I was very excited to try the Tomahawk deal that the restaurant was offering. The meal was cold and the steak was cooked longer than what was requested. The wait staff was busy catering to another table and forgot to bring out items, including our meal, in a timely manner. There are so many other steak houses in Chicago that offer a premier experience that I don't think I will return.

Luis went above and beyond helping me with one of our more delicate guests with allergies and autism, perfect combination. He was patient, thoughtful and very considerate when taking our order and attention to detail on the special requests.

The food was good the waiter was inexperienced I am use to the older man who is experienced and who knows the menu and offer recommendations. Overall it was good just wanted another waiter.

Table was not ready when my party arrived. The hostess was clearly stereotyping a couple that wasn’t with our party but told me that they could come in the way they were dressed. Then proceeded to let a white gentleman in the dinning area who was wearing shorts and a t shirt.

Enjoyed the steak very much! I’ve been to Morton’s in Hong Kong and Tokyo, I like Chicago’s steak the most. People were nice there keep checking how’s the food. Will come back for the steaks!

Excellent meal of Tuna Poke and Chopped Wedge starters, Filet Mignon and Lobster Ravioli entrees, and Key Lime Pie and Molten Chocolate Cake desserts. Outstanding service. Overall a fabulous dinner event!

Morton's Chicago is one of our absolute favorites!! Stakes, sea food, and sides are spectacular! On top of, our preferred server, Steven, always makes the best recommendations, goes above and beyond sharing his personal stash of a soda not available in the menu, and makes the occasion even more special with his personality, sense of humor, and overall joy for his work. Great price-value relationship and Landry's rewards... Highly recommendable!!

It was a very disappointing experience. The service was bad, the food was unacceptable for the price. The burrata salad tasted horrible, stale/treated tomatoes and bitter cucumbers with a strange red curry! The steak was bland, not served with basic sides. Service was horrible. Took forever to get our food. The service /restaurant keeps deteriorating with time.

We enjoyed every part of the meal from the appetizer to the entrees. The highlights were the Prime bone in Ribeye and the “Troy” which is a side of sautéed mushrooms and onions. Everything had wonderful and we will be back to enjoy the location again.

Unfortunately the service didn’t match the quality of the dinner. Food was great as uaual at Morton’s but the entire experience didn’t meet our expectations. Not enough to justify a bill of almost $800.

I like Morton's as they are consistently good quality food, service and drinks. This one in Chicago was exceptional for food and taste. It could have been a little more friendly from the primary waiter, but hostess, valet, line cooks, were all very friendly.

Came from a Chicago cubs game and made reservations. My attire wasn’t classy enough for the manager so we were sat by bar at front window. The funny thing my money was classy enough for Mortons. Never again I will sit for a meal in a Mortons
