit at bar to eat. She was awesome. The food however was not. Dry overcooked and flavorless. Will not be returning due to lack of quality and downright disrespectful host

    Great service and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Only reason why I gave a 4 over all star was three of us ordered our filets medium rare and they were medium well. Still tasted good however was never asked how our steaks were cooked till 5-10 minutes after they were brought to the table. All in all, would go back again next time in town.

    it was my boyfriend’s 60th birthday. had filet oscar, filet and lobster, au gratin potatoes and lobster bisque. only complaint was no lobster chunks in soup. everything was delicious as expected. expensive but you get what you pay for. martinis were great too. gave us dessert on the house which was a nice touch and menu with ‘happy 60th birthday’ written on it.

    Everything was perfect. We were in the very back room, so noise was not a problem. Very reasonable on my alcohol. Sophia, our server was great. Expensive, yes, but compared to their competition, not even close. Can't wait to go back.

    Everything was good with Morton’s Steakhouse. The food, service, ambiance, and the noise level. Expensive but worth the experience. What went wrong is that the valet service Morton’s uses (LAZ Parking) lose or stole the key to my car. Like every valet service, I handed my key to one of the attendants but when I went to them to get my car after dinner they claimed I never gave them my key. The car was moved and turned off but I never gave them the key😒. Totally blew my mind that the attendant was lying and their manger tried his best to figure out what happened but with no evidence at that point, he had to wait to review the surveillance the next today. Thank God my wife had a spare key on her so that we could drive home and not get a Uber or Lyft home and leave my car down there so they could possibly steal it! Morton, you need to hire a better valet service before I return, especially when you forced me to use the valet service in the first place.

    We do not eat at a place like this much and I feel we aren’t picky, but we had a few issues. First our table was a bit squished off to the side. We aren’t large people but i felt they packed it in there. With our meal, we ordered two sides and we only got one. They didn’t charge us on the bill for it so we just let it go. My wife ordered her steak medium. Came out burnt completely, past well done. We brought the waiter over and he saw and apologized and immediately brought out another within minutes. It was kinda charred with a more rare center but it wasn’t ruined so we just stuck with it. Those issues are nothing for a normal steakhouse and for a place half the cost I would say it was perfect. This is a premium place and I have higher expectations. The salad, potatoes and my steak were very good. The servers obviously care but we’ll choose somewhere else for a big night out.

    Our visit to Morton’s The Steakhouse was okay overall. Our server was kind and had great suggestions. He did not mention his name or the fact that there was a specialty cocktail for Valentine’s Day that my girlfriend would’ve preferred instead of the bottle of wine we had. We learned that from hearing another server tell another table at the end of our meal. Our loaf of bread was also uncut, which led to us making a mess that we felt the need to clean up (minor inconvenience and I always clean up as much as I can for the server). Morton’s has a great reputation. Growing up, I’ve always been told that a steakhouse is the only place where you order a true “medium rare” as they’re the only place that can cook it right. Turned out to be false as the FIRST (yes, first) time my steak came out, it was BLUE. It was sent back. The SECOND time, it was still rare and cold to touch on the inside (the attached picture is the second time). The THIRD time, it was better, but still slightly rare. So I ate it because we had a Broadway show to attend and I couldn’t keep going back and forth. My girlfriend’s NY Strip was ordered Medium and came incredibly charred on the outside. The temperature was okay and a little over, but edible and so she ate it. The char almost ruined the steak. Burners/grill might be too hot. Nevertheless, the sides, wine, key lime pie, and whiskey flight were all great. Shocked that such a revered steakhouse couldn’t get the temperature right on a steak so many time. Paid my meal and left. Disappointed in the received product, and unsure if I would give them another try with how much the meal cost.

    We chose Mortons to celebrated 2 birthdays. Our expectations of a fabulous experience was off the chart! Valet service - understaffed Hostess - not friendly Manager - not friendly Server - Brian was EXCELLENT! Best thing about the meal Appetizers - Liked scallops & crab cake Meal - 4 Steaks were Burnt! 2 were replaced & bill adjusted for the other Sides - Large enough to share & ok Desserts - Very good Beverage - Drinks were ok, water was cold & plentiful We appreciate how Brian went above & beyond to ensure we had a good time! We expected the steaks at a steakhouse to be the best part of the meal & unfortunately it was not.

    First time dinning at Morton’s in Cleveland and loved it! Our server Sophia was so personable and attentive. My husband and I went for an early Valentine’s Day, and our last date night before our first baby arrives next month. We are so happy we chose to spend our date night at Morton’s. Filet mignon and lobster was amazing, and so was the cheesecake!

    Food was great! Steaks were cooked perfectly but not the best flavor / seasoning I’ve had on a steak. Probably a top 5 steak I’ve had but with that being said the others are local restaurants/steaks that for the money are superior to Morton’s. The bacon wrapped scallops were phenomenal and again cooked on point. Asparagus was just the run of the mill dinner veggie. Bacon augratin potatoes were creamy, cheesy, and delicious. Server was attentive enough and very nice. The Christmas lights on the wall is an absolute miss for an upscale restaurant. It looks nice from a distance but when you’re sitting at a table right by them it looks cheap. The lighting on this wall could be done so much nicer. Overall ambiance needs a serious upgrade. Hope this review helps. Great food but it’s overpriced. The service you expect. Needs a serious visual upgrade.

    Service is extraordinary. Food was good, I wouldn’t say it was outstanding. Some items came later then other which made for an awkward dining experience. I think value of food for price is not overrated. Overall solid experience.
