Cajun Ribeye Steak
Service is consistently exceptional. Steaks are prepared to perfection - especially bone in rib eye. Seafood is as good as any high end seafood restaurant. This is our go to spot for special occasions.

Today we celebrated our Anniversary. Everything was simply amazing.
Don’t waste your money, go to outback steak house. Servers don’t understand when you say it’s burnt or serve a item on the side.
This was our first trip to Charlotte and I found this fantastic steak house down from our hotel . Food was delicious, service was awesome, dessert was the best and since 8t was my husband birthday and our 6th year anniversary they took pictures and was very polite. We will be back.

Brought first home
Excellence service. The manager continuously checked on us but not so much that it was annoying. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and made very helpful suggestions. My husband ordered a steak med. well but it came out completely overcooked. The waitress took it back and it was returned slightly under med. well. But honestly, that was our only issue. The rest of the experience and food was good.
My husband and I are so elated that we decided to have our anniversary dinner at Morton's! We are never disappointed when we visit. The food was amazing, the service...oh my gosh, we are always treated so well. They took our picture for our anniversary and even printed it for us. Our menus said happy anniversary, it was just so sweet. Small details make such a big difference to me, but the food and drinks alone is worth the visit. Thank you Morton's for making our anniversary so special!
Worse Morton’s experience of all time. Do not come to this restaurant at best for six months. Waited 20min for our wine. Then 10min for a salad that came before the wine. Waitress was asking for dinner order before we even got wine to settle. Then food came and woefully undercooked to medium. Sent two of our three steaks back to reheat and both came back again undercooked (we just wanted medium)… during this disaster got another waiter coming up trying to upsell us on dessert while two of us not even got our raw steaks back. There were maybe 10 tables max occupied. Again … Tillman would have a heart attack if ever found out how bad this experience was…
Had the onion soup, Caesar salad and iceberg salad al of which was only fair for a restaurant of this quality and cost. Steaks were good but my wife’s was only Luke warm. Scalloped potatoes were cold and had to be returned. Chocolate cake was excellent. Service was attentive. Many fine steakhouses in area and would not frequent this one again given the costs and this particular experience.

Overall, the food, cocktails, and service were spectacular. We experienced nothing but positive attitudes and friendliness from all staff. Especially our server - Tara. Tara was extremely informative about the restaurant, the food and the cocktails. She helped guide us in the right direction when it came to placing orders, and was extremely friendly and personable. The only complaint we have is that my boyfriend ordered the Bone-In Filet Mignon, which we were informed was a special, and unavailable and shouldn’t have been on the menu. But even with that slight oversight, we would happily return.
Like most fine dining in the greater Charlotte area, Morton's is on it's way back from the pandemic, but well ahead of others. they are not suffering from a lack of available tradition menu items. They had a great staff and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed a 42 oz. porterhouse carved and served at a perfect medium rare + with lobster tails and sides. Great evening with no lack of attention to detail.
I always enjoy dinner at Morton’s steakhouse. Excellent service all around.

We had a party of 10 guest for celebration dinner. Service, food, the vibes and aesthetics we great. Anything we could have asked for they were willing to accommodate as best they can. They even put leftover confetti on the table and a personalized menu for the occasion. They made sure the flowers for the person of honor were placed in water during the dinner. The owner (well I think he was the owner lol) kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Valet parking is only $5 but can get a little busy depending on the traffic and the volume of customers. However, if you don’t mind a 2-3 min walk, parking in the Carillon Parking Garage is a perfect alternative as they can validate your parking....eliminates your parking fee (even more $$ savings!). I’d go back again without a second thought!!

The food was horrible. They tried to make it overpriced and elaborate with a dress code but the food did not warrant this. The steak was over cooked and fatty, potatoes had no flavor, spinach and mushrooms were just steamed with nothing added. The chocolate mousse was made from a box and the whipped cream wasn’t fresh it was Cool Whip. I could have stayed home and prepared a much better quality meal
This was one of the most classiest places I’ve ever been. We had the upmost best experience here for a business dinner I was having with my top salesman. I will come back again for the Cajun ribeye and the cheesecake! That was the best steak I’ve had in my entire life and I’ve traveled all over the us.
Service, food and experience was excellent before the pandemic. Cart with steaks to select from was not brought around to table. They were out of lobster tail, which is why
I went there. No valet parking. Person off the street came in to use the bathroom. I took my daughter and daughter-in-law for the experience and food. I was very dispointed.
Our server was friendly and professional, the food was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The only minor complaint is they were out of 6 oz lobster tails. Overall an amazing dining experience.
The service was incredibly slow, can’t even describe how disappointed I was in the service for this to be Morton’s. The servers were not friendly and acted as though they were annoyed by having to serve. Our primary server was friendly though. Once we paid our bill, we were still waiting for our dessert but the server never returned to our table. We finally got the attention of the manager who brought out the dessert. Very bad experience for a $300 bill and no valet service which is also bad for such an upscale restaurant. Just bad.
Our server Thomas, was the best. The food was delicious.
