Everything was perfect. We had the lobster tail and petite filet special. GeorgeAnn was excellent as usual.
Wonderful Experience at Morton’s. It was a birthday dinner for my husband and everything was fabulous. Food, service and ambiance. Definitely a special occasion restaurant! We will be back!
Service was great, food off the chart and cooked perfect. Our drinks were delicious and they knew we were going to a show so they didn't rush us but were great about watching the time for us

The food was great, but the service was extremely slow for our party but not for others. I will consider giving this location another because Morton's is one of my favorite restaurants.
It wasn’t horrible but I expected more for the price. The side items could have been better. I sent back my creamy spinach for lobster Mac which was pretty good. Our steaks again were just okay.
My husband and I definitely enjoyed our dinner at Morton's, but due to the cost and value, we won't be returning. The server was fantastic and we appreciated her service.
Went for Valentine’s Day. Second year in a row. Food was great as always. The side dishes senmed to bit smaller then usual. The server was decent, but had better service. He really didn’t come back often, but not as bad as last Varlentine’s Day. Still our go to place for special occassions.

There was something with the Cajun Ribeye that I always get, Cajun spice was burned, you can cook a steak and not char it, sorry.

Me and my wife Went during restaurant week and the service was not very good, it was very loud, staff took long to take orders and clean table off . The regular menu was over priced. The 35 dinner special for two =70+ 10 upgrade 6oz to 8oz=80+2drinks 34=114+tax20=134 tip total =154.00
Another great meal at Morton's - our favorite Baltimore steakhouse. Our servers, Desiree and Demetrius, were excellent. Our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful experience!
Restaurant week was a great value and opened our eyes to this great establishment.
The service we received was great. I think our server did an excellent job. However, the valet service was horrible! When date arrived, he states they didn’t even approach the car and he had to practically “flag” them down for service. This valet service certainly doesn’t match the atmosphere of Morton’s and it was quite disappointing.
I went with a group of friends for restaurant week. Most of our steaks were overcooked. I ordered mine medium rare and mine was medium well/well done. Our waiter was not around for me to send it back, so I ate it. We also wanted to order a second bottle of wine - the waiter eventually came back around, but it was after most had finished their meals. Was not impressed.
Aside from Morton’s being one of my favorite steak houses to dine at, I am pretty upset with the decline of service. My family and I have dined with Morton’s for years: we’ve celebrated birthdays, personal milestones, and so much more. The service has always been great! In the last couple of years, I’ve been really disappointed with the service.
For my most recent visit, we took advantage of Baltimore Restaurant Week. Upon being seated, a server (not our own) brought us waters and said our server would be right with us. It took about 10 minutes for our server to arrive, for which he had a bit of an attitude to begin with. He gave us the Restaurant Week menu and the regular menu and started off his introduction with, “If you’re here for the bargain menu, you’ll want to stick to this menu...” From there, the level of service went down.
It took another 15 minutes for us to receive bread... and from my observations, the staff here are running a mile a minute in every other direction. It makes me consider what they’re doing behind the curtain to have so many people flying around the floor, but can’t really stop to check on the tables. Our waiter wasn’t the most attentive, however, only one busser seemed to be. But he was still a little sloppy—too quick at hand for a luxury dinner.
The food was great. Which is why I have always enjoyed coming here. My steak is always cooked to medium rare perfection. The sides were executed well to complement the steak.
I just wish that the staff could be trained to 1) respect their clientele regardless of what they assume they’ll be ordering, and 2) slow down and be a bit more professional.
One of the best features of our evening was the excellent service - all servers were friendly and attentive.
Great time was had by all. Food was great Service was great. They couldn't do enough to make sure we had a night to remember. We will return again and again.

Just fantastic! I asked the waiter how do they compare to Ruth Chris, he laughed and said they’re way better. I was skeptical, but then I tasted the food. Just great experience, wonderful atmosphere and great service!
We dined at Morton's during Baltimore Restaurant week. The food was outstanding. I had a caesar salad (delicious- and yes, you CAN mess up a salad). I had the filet mignon, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Cream spinach accompanied it, also very good. The bacon mac and cheese my husband ordered was out of this world. Key Lime pie was a great ending. I can't speak enough at how good this dinner was. Our server was pretty cool, too.
My only complaint was that I had a 4pm reservation and called that morning to see if I could change the time to 5pm. I was told "we're completely booked from 4-8". At 5:15pm, the restaurant was still mostly empty. I'm talking 6 tables occupied (I counted). They should have just allowed me to change it instead of being snooty and outright lying.
Everything was delicious. Service was beyond exceptional
Morton's could be a fantastic steak House with just a few upgrades. If you want to be great: replace napkins when a guest returns to his/her seat; Serve dishes to the right guest. Get the meet served at the correct premature. Correct these issues and Morton's will be 5 stars all of the way.

We have been coming to Morton’s on New Years Eve with our Grandkids for 11 years. Last two years our daughter and boyfriend have also been with us. This has always been a great experience. Sam Sara and Patrick make us feel so at home. Always a good time

Steak was absolutely delicious. Tomato salad had way to much dressing. Crab Cake was just OK. With a Baltimore location I expected a top notch crab cake. Brussel sprouts were good but not the best I ever had.
Our waitress was lovely but I did have to ask her to turn down the music level two times before she actually did it. In general ambience was just ok. Really an open concept and not cozy at all for a dinner for 2.
Food was good. Service was subpar in comparison to a normal restaurant. The first drink I received was incorrect. Took about 10 minutes to be checked on. Food came out fairly timely. Steak was of very good quality. The lyonnaise potatoes were lack luster. We had to request water refills multiple times. We paid in cash and needed change. Waitress said she would bring the check right back. 10-15 minutes later after we got her attention she looked shocked we needed our check back. After we got her attention it took another 15 minutes to get the changed from her “service partner”
Morton’s is my steakhouse of preference. I don’t eat many steaks maybe four or five a year so when I do I want it to be delicious. Morton’s has never let me down. The only thing that wavers is the service but the food has always been top notch. Steak and potato simple. The service was first class and as always I’ll continue recommending Morton’s when a great steak is all that will do.

Amazing time for our anniversary!
I was not impressed. First we were turned away because they said they were booked and the restaurant wasn't even half seated. Then after we made a reservation using OpenTable at 9 p.m. we arrived and were told that they were closing early. Although, while acting annoyed, they said they would serve us and when they did the food was not good at all ... the salmon was dry, soup cold, and sides mushy. I will never go to a Morton's again. It was sad, especially given my friend and I were there for a convention and were trying to have a nice meal out and it was extremely expensive! Grade F-
We've been going here for years. Our server took our order promptly and all seemed well. I ordered a lobster and steak special; hubby ordered a filet mignon with bearnaise sauce, and we ordered a side of lyonnaise potatoes. When the entrees arrived, my husband was told that the chef wasn't happy with the sauce, was making a new batch and it would be out momentarily. That "moment" turned into about 10 minutes and when it did finally come out, by that time his steak had obviously gotten colder, and the sauce was still no good. Hubby couldn't even eat it & that's saying a lot for my husband. We both ordered our steaks medium but they came out closer to medium well and were quite overcooked. While we know that happens, our server was so busy he apparently didn't have time to come back and even ask if they were done to our liking. The side of potatoes was also barely lukewarm when they were put on the table. By the time our server did return, it was to drop off the sauce, apologize for the wait, & then quickly escape to wait on more tables before we had a chance to really talk to him about how the steaks were cooked. He was great but way too busy to ensure our meal was to our liking. We didn't have time to even consider the possibility of having the food cooked again, but my husband did ask to speak to the manager. He was courteous but showed him how the sauce was so bad he couldn't eat it & told him the steaks were overcooked & said he understood how things get busy and any restaurant can have a bad night but that more importantly, he thought they should know there was a problem in the kitchen and they should investigate it. The manager did try to make things right. There just wasn't time to do so. My advice is don't go before a Ravens game. Maybe that was why the kitchen was so overwhelmed. We may return but this meal was a big, expensive disappointment.
The staff was great and attentive. The music was too loud. The specialty Halloween menu was a great value. The food was good.
