Overall always a great experience to have dinner at Mortons, however very disappointing to be serving off cheap dinnerware from China is a major disservice to the Morton brand company. How can you serve $100 menu items on cheap quality dinnerware. Shame on you!!!

We had an excellent dinner with mixed salad, a ribeye steak, creamed spinach and a delicious red wine. Everything was good except that the wine list is excessively large and way overpriced. It was very hard to find a good bottle of red wine under $120.00. Many of the wines seemed to be marked up over 250%. The service was attentive and excellent!

We celebrated Mother's Day and everything was nice. Our table was ready upon arrival and the service and food was great. We dine at the Wacker location often, and they never disappoint.

My filet was so tender that I literally cut it with a fork. The flavor of the meat and all the side dishes was rich. And the service was perfection. If ever in Chicago again, I will be a repeat customer!

Service was above average. The wait staff worked as a team and checked on us throughout the meal. My boyfriend ordered filet and it was so good. Tender and flavorful and cooked to perfection. I made the quintessential mistake of not ordering a steak at a well known steakhouse. I ordered crab cakes thinking that for the price ($47 for 2 cakes) there would be jumbo pieces of crab in them. No big pieces of crab and just so-so tasting. If I would ever go back I would order a steak.

Tommy was a good server . It was a mess up on the loaded potato but he corrected it right away . Food was delicious and service was exceptional. I didn’t get pictures of the food , it was so delicious !! Drinks was nice and strong . Drinks were called golden pineapple !!

It was just a really uncomfortable and unfortunate situation. My soup was salty and potato burnt and cheesecake frozen. The young woman who checked me in was nice.

Our overall experience was okay. Why? When I first checked in, I already booked my reservation online for my boyfriend’s birthday (including requesting for a booth) the hostess asked if we wanted to be seated by the window, and I asked to be seated at the booth as requested. Then, the manager of the restaurant came & asked if we wanted to be seated by the window and I said I would like a booth especially since I asked in advance. HE WAS HIGHLY RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL. He did not welcome us with open arms to this establishment. He asked for the both of us to take off our “hats” (in a disrespectful manner) he did not come by our table to ask if everything was good. (Others had garments on and wore dresses thigh level) And the fact that it was my boyfriend’s birthday, made it feel less special because of him being distasteful. Fortunately our waiter was nice/kind, the food was good, but it would had been better if we were greeted properly like he would to everyone. Or if he is all about business, he need to find some where else to handle business. Also, we tipped well and we are highly educated individuals (posses a master’s degree and in school for a doctorate in pharmacy) and in that moment, we were treated less than human beings. We almost left because he left a nasty taste in our mouths. And it seem like we’re “watched” because when we checked out, he was at the desk and didn’t say anything to us. Also, it shows that you don’t judge a book by it’s cover. hope he find what he loves to do because I guess clearly he was unhappy that day, but we are paying for the services at the end of the day.

We dined at this location for our wedding anniversary and staycation. Francisco was an excellent server and the new manager Dorian (sp) made us feel welcomed. We had delicious and meaty lamb chops, a juicy ribeye, plus sautéed spinach and button mushrooms, creamed spinach, and a salad. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Outstanding NY steak cooked to medium rare perfection..that melted in your mouth. Super wait staff at bar, hostess stand and servers. Last year I came and had one of the worst experiences ever at one of the premier steakhouses. I held back going, for over a year and for my birthday decided to go back and give them a try. Morton’s Chicago, provided a night of elegance and deliciousness. It was great. The only thing I would have changed would have been the Togo containers they gave me the wrong one.

Server never introduced himself or announced any specials, we never got our appetizers, they forget one meal and then brought the wrong steak which was too rare, it should’ve been medium. It was somewhat embarrassing in front of our clients and it was never addressed, not one staff member assured us that it was just a mistake or anything.
