Everything was cooked to perfection! Our waiter was very attentive and informative! We had the summer deal and it was A LOT of food! Delicious!
It was great
Went for our anniversary, great service and great food! Will definitely be going back.
Bday. Excellent service and food every time!
Wedding anniversary. Excellent Evening!
Everything was wonderful, our waiter was amazing. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed everything!
We visit Morton's a few times each year, and we do enjoy going there. A few thoughts about our most recent visit: (1) First, they finally eliminated the smell that used to hit you as soon as you walked into the restaurant - thanks for doing that. (2) Second, our server was great. I don't remember her name, but she said she had been "on her own" for only two or three days. Despite her lack of experience, she was very good and very nice. (3) Third, I do get the sense that if guests do not order drinks, their food arrives very quickly, which is great at McDonald's, but not necessarily at Morton's. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience, and the food was good. As to "value" . . . . well, it's Morton's.
Beautiful room. Excellent service. Great view of Fountain Square. Great meal!
This was my first time at the Morton's in Cincinnati but not my first Morton's experience. This entire dinner was by far one of the worst I have ever had. First, the staff were cold and even at times rude. The food preparations were terrible: oversize, over seasoned, overcooked, and overpriced. The water tasted like bleach, the creamed spinach tasted like pure nutmeg; the steak trio special that I ordered medium rare arrived well-done, and then I discovered that dish for one person was $80! The waiter was friendly but barely competent. The meal for two, with NO alcohol, cost $237! Terrible experience.
Anniversary dinner was awesome
We've been to Mortons Many times and will return. A very nice dining experience overlooking Fountain Square.
For the amount of money you spend at Morton's I believe we shouldn't have to wait for anything. We did not receive any bread, had to ask twice, we didn't receive one of our sides and had to ask for it. Our dinners were almost finished by the time we received our side, and drinks from the bar were very slow. The atmosphere was very nice but I feel the service should have been top notch for the amount of money you spend.
Everything was wonderful
Lobster Mac n cheese side was cold and had too much of something - nutmeg maybe? Had scallop//crab cake/shrimp grill as entree. Shrimp were tiny, scallops were okay but the bacon was under. Haven’t been there in about 2 years and it used to he a favorite of my wife and me. Meh, disappointed.
15Yr Anniversary Dinner. W/Tip we spent $250.00
Was it worth $250.00? No, but we’ll only be married 15yrs once. It was those darn crab legs....lol...I just had to have those darn crab legs.
Awesome experience. Awesome service...thank you Morton's Team!
food was great and so was our server Charles!
Our entrees (porterhouse steak and sea bass) were outstanding. They were delicious and prepared perfectly. Our waiter, Charles, was excellent. He made sure everything was to our liking and did an excellent job of watching the time so that we got on our way in time for a concert that evening. His wine recommendation was great also. The white chocolate bread pudding is not to be missed.
We had 9 people for my daughter’s graduation. The restaurant called a few days before and offered a private room. It was a lovely gesture and appreciated.
Our server, Fernando, was great. The only thing disappointing was a screaming toddler but we asked the server to close our door and that solved our problem.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We loved our waiter Fernando! Excellent service and friendly guy!
Excellent dinner with one of my largest customers at Morton's. The service is top flight, the cocktails are well crafted, the food (and especially the beef) are spot on. Throw one of those delicious desserts on top, and you've made an impression with your dining companions. My customers love this place, and it never fails to deliver. I'll continue to return for important client dinners.
It has been almost 20yrs since I have the pleasure of dining here. The entire experience was well worth it.
Great job of making our Anniversary great!!! We will be back.
Overall, very nice. However, my steak was not as expected. Earthing else was wonderful.
Charles the server was great and very helpful.
Food was way too expensive for what you get. I had the Ribeye and had to spit out 3 separate mouth fulls of gristle/fat. I've actually had better steaks at Longhorn for a 1/3 of the price. Bread was ok but nothing special. Dessert was very good. Service was great and waiter was very nice. We paid $205.00 with tip and my wife and I had 2 ice teas.
My family came into town from NY and I came in from KY. We were in Cincinnati for an event and I wanted to treat them to a wonderful dinner.
When we walked in, we were greeted by their friendly staff. We had arrived 20 minutes early and were able to be seated immediately. Our server was fantastic. He was there when needed and spot on with his recommendations of wine and sides!
Our food was delicious. Filets were cooked perfectly and we can’t wait to go back!
We’ve dined here many times. Always a very good experience. We’ll be back.
Overall our experience was good. We went there specifically for the twice baked augratin potatoes. At the Morton’s at Niagra Falls they are served in a small cast iron skillet. They were hot and bubbly. These were not. They were cold served in a ceramic dish. The main courses were very good. Thanks
Morton's is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are first class. It is an occasion restaurant, in the sense that the meal is well-paced; they aren't in a hurry to see you go. Well worth the money.
Steak was overcooked and dry, but the waiter was great
Very good food, the only slight is that it is a little plain.
I’m glad we went during restaurant week. The steaks, though perfectly prepared, were somewhat bland. The service, perhaps due to lower than average restaurant week tips, was less than stellar for a very high end steak house. I wouldn’t return under ordinary circumstances.
Everything was Amazing, but our waiter could've been more attentive and friendlier!
Top notch service! It was our anniversary and the staff made sure we felt special. The food was very good, but for the price I have had better food at other establishments like Jeff Ruby's. My filet was medium and I ordered medium rare. My husband's was cooked to order medium rare. The lobster bisque was not as thick as I expected and also not very hot.
The food and the service was wonderful! We will definitely be back!
Morton’s is usually a great, consistent dinner for us. But 2 of our 3 steaks were not good. And our service was not the usual on point. It may have been because it was restaurant week, but we didn’t order from that menu and certainly didn’t come in for those specials. Just leaving a note because maybe too much emphasis was put on the special menu.
It was some of the worst service we have ever had. We voiced our concerns to the management. Because of this experience, we have no desire to ever go back.
AMAZING! By far the best experience I have ever had at any Morton’s location
