Food was amazing. The waitress was not great. No personable. Told her we’re were there for a special birthday abs did nothing.
It was an amazing romantic dinner! Classy environment. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious!
Everyone was friendly and accommodating, wait staff was attentive and helpful. Will go back again in the future.
Everything was great however I asked to take home the steak with the bone and it was not packed in the to go box.
Great spot for steak
Impeccable food and service.
Lovely service. Food was cooked perfectly and the pace was perfect
It is always a pleasure to dine at Morton's. The food is top notch as you would expect from a high end steak house. The atmosphere is elegant, reserved and you can hear the other person talk without raising their voice. Service from the moment you arrive is impeccable. This is a great place for special evenings.
The food was good and i really enjoyed the service.
We celebrated our 4th Valentines Day as a couple and couldn’t have had a better experience.
i think it is a little over rated and priced. steak and potatoes was great salad and bread was horrible i don’t know what kind of twist they put to it but it wasn’t good at all!!
Recently ate at Morton’s for Valentines Day. All went well while ordering drinks and apps but then on to the main entree. We must’ve waited at least an hour possibly an hour and 20 before food ever got to table. Once it did our steaks were cold and the sides were hot. Told waiter and all he asked to accommodate us was did we want them to take them back and warm them... for that kind of $ and occasion you’d think they’d offer to bring u a new steak preferably one that hasn’t been sitting back there for an hour or take something off the Bill but nope.
My experience was subpar to say the least. I was told they were out of two sides. My steak and my wife steak or very undercooked and we would have definitely said something if our server would have been attentive within 15 minutes of us getting our food. Not a very good experience compared to the past couple times
I would definitely say 0/5 Probably will not be returning
The service was good nothing to brag about. The food was terrible not worth our money at all! I could have got a steak from Kroger's and put it on the grill and it would have been 1000x better! The ice berg salad was good. This 200$ meal was totally not worth it!
Went for Valentine's Day. A delicious meal, though they were out of the side dish we wanted. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Hubby's steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare, mine was more medium unfortunately.
The service and staff were top notch. Beautiful restaurant. One of our steaks was undercooked but it was immediately addressed by staff. They were happy to accommodate the issue and made the dining experience excellent. Victoria (Tori) was our server and she was so kind and patient. Thanks to everyone!
It was wonderful experience. Service and food were wonderful.
Wonderful dining experience. Our server was very professional and the pace of service was perfect. We were able to enjoy our drinks then appetizer then move on to the dinner. So often we have felt rushed when dining in other establishments.
Food was perfectly prepared and we enjoyed every bite. Morton's is one of the best Steakhouses in Cincinnati
Morton's always takes care of us.
Max our server was great and prompt with our needs and requests, I would definitely recommend the restaurant and Max as a server.
Waited a while for our server so we never got our last drink. Overall food was great.
The only thing good was the wine. My husband and I frequent the high end steak houses and never have we been so disappointed. The last time we saw our server was when she took our order (someone else brought our meal). The Oscar topping on my filet was cold, our asparagus was cold. After not being able to get the server I scraped off the Oscar topping and ate the lukewarm dry filet. I finally flagged over a manager and asked her to remove the charge for Oscar and asparagus. She did so, half heartedly apologized and left. We will never return
An absolutely amazing experience, attentive wait staff, incredible food from start to finish, and a great atmosphere. Worth every penny.
Food was delicious! Service was fantastic! Highly recommend!
We have dined at Morton’s often in the past and this was the worst experience. Service was terrible and my fish was undercooked. Our friends went the next night and their service was terrible as well!
5 stars across the board! Fernando was a wonderful waiter - we felt very cared for!
Food was awesome as always. Service was lacking. If I'm spending $250 on a dinner I want attentive service. It was really lacking in our last visit.
Food was mediocre for the prices. I feel like the service could have been better as well. We had an appetizer to us before our wine. The server seemed very nervous. Overall, I feel like we left a little bit disappointed.
The service was excellent and the ambiance was very nice, but over all we felt the food was average and the entire meal was overpriced. We ordered the valentine's 3 course meal for two people. The first course was fine after we sent the lobster bisque back for warming up, it arrived at our table luke warm. This was characteristic of all the food. It just wasn't very hot. The lobster was good but the dipping butter was so cold that it cooled the lobster off immediately. The steaks (medium) were both burned on the outside and again, not very warm. The augratin potatoes were just average. Nothing was terribly bad, just not worth $169. On a positive note, we loved the bread and the included bottle of wine was excellent.
The food was great and service was wonderful! The host and waiter added personal touches to the evening, which made it so even more memorable. We will definitely be back again!
This place was very overpriced for the quality of food. Had to have my steak cooked 3 times and still was not cooked well on the 3rd attempt. The food was very under seasoned. Not sure if it was an “off” night for the cook, but for the amount of money we spent we wish we would have just went to Ruby’s.
I had eaten here once before and it was fine. This time it was below average. Service was slow, the appetizers were so,so and my steak was literally ice cold in the middle. I would have sent it back but did not want to make a scene in front of my daughter’s, boyfriend’s parents (who we were meeting for the first time. All-in-all it was very disappointing
This place needs a makeover. Upon entering the front door there is an odor of staleness and old carpet. The second floor is better as fair the smell. The ambience but very dark. The whole place is very "caveish" . The light fixtures our very out of date along with the furniture.
The server recommended the "cajun flavored" steak which was good but heavily
charred. We also recommended several sides the Gouda Spuds and Street Corn, the corn was was nice and spicy, and spuds very mush mess.
The dessert that she raved about and told about upon ordering dinner were told to order at early due to precise timing. THIS WAS A HOT MESS, HOT CHOCOLATE CAKE, Not. It had the crustiness of a day old doughnut not hot chocolate and was beyond cold.
I WILL NOT RETURN. THIS IS NOT FINE DINING. The positive thing was service was outstanding. I still would not return.
My experience was wonderful!! It was the perfect birthday dinner for my husband. A customized dinner menu was created with my husbands name on it which made the experience that much special. Everything was perfect.
We had a lovely dinner. The service was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Always wonderful, one of our favorite places
Filet mignon was perfect. Truffle fries delicious and 1 order is plenty to share.
Bad service bad food bad experience
Always love my visits to Morton’s. Andrea was our server. She was awesome. Everything was perfect that night.
My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. Ambiance was quiet and intimate. Covid-19 safety protocols were
followed throughout the evening. Service was good and food was great.
6oz fillet was perfect. Love their key lime pie too.
