Visited this location, from out of state and the atmosphere was spectacular. Friendly staff, clean, waite staff were terrific.
Outstanding service, great atmosphere, steak was perfectly prepared. Would recommend to anyone. Charles was excellent server,we will return.
Food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very conducive to enjoying a relaxing dining experience. Charles was our server and he gave us excellent service. He was very courteous, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely ask for him the next time we are in for dinner. Martin's is definitely a five-star experience!
Absolutely one of our favorite restaurants downtown Cincinnati. The staff and service are amazing! Not to mention the steaks are the best in town.... That is why we keep going back.
We went out for a birthday. Food was amazing. Service was a little slow but it was well worth the experience!
Thee best experience I’ve had at Morton’s. I’ve been a patron for years and have had not so pleasant experiences in the past. Morton’s completely redeemed themselves. Service was A-1 and the food was spectacular as always. We were waited on by our fave server and the manager Joe really made us feel valued.
Had reservation for 4 on Thursday, Aug.8 for Restaurant Week. It was excellent. Food was perfectly prepared, great selections on the Restaurant Week menu. Just a fabulous experience overall.
Always a five-star experience at Morton’s! Delicious food, impeccable service coupled with a classy, yet comfortable, ambience.
Food was fantastic. Disappointed we waited 20+ minutes for our check. I couldn't get anyone's attention in the restaurant so called the restaurant to have someone bring my check. This is a high end steakhouse, it shouldn't be this way.
Not impressed. Three of us ordered the same steak prepared exactly the same way. Only one of the steaks was prepared properly, the other two were both over cooked. The salads and side dishes were nothing special. The waiter was well trained, but acted like a robot, not really friendly. Quite frankly, we have had much better dinners at far less expensive steakhouses.
What a great 36th anniversary meal we had at Morton’s Steakhouse! My husband and I were greeted warmly, wished a Happy Anniversary, and then treated like royalty. The menus were personalized with an anniversary wish. The food was excellent, from salad to dessert. The manager even insisted on sending us home with a complimentary piece of carrot cake (which was delicious). My hope is we can return to celebrate something again soon. Thank you, Morton’s!
This was a restaurant week deal. Excellent value, several new servers who are very friendly and efficient. Food was fab. All we could ask for
Perfect dinner!! The Summer Menu and Restaurant Week menu's were perfect. Made business dinner palatable. ;-)
FOOD WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE SERVICE. ALWAYS CHECKING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING
we went for Cincinnati restaurant week, so granted, the prices were lower than normal. The food and amount were perfect. We each tried all the food and there were no regrets. The chocolate mousse was the best I've had.
We had a very enjoyable experience. We had a very friendly and competent server and the view was fabulous.
Excellent Food. Excellent Service. Morton's never disappoints!
Amazing! Every bit of it!! And Jason was awesome!! Everyone should have him as their waitor
We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. The staff truly made the dinner special. We loved the steaks and the desserts in particular.
Wonderful as always.
Too pricey for the quality. Some of the food was great while other dishes were not. Better overall quality at other neighboring restaurants
This was our second visit to Morton’s in Cincinnati. Each visit has been well below the quality of Morton’s in Chicago and has been consistently well below that of Ruth's Chris and Jeff Ruby’s in downtown Cincinnati.
This visit was off to a very bad start when I sat down to a preset table that had a filthy spoon in the place setting. I’m talking a big obvious smear of chocolate that would be hard for anyone to overlook unless they just didn’t care about their job or their customers.
The food quality was mediocre at best and well below what is expected for the price and reputation of the Morton’s name - with one exception - the filet side of my Porterhouse was excellent.
Only the server, Federico, made this visit worth staying rather than us walking out.
We will not be returning to Morton’s in the future. There are just too many choices for fine dining and great steaks in Cincinnati - both being characteristics that Morton’s no longer shares.
Everything was cooked to perfection! Our waiter was very attentive and informative! We had the summer deal and it was A LOT of food! Delicious!
It was great
Went for our anniversary, great service and great food! Will definitely be going back.
Bday. Excellent service and food every time!
Wedding anniversary. Excellent Evening!
Everything was wonderful, our waiter was amazing. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed everything!
We visit Morton's a few times each year, and we do enjoy going there. A few thoughts about our most recent visit: (1) First, they finally eliminated the smell that used to hit you as soon as you walked into the restaurant - thanks for doing that. (2) Second, our server was great. I don't remember her name, but she said she had been "on her own" for only two or three days. Despite her lack of experience, she was very good and very nice. (3) Third, I do get the sense that if guests do not order drinks, their food arrives very quickly, which is great at McDonald's, but not necessarily at Morton's. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience, and the food was good. As to "value" . . . . well, it's Morton's.
Beautiful room. Excellent service. Great view of Fountain Square. Great meal!
This was my first time at the Morton's in Cincinnati but not my first Morton's experience. This entire dinner was by far one of the worst I have ever had. First, the staff were cold and even at times rude. The food preparations were terrible: oversize, over seasoned, overcooked, and overpriced. The water tasted like bleach, the creamed spinach tasted like pure nutmeg; the steak trio special that I ordered medium rare arrived well-done, and then I discovered that dish for one person was $80! The waiter was friendly but barely competent. The meal for two, with NO alcohol, cost $237! Terrible experience.
Anniversary dinner was awesome
We've been to Mortons Many times and will return. A very nice dining experience overlooking Fountain Square.
For the amount of money you spend at Morton's I believe we shouldn't have to wait for anything. We did not receive any bread, had to ask twice, we didn't receive one of our sides and had to ask for it. Our dinners were almost finished by the time we received our side, and drinks from the bar were very slow. The atmosphere was very nice but I feel the service should have been top notch for the amount of money you spend.
Everything was wonderful
Lobster Mac n cheese side was cold and had too much of something - nutmeg maybe? Had scallop//crab cake/shrimp grill as entree. Shrimp were tiny, scallops were okay but the bacon was under. Haven’t been there in about 2 years and it used to he a favorite of my wife and me. Meh, disappointed.
15Yr Anniversary Dinner. W/Tip we spent $250.00
Was it worth $250.00? No, but we’ll only be married 15yrs once. It was those darn crab legs....lol...I just had to have those darn crab legs.
Awesome experience. Awesome service...thank you Morton's Team!
food was great and so was our server Charles!
