Sarah and Bridgette were absolutely wonderful at serving and hosting! My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Great atmosphere because it is elegant, yet relaxed. Unlike too many steakhouses, the noise level allows for conversation without having to raise your voice. There is no better food at any steakhouse in this region. The waitstaff is always respectful and they do not treat you like you are lucky to be there.

We were 9 minutes late with a party of 6. When I checked in they said they had to see if they they still had a table, “we thought you weren’t coming”. I understand I was late but I did have a reservation and would expect a 15 min grace period. I am Expected to give that to a restaurant even if I have a reservation and my table is not ready. Seemed to be a rude comment for such a fine dining establishment. Sometimes when dining in the city traffic and parking can cause a delay in arrival.

We went to Morton’s for my wife’s 35th birthday celebration. Everything was great, except the steak. This is our 3rd time there, and we could tell the quality of the steaks has gone down hill. There are a lot of additional reviews out there that support this across the country. I hope they do address this, until then we aren’t sure we will be back.
Dinner was okay, drinks were overpriced, appetizers were way overpriced. 6 of us dined there at one point we had 16 empty glasses on our table. Waited about 45 mins to get our bill in the meantime while waiting for our bill they give us 2 “free” deserts... ended up charging us for one of the deserts but didn’t feel like waiting another 45 mins for them to fix that overcharge. Guy at the front desk was a dick. First time in my life I didn’t tip at least 20 percent. Place also smelled like puke at the front door. Person at desk said it was because of the construction going on outside... all I know is after tip it was $400.00 and felt like I was at outback steak house. Should have been $150.00 after it was all said in done. Will never to back

This was our first visit to any Morton’s. As far as Cincinnati steakhouses go, we frequent Ruth’s Chris about once a month and a Ruby’s restaurant for special occasions. I had heard great reviews about Morton’s so we decided to switch it up this year. Made a reservation day of, as dinner was a last minute change of plans. We arrived a little early and were seated immediately. Now where I was most impressed — I had noted in the reservation that it was for a 30th birthday. We were handed menus that had “Happy 30th Birthday” at the top with the date. That attention to detail is AMAZING, and something that I’ve raved to everyone about since. What a way to make your guests feel special. Now the meal: we started off with drinks and shortly after ordered dinner. Filet is our steak of choice anywhere we go, so that’s what we both got. I was surprised to see that it came with mashed potatoes and also a choice of a side. Mashed potatoes ARE a side. So he ordered corn and I ordered steamed broccoli (extra steamed). I was baffled when the filet came out served OVER the mashed potatoes. When I eat a good filet, I don’t want a fork full of mashed potatoes with it. I made a comment it reminded me of a country fried steak meal. Regardless, the steak was “ok”, not the best I’ve ever had but also not the worst by any means. The mashed potatoes were tasty. The corn was great. The “extra steamed” broccoli was still crunchy and had a bit of an “off” taste so we didn’t eat much of that. Dessert next: cheesecake for me and chocolate mousse for him. Wow, I was blown away. My cheesecake must’ve been “Creme brûlée” cheesecake and it was delicious. His chocolate mousse was so rich and decadent, he couldn’t even finish it (yay for me!). Overall, our bill was $160 — a little more than we spend at Ruth’s yet less than we spend at Ruby’s. I was pleased with the atmosphere, ecstatic about the personal touch on the menus, indifferent on the main course food, and super happy with the desserts.
Food and experience was wonderful. What a great place to celebrate our anniversary. They recognized our celebration and even gave us a picture/gift to memorialize the occasion. Highly recommend!
This was my wife and my first outing since February. Since we our both immuno- compromised we were nervous but excited to celebrate our anniversary. Mortin's did a great job in distancing and making us feel safe. Our only concern and an area to improve on were the number of customers leaving their tables to go to the restroom etc. and not putting their mask on as required. Being in the medical field we both understand how important and necessary that is.
Sarah was awesome and we would request her anytime we dine at Mortin's.
Went there for my birthday dinner. Was not disappointed. The fillet was so tender it melted in my mouth. The server recommended the Keylime pie for dessert and it was amazing. Always a memorable meal. The service was fantastic as well. Fernando did an excellent job of catering to our every need

My wife was the first one to enter the restaurant with reservations the host fail to acknowledge.
The seating was less desirable being the first to arrive and be seated by the kitchen when premium seating was available.
The carpet was not clean and the food was substandard and didn’t match the restaurant’s pricing menu, some side ordered vegetables seem to be frozen like the creamed spinach.
The only great thing about the restaurant was a young lady Bridget the only compassionate person employee is the only reason we stayed and paid for this experience.
Had the best time and made my birthday so special with my name written on the menu and a special bday message. Food was amazing and have leftovers

Morton's is thankfully back and as good as ever. Lots of new staff who are still learning it seems but they are getting there. A little disappointed in their COVID response; seemed a bit crowded to enable distancing
Horrible service and we were rushed out of there. I was able to make a reservation for 7:45 after sitting down and finding bread in my water glass we were finally able to get our drinks we wanted to enjoy them for a few minutes before ordering. The manager ran over to tell us they had already closed because of Father’s Day and we needed to order because the cooks haven’t been home since 10 am. If they would have informed us prior to making the reservation I would have never made it for 7:45. We rushed to order and then our escargot came out burnt. They proceeded to turn out all the table lighting around us so we had to hurry and choke down our dinner. I wish I would have received a simple call informing me they were closing early so my guest and I could have enjoyed our $500 dinner. Will not be returning.
Service was not what I am used to at Morton's, took significantly longer and waiter offered to bring the check forgetting to bring us our dessert. The food however was outstanding and the Father's Day promotion was an excellent value

The food was spectacular! Service was very slow and had to ask for water refills twice while we waited. The food service was not too slow but the bar and beverage service was extremely sluggish.

Slow service. Didn’t bring drinks. Others were served well before us even though we were seated much earlier. Food was very good. There are too many steak house options to go back for this type of service..... especially when you pay a premium for the food. Won’t be returning.
From the moment we walked in, it was awkward. The steps were dirty leading all the way to the top- definitely looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in several weeks. Service was decent- server was pleasant but not very knowledgeable. Steak and lobster were dry- drinks were good. Staff wore homemade masks and they didn’t require guests to.
They made the birthday celebration spectacular!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Morton’s. They took all the precautions: wearing masks, social distancing. They were very attentive to our daughter and celebrating her graduation.

We went for our anniversary right after the opening from Covid. The menu was lacking. The food was mediocre . The service was not great and the manager went to every table but ours to make sure they were ok. Won’t be back. Felt like they could have cared less to take care of us. We don’t get that at a Jeff Ruby restaurant.

We dined here for my 40th Birthday. The hostess took a cute picture of us and made a Birthday Card for me, it was signed by the staff. I thought this personal touch was very sweet and stood out above other places we have celebrated special occasions in the passed. Our service was amazing and our food (we ordered Filets) was delicious. When we were getting our coats from coat check the GM asked us if we were staying downtown, we told him we were staying at the Hyatt. He offered to walk us back through the Carew Tower himself so we didn’t have to pay for another Lyft. We both felt like we were treated like special guests and we will definitely be back for more Sangria and fresh baked bread. I can’t say enough good things about Morton’s!
