Ambience and food excellent!!
Service was inexcusable my drink was taken away before I finished it, the silver was removed and not replaced for the next course. The waiter was rushing around picking things up before everyone was finished. The bills will presented to the wrong people after we work that out, the charge cards
Were returned to the wrong people even tho we had explained about the bill presentation!
Love the Ambience and food, but will probably not come back

My husband and I went there for a date night. We were very excited because we had never been there before. The food and drinks were great but when I am paying that much money I don’t want to be rushed and that is what happened. We felt like our server could not get is out of there fast enough. It was very disappointing. This experience has definitely deterred us from wanting to make a return visit.

We dined at Morton's as part of the Cincinnati Restaurant Week. The menu included a starter, entree (and side) and dessert for $35. We were very happy with the meal and the 6oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked. Only downside was that (perhaps?) our waitress went on a break and was nowhere to be seen for a good 15 minutes, while we waited for our check to be collected and finalized. I finally had to ask another waiter to please take care of it. Another disappointment was that when I spoke to the lady who called to confirm our booking, I asked if there was valet parking included. She told me "No", but when we were getting ready to leave, we were asked if we had Valet Parked? Could have saved ourselves a few dollars and the walk out in the cold. Overall, this was a very pleasant evening!

Our experience at Morton's was actually very disappointing. The steaks were great; but the rest of the food was just 'ok'. In fact, one in our party found pieces of cardboard in his creamed spinach side dish. He was offered a replacement side; but no other accommodation for this issue was offered. While we understand cardboard is not life threatening; nor evidence of something unsanitary (like a bug or something would be!) the fact that a supposedly 'high end' restaurant uses frozen spinach instead of fresh; and doesn't offer compensation for finding something of this nature in a meal, was disappointing. The sour cream mashed potatoes were tasty but very dry. Overall, a disappointing experience for such a high end steak house.

Steak was undercooked. They immediately corrected. Salad left a lot to imagination. 16 dollars for a glass of wine. And the side of potatoes seemed to be just potatoes and velveeta. Key lime pie left a lot to be desired. I will not be back for the money I paid. I’ll stick to Jeff Ruby’s or precinct for best steak and dining In the city

The food was very good not sure if because of restaurant week but very little blue cheese on salad and one small piece of lobster in soup. Disappointed in this. Some things I was surprised server did such as reaching in front of others to serve and never getting refill on tea nor friend ever getting coffee. It was very good food and hope others will try and not have these problems.

First time the steaks came out, my guests steak was over cooked and my steak was not the steak that that I ordered (I ordered the Cajun Ribeye — judge me if you must). We sent the steaks back, and they came back even worse: my guests’ steak was black and blue (ordered medium rare), and mine was rare (ordered medium well). Considering it was 10:30, we just wanted to eat the sides and go home.

The bourbon was bourbon. The sides were good. The appetizers were good...and on point: this just wasn’t the steak service that I’ve come to expect from Morton’s and the laissez faire attitude from the manager just made me want to hurry up and go home.

Always like dinner at Morton’s....had items off the new seasonal menu and they were excellent...the seared halibut was exceptional and the burrata and baby heirloom tomato salad was huge...enough for 2 people...very enjoyable evening..

My fiancé and I came here for my recent promotion and the hospitality of the restaurant was BEYOND TOP NOTCH!!! Beyond!! They not only printed up special menus for us, but were so courteous throughout the whole dinner! The suggested great food options. Great wine options, and the best chocolate lava cake we’ve ever had! We will be coming back here very soon!

Arrived at 5 pm on Sunday night there was 2 tables occupied when we arrived. Are food arrived around 5:20 that is the LAST time we saw the waiter until I asked him at 6 pm to bring our bill and box since he attention was on the table next us not ours. At this time there was a total of 6 tables occupied our waiter had 2 of those tables ours and the one next to us. He “repeatedly” checked on the table next to us not once did he ask how are food was or if we wanted anything else in the 40 mins after our food was delivered. Once I asked for the check he proceeded to ROLL his eyes at me. Our $60 Cajun steak was ordered medium and was WELL done, Salmon was DRY if the waiter would have done his job and checked on us he would have known that. How does a restaurant that has a total of 6 tables occupied over cook a steak and not check on their customers? The waiter is luckily I left him ANY tip because he didn’t earn it and food was not worth the $176 bill. Better service at Outback & Texas Roadhouse and those waiter/waitress have 6 to 8 tables to wait on steaks are cooked correctly.

We went on a Friday night during Lent, so we had no problem being seated quickly. We immediately were greeted and given water and bread, but then waited over 15 minutes before a server actually came over, and that was only after my husband asked when our water was being refilled. The server didn’t know the table was his, and while I do believe that, I watched the manager walk around and notice that we had no menus or drinks. Beyond that, even after he became aware that there had been a problem, he did not offer any apologies during or after the meal. Only as we were waiting to get our coats at coat check did he apologize - where we also had to wait and were finally helped by the third party valet. I understand it was a slow night - our server was great after he became aware we were his table. I expected more of the management staff - especially at this price point. I won’t be going back.

Food was excellent. Steaks were perfectly prepared all around. Sides smaller than I see from most higher end steak houses but were all delicious (Brussels sprouts, as gratin potatoes and cauliflower mash).

Service from good from secondary waitstaff (water/tea) up until the point that entrees were served. Then everyone disappeared.

Head waiter was nice but awkward and not well-informed. Not at all what i would expect. Maybe transferred from Chili’s.

This place is moderately loud so just be aware that quiet conversation would be challenging.

I had dinner there a few nights ago. We sat at a high top in the bar area. It took around 10 minutes to get someone over for a drink order. It was the bartender w a new person training. So I get that you have a lot to do, but I've never gone to a Mortons that didn't have servers for the bar area on top of bartenders. The food was normal so good, but we didn't get our bread (that normally comes out w the water)until after we got our entrees. Fix your service, and I'd be happy to come back.

My husband and I both ordered the steak & lobster special for $59. This includes one 6oz steak and one 5oz lobster (correct me if I'm wrong on the oz number but I believe that is correct). We ordered a jumbo crab cake as an appetizer ($20.50- delicious but outrageous price for a normal size crab cake, I wouldn't call it jumbo) and then one side of mashed potatoes to share ($13- very yummy). We each had 2 drinks each- Prosecco ($14 per drink... tastes yummy and it was a special occasion) and my husband had captain and coke (don't remember the price- probably like $12 each). Everything was delicious except for the steak.... and it's a steakhouse. 😑 We both ordered ours medium and they were both charred and tasted burnt on the outside... again. I felt like I needed a sauce or something because it was so bland and the char taste just took over. This happened when we went back in October for the first time and spoke with the manager about how terrible the steak turned out. We decided to come back this Valentine's Day to give them another chance since we had a gift card... and it was not worth the $212 bill. At all. The manager came out and asked us how everything was and we told him it was much better (because it was- minus the steak)... but we hate complaining so we kept our mouths shut this time. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I honestly have had better steak at Longhorn 😕.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday evening. Wow! The Double Porterhouse for Two, was outstanding, and so was the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Our server, Tim, provided great service. Special thanks to the GM, for the wonderful Key Lime Pie.

First time I’ve been to Morton’s, It was a great time, steaks were on point! Service was perfect. I have visited majority of the steak houses in Cincinnati and would rank it as a top 3 steak next to Ruth’s and Walt’s. Blows Ruby’s out of the water.

My Wife and I ate there prior to a show.

Food was OK. Service was terrible. Waiter came to table and we asked about a special they had advertised and our waiter never heard of it. We asked for him to go check with someone, but he did not. We were kind of upset with his lack of concern for us. After we ordered, the table next to us had a waiter that just told them about the same deal/special we were asking our waiter about. We were not happy. So a floor manager came to our table and we discussed the situation with her and she tried to fix the problem by giving us a free dessert. We got our bill and it was $60 more than if we were able to get the special and was half the food. The special included Salad, Entree, Side, and Dessert. We just had 2 steaks, 1 side and the free dessert. I was still not satisfied and asked the general manager who said yes I have heard the situation and acted as if I was the one that was wrong. He went and changed my check (which he should) and threw down the new check in front of me and walked away. Not professional at all. The last thing the server said was I hope you have a better evening.

Now we are not new at eating at high end steakhouses. In the same week, we ate at Ruth Chris and Tony's Steak and Seafood. I will not be going back to Morton's. I will be going to Tony's even though I have to drive twice as far. But they treat you like family.

We dine at Morton's for a mid winter treat--holidays over, February still to come.

Every request was met with perfection--from our table location to the doneness of my steak--or lack thereof. Rare plus sometimes comes out medium rare.

As a Landry Club member, I ordered the January special--lobster tail and small filet. Perfect amount of each. My husband had the salmon.

I started with the wedge salad--took home enough for lunch the next day; we ordered the truffle matchstick fries and grilled asparagus as sides.

For dessert we shared the hot chocolate volcano cake.

We each started with a cocktail--I was brave and tried The Last Word. Very good--not too sweet, not too shocking--I was unsure about the Chartreuse. We each had a glass of wine.

John, our server, was spot on, friendly, yet professional, and the busboy kept our water glasses filled--I really appreciate that.

So glad we had our treat here.
