The View, the food, the service were all excellent. Very expensive.
We always appreciate the personal attention we receive at Morton’s. We love the dining room experience. The food is, of course, outstanding, but we go back time and time again for the service.

It was our 20th wedding anniversary dinner. Everyone at Morton’s from the time we were first greeted wished us a happy anniversary. It was even printed at the top of the menu. It was a very nice touch in addition to the great food and service.
Morton's food and service have been absolutely amazing each time that I have been there. Everyone is so friendly and the food is excellent.
We celebrated our Anniversary and the staff and meal were both outstanding!
Food was good but over priced. We were interrupted almost every 10 minutes by an employee asking if everything was okay. It didn’t allow us to enjoy our meal & each other’s company. We will not likely return.

Everyone at front desk was great. Waiter was not real interested it seemed in taking care of our table he seemed to be preoccupied. Food was a mix my wife had salmon on the restaurant week menu she was satisfied our friend had bistro steak she was disappointed she said it was tough and the taste wasn’t up to Morton’s standards as we eat at Cincinnati Morton’s 4-5 times a year. My pork chop was ok a little dry but I did ask for it medium well It was a fun evening but was not what Morton’s usually does
Visited for restaurant week. Exceptional service from start to finish! Food was exquisite per usual.!!
The reservation was easy to make. The waiter was knowledge able about the offerings. The value was very good. Everything was delicious and the staff made us feel as if we were honored guests. It was a very nice experience.
Service was a lot slower than previous visits. I do not necessarily think it was our server but a larger party next to us that wanted a lot of attention from our server at all times.
Great food and service
It was restaurant week. I would have rather had a very small steak rather than the steak that they had served which was very grizzly. I assume less for restaurant week but the steak was well below the Morton standard

Love everything about Morton’s!! I always request to be seated in Gareth’s section. He’s phenomenal and always makes sure we have a great experience.
My salad and dessert were good. My steak was horrible. It was restaurant week and Our server did say that the steak was just below their regular steak. Well, if it was just below their typical steak I won’t be back. It was so tough. I’ve had a better steak at Applebee’s and that wasn’t good. My drink was supposed to have blue cheese stuffed olives but it did not. There were drink circles and noticeable dust of the ledge and decorations. When paying those prices I expect the little details attended to also.
Went to Mortons with a friend during Restaurant Week. Each of us had the filet and mashed potatoes. Had to send the steaks back to be cooked a little more. When they say rare, they mean RARE. Salad was good, Creme Brûlée excellent. Very good service. Timing worked out perfectly to see an 8:00 show downtown (reservation for 5:15).
I have been to Morton's several times before. We went for restaurant week. The food was excellent. Service good. But I felt I was being "sold to" a lot. First it was some kind of loyalty club. Then it was the server trying to sell us $100-$120 bottles of wine-of course maybe they are all that expensive. The server must have mentioned 3 times that he hoped we'd ask for him the next time we came in. We had a nice time and good food but for this kind of money there are local high end steakhouses in our town that have the same (or higher) quality food and make you feel special.
The timing was so far off from when we ordered to getting our salad served I thought I should mention it to the Manager. I told him it had been 1 hour since we ordered and all he could say was that they had a banquet and things were backed up. I followed that up by telling him the table next to us was seated 20 minutes after us and they had already been served their salads. No apologies given at that time and I told Home I shouldn’t have had to come to him. He should have been at our table much earlier to explain.
After another 20 minutes my wife approached the manager with the same complaints and he started walking away from her. It’s very embarrassing to have your wife go through that. He told her to talk to his assistant.
The manager never approached our table after that to smooth things out.
Our son had joined us this evening and was training for a server job at another restaurant and couldn’t believe what he witnessed. I guess it was a learning experience for him.
After the salad the entree arrived way too rare for a medium well steak and was sent back. By this time the vibe was dead and we asked for our food and desserts to go.

We always enjoy going to Morton’s when we’re in the Cincinnati area. The food is delicious and cooked perfectly. The wine selection is out of this world. The staff is amazing. Our server Jay was great. Everyone there is extremely friendly and accommodating.
Outstanding service and the food was great.
We had not been to Morton's in some time so we were looking forward to it. The food was amazing but our service was not. We sat for a while before we were greeted by our waiter. We needed to ask for our bread and we noticed that our food took forever to come out. We looked and noticed other tables were waiting with looks on their faces as well.
The Maiter'd came over and apologized and comped our bottle of wine which was a nice gesture
The service, ambiance, and view are amazing at Morton's. However, the steak is not as good as competing steakhouses in the area. For the price, I do not feel the steaks are the best. Jags and The Pine Club in Dayton, Ohio have far better steaks at a more reasonable price.
Always an awesome experience!
The steaks were excellent. The shrimp and scallops did not have much flavor on their own. The lobster Mac and Cheese was okay. The sour cream mashed potatoes were very good. The steaks were the star. The service was perfect.
Morton’s in Cincinnati always does a great job with the food and the service. We got the Labor Day Weekend special which was an excellent value and the food and service was great as always.
Food was EXCELLENT and service was good, could do without the server reciting the entire menu to us but other than that was great. Way more expensive than it needs to be but food is always phenomenal.
Next time I’d skip the demiglace. Holy saltbomb, Batman!

Took full advantage of the $99. deal at Morton's including the wine (which was delicious). Service is fantastic, the food is out of this world. The table was wonderful, by the window. And the best part? it was quiet and the ambiance was to die for! Loved our experience. Thanks so very much. We received an extra dessert and a lovely photo. It could not be a better way to spend our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you Morton's.
Great night and the food only made the evening experience better!
Took my girlfriend to dinner for her birthday. The service was beyond exceptional from the moment we walked through the door. They greeted us by telling her Happy Birthday, and once seated the hostess took a picture of the two of us, and later brought a photo in a cardboard frame with Happy Birthday written on it and signed by the staff. The food was delicious and steaks were cooked precisely to order. The recommendations from the waiter were spot on and I can understand why the Cajun Ribeye was his favorite steak. It is awesome how personable they were and have to thank them for contributing to a great experience for her birthday. I would definitely rate them a 5 out of 5 and her and I can’t wait to go back.

Visited this location, from out of state and the atmosphere was spectacular. Friendly staff, clean, waite staff were terrific.
Outstanding service, great atmosphere, steak was perfectly prepared. Would recommend to anyone. Charles was excellent server,we will return.
Food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very conducive to enjoying a relaxing dining experience. Charles was our server and he gave us excellent service. He was very courteous, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely ask for him the next time we are in for dinner. Martin's is definitely a five-star experience!
