I have been to Mortons several time over the years. Every time I go I think... why do I not go there more often. The food was spectacular, our waiter Nick was great. Can't wait to go again...on any occasion.

We ordered a bottle Joel Goet that was stated on the menu at $55.00. When the bull arrived it was listed on the bill at $115. When we questioned the server she said the bill was correct.
Although we were disappointed we chose to leave it at that.
For curiosity once we were home we checked the retail price of the wine at $11.97. We thought $55 would then have made sense. I called the restaurant the next day to once again inquire as to what the price of the wine was on the menu, I was told $55 when I told the manager that my bill reflected $115 he stumbled and said yes that is correct. When I said I would pursue this through head office and social media, he hung up on me. I find it hard to believe that any restaurant would take an12 food mark up. We have the feeling we have been taken advantage off. We will never be back.
We arrived at 7:25 for a 7:30 reservation. We checked in and were told it would be a 20 min wait. Already unacceptable! Reluctantly we sat at the bar to wait for our table. The quest’s waiting area was a mob scene. Loud. Crowded. All were annoyed with the wait. 25 min later we checked our expected wait time and there were still too many guests ahead of us on the list. We ordered dinner at the bar. At 8:20, 50 minutes after our reservation time, our name was called. Completely unacceptable! We won’t be going back to Morton’s in Boca again any time soon. What a disappointment. They over book and apologize as if part of their job description. What a disappointment!
What's the point of a reservation if the table isn't ready when you arrive. We still had to wait 15 minutes and watched party after party receive the same message as us.

I have eaten at this particular Morton's many many times and always enjoyed my experience. This time was awful! The service was mediocre at best. 3 out the four entrees came out cold. My steak had to back twice and was unevenly cooked . The hash browns that were served to us were cold and asked for a new plate, when the steak I ordered( which was now way uncooked) was brought to the table the waiter brought out the same plate of hash browns he had initially served me! All he did was reheat the hash browns, unbelievable!
Overall a horrible night one that would make me reconsider Morton's being my go to steak restaurant in Boca.
Normally Mortons is always close to perfect. Not this time. Food was great service not so much. Age old problem, our server Adrianne had a large table of 10 or so that we had to compete with for her attention. Sadly a Grand Mariner Soufflé we pre ordered came out grossly overdone and just awful. Should have been served before our waiter Adrianne took the large tables order which took a ridiculous 15 minutes. When we complained it was uneatable not even an “I’m sorry” or is ther anything else I can get you. Just I’ll take it off the check. Very unprofessional and unacceptable in a restaurant of this caliber.

It was so nice! Service was awesome. The meal was fantastic. And I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend!

Bob was our waiter and he was amazing! Great personality! The food was delicious! We came an hour before our reservation and the seated us right away even though they were very busy!
We normally go to NY Prime or Chops when in Boca, but they were booked so we decided to give an oldie another try. . Our server, Jon, was very sweet. The food from start to finish was subpar. Filet was tough and not fresh tasting. My husband’s ribeye was veiny and raw. Bread was how we remembered—delicious. Drinks were still quality. Salads on a scale of 1-10 rated about 4.5. Sides were potatoes (cold) and mushrooms were perfect! We won’t be go back. Too many great steakhouses in this area. Morton’s last time in both we were in Chicago and Boston are still great. Skip the Boca Raton Raton location sad to say unless you are going for drinks only.
All Steaks were to be medium rare but were maybe a little past MR toward medium. Although all steaks were still very good. Side dishes were very good also. The Morton's salad was excellent. The service was excellent. No real complaints although the prices are too high for the cuisine compared to other high end restaurants.
Reservations were for 730 pm. Wasn't seated until 815 pm. They put us at a table for 2 when tables for 4 had 2 people seated at them. They wouldn't change my table. Noise level was off the charts. Food ok and pricey . Will never go back.

When we arrived they told us they had no space, then we left and look d into open table and they did have space!!!

First and foremost, the food was superb and my bone in filet was delicious and my son’s ribeye was excellent Unfortunately, the service was subpar and after being seated, we waited over 20 minutes to get bread and drink orders and it was not until the manager came over and switched waiters did we get served. The new waiter apologized and said they were busy. There were empty tables but it was not worth the debate. This was the second time I have experienced service issues with Morton’s.

The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. I just felt the food and wine was too pricey.
Had a reservation but table not ready took another 15 min standing in the way while others were seated that came in after us. Once seated it took another 10 minutes before a bar service order was taken. Ordered bottle of wine and 2 others order a glass. Once we got the bottle of wine, it took another 10 minutes for the 2 glasses of wine to arrive after asking the waiter twice. After being seated it was almost 45 minutes before our order was taken. It was very crowded with tables on top of each other. We had to get up out of our seats and move the chairs in to let others leaving their table there was no room for people to get by between the tables. The noise level was so high it was difficult to have a conversation. It appeared that the waiter was overwhelmed with all the table he had to service. Such a high scale restaurant we expected better service, ambiance and a little more space between tables. Although the steaks were great it didn't make the meal a pleasure to eat.
Perfect evening ! Excellent service! We started with a Bibb lettuce salad including pears, cheese and candied nuts.... but they were out of Bibb lettuce and substituted romaine... unfortunate! We had a special of filet mignon and lobster tail. Ordered onion rings as a side. Everything cooked perfectly. We enjoyed a French wine from medoc. Saturday night reservation honored on the dot with a banquette table. We are still talking about how enjoyable this dinner was.
Noise level too high for conversation .. service rushed ..tables very close together could not get a wheelchair through without having several people get up and move chairs.. some people had to leave their table during dinner and walk away to clear a small area.
Morton's is always nice as a high end steak place. My Cajun ribeye was overcooked, as is usual for Morton's. Other guests had the Bone-in ribeye, mixed grille and salmon all of which were excellent. Cauliflower mashed potatoes were first rate.
Went to Morton's to celebrate a birthday! Mimi was our waitress. She had great energy, knew the foods to recommend and was attentive. I had the Filet Mignon and it was excellent. Will be back to this Morton's soon!
Really enjoyed my meal - started with lump crab cocktail and it was huge pieces of crab and very good cocktail sauce and horseradish. Had the bone in filet for dinner and it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked and fantastic flavor. On the side was creamed corn and sautéed spinach; both well prepared. I sat at the bar and had two very attentive and personable servers who enhanced the experience. Real good food and a well run establishment
I ordered the mixed grill--petite filet with grilled shrimp and two scallops wrapped in bacon. The filet mignon had no taste and was room temperature. The shrimp also had no flavor, was cold... and the scallops were like rubber. I have eaten at the Mortons in my hometown of Georgetown, DC numerous times..have ordered the same entree--and have always had an outstanding meal. This was definitely a mediocre--albiet expensive--experience. Not the Mortons experience I am used to. Very disappointing.
The steak was great, but it’s a steakhouse. However my steak had to go back because it was undercooked! Not what I expected.
It is pricey but the quality was excellent.

Expensive cocktails, but expected. We sat at our table about 15 minutes later than our reservation, somewhat expected. But we didn't expect dirty bread plates and water glasses ... not at these prices. The waiter couldn't care less. I was disappointed and will probably not go back.
This is our all time favorite restaurant. The food and service is always outstanding. Perfect every time.
Wonderful waitress Lindsey! We forgot to mention it was our friend’s anniversary; however when our waitress was told, she took our pictures- a wonderful memory for us. She also offered us a dessert.
The service was wonderful. The food was excellent everything came out just the way we liked it.
My meal was delicious and cooked perfectly. The tuna tower was not what we expected but was yummy and did not last long. I had the Iceberg wedge which was the best I have had. Along with that I ordered an 8oz filet, medium-rare. The steak arrived hot and perfectly medium-rare. My daughter ordered a medium-rate ribeye and it was not so perfect. Neither was my husband’s filet he ordered medium well. Both of their steaks were charred so badly the charred bits overwhelmed the taste of the steaks. You could say they didn’t know how to cook steak but mine was not charred and was cooked exactly to order. They did recook my daughter’s ribeye but they took so long and they took her potatoes too while they cooked her a new meal that by the time it arrived, we were done, she was over it and she took it to go. I would go back but I will have to leave the family at home. They do not care to return.

Great staff. Very attentive and very nice from when we arrived to when we left. Steak was cooked perfectly.
It was just outstanding in every way. A must visit often.
