Excellent food and service. This was the fourth year in a row we were dining at Mortons in February. My son loves the burger and his birthday is in Feb. The only thing was we had a circle table by one of the windows and people were endlessly walking by the table. It was a tad noisy And distracting but besides that everything was perfect.

We had reservations for our Anniversary dinner on Valentine’s Day! Morton’s went out of their way to make the occasion special!! Started out with an excellent mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto on top of arugula for an appetizer. Followed by an excellent filet mignon with a side of bacon au gratin potatoes. Dinner was finished of with a complementary lava cake for dessert. Excellent atmosphere and ambience. Excellent waitstaff!!

It was our anniversary and we called on 2 separate ocsssions to confirm our booth table and if they could do something special for our 15th. Nothing. Zero. Zip. We even know the manager for over 8 years. Very disappointed As they promised a booth and as little as a menu with our occasion on it. Nothing. Since Landry’s bought Morton’s the experience has gone down several notches. Shame.

From the moment we arrived at the restaurant the hostess and manager were pleasant. Our reservation was at 7:30pm we were seated at 7:47pm, we understand a busy Friday night this is common. When we were seated a man quickly sat us without menus, chairs were not pulled out and he quickly disappeared before we seated. It took 5 minutes for our table to be acknowledged, we sat awkwardly without menus, cocktails, or water. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We ordered appetizers, wine, cocktails and entrees, dinner seemed to be going well until, one of the entrees was prepared medium rare instead of medium plus (not a preference, but a requirement for this person) the waitress took it back and it came out cooked medium instead of medium plus leaving the large piece of meat medium rare again. Note: When food arrived steaks were all placed in front of the wrong person. Dinner overall was tasty. After dinner we decided to have after dinner cocktails, we ordered the Spanish coffee ( two of them) they came out Italian coffees, when we confronted the waitress she told us they were the Spanish coffees, however after smelling them and talking to the bartender it was determined they were the Italian coffees. This was quickly changed. The Spanish coffees came and the menu clearly stated served with fresh whip cream, when we asked about it we were told the whip cream was only served with Irish coffee however the menu clearly stated different. The waitress did bring whip cream on the side. Overall the restaurant was chaotic, it appeared understaffed. We were underwhelmed. With so many great steak houses in Boston we are taking Morton’s off our list.

Food was solid good, but not as much Wow factor as I had hoped. We both had mixed grill of filet 6oz, grilled shrimp and scallops wrapped in bacon. My steak was a little more charred than I like, but it certainly was good. Wine selection and sommelier were great, Stags Leap Meritage blend. Hot chocolate lava cake was excellent. Recommend extra scoop of ice cream! Service was decent, a little lag after dessert menu brought that we had to find server, which I do not expect at such a high end restaurant. But it did not ruin our night. I would go back.

Our sea bass came out raw in the middle so we sent it back. When it came back out, it was 1/2 the size as the piece we sent back. (But they gave me 2 extra pieces of bok choy, probably hoping I wouldn’t notice) So they recooked my original piece but didn’t give me the entire piece, but charged me for the whole piece. Not a good value. They ended up comping the dessert, but it didn’t make it right in my mind.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Morton’s. One of the best steakhouses we have been to. The food was really good and the waiter was amazing. It is worth going to if you have not been. We definitely will be back!

We always have a great experience here. The Landry's Select Club is well worth it, even if you don't use it often. We had excellent service from Alberto, and the managers are very present and always check to make sure everything is going well.

Morton's is my favorite steakhouse. The service was outstanding. We had a one year old with us and they were very accommodating (especially with how messy baby's are). As usual the food was outstanding.

the food was terrible, I have eaten at Morton's many times in the past going back to the Boylston Street days. This was the worst meal we have ever had eating out in a fine dinig restaurant, and will not be returning in the near future, very sad...

First time here. Food and atmosphere were fantastic. One particular waiter(not our waiter) kept talking to us, more than one would want to be bothered on a night out putting a slight damper on the first experience. The ambiance was fantastic and every other employee made us feel that we were a guest in their restaurant. Will return without a doubt.

Adult birthday dinner. There were 4 of us. Salads were excellent, especially the burrata, which was truly special. Crab cake was very good too. All our steaks were prepared to a perfect medium rare. The waiter was friendly and eager to please. Only drawbacks — I had only mentioned the birthday to the maitre d when we arrived. He acknowledged me, but there was never any acknowledgement at the table. No candle or anything. I should have noted it in my open table reservation, as I usually do. And the desserts were a bit haphazard, 3 coffees arrived well before the 4th, and one dessert notably before the other. Small hiccups for an otherwise outstanding evening. (Although it IS expensive!)

Great food and atmosphere. Our server was very specific when giving us the menu
selection as it is typically served - so there were no surprises. The two entrees on our table that
look most appealing were the mixed grille, which came with asparagus, and the braised entrée, which came served on noodles.

If you order a steak - that is all that will be on your plate. So, a small filet on a large plate
is not so appetizing. I guess its a thing.

The atmosphere would be even better if there was a minimal dress code.

Simply outstanding! From the moment you walk in the door they treat you like you are the only customer there. We were celebrating our anniversary and my wife’s birthday and everyone from the hostess to our server to the sommelier wished us a happy anniversary and birthday. They even made a special menu for us! The food is outstanding, you can’t go wrong, our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides of spinach and mushrooms and the potatoes au gratin were amazing. The wine that was recommended to pair with our meal was perfect. Highly recommend!
