My steak and my boyfriend's steak was not cooked to medium as requested. And I don't normally send food back, but it was so dry that we both had to. The second time around, my boyfriend's steak was great, but mine was still a little overdone and a bit dry.
It was my 3rd time dining at Morton's and my boyfriend's first. I explained that my other experiences were good. However he is convinced he won't eat there again. :(
The service was amazing! From valet, coat check, management and our waiter, Tyler.

It was Restaurant Week and the food, service, staff all great. Our waiter Frantz was awesome and the GM, (Sam?, sorry, I’m half deaf😂) was very nice and very attentive. Great night out!
We love this place. Before we even ask its brought to us. The staff does a fantastic job making sure everything is right.
Had a wonderful date night, the steak was awesome, but the mashed potatoes weren’t worth the wait. In future I would choose another side, but over all a great meal!
Food was good, however I was very underwhelmed by the steak, filet mignon (and remember this is a steakhouse). Lobster bisque was great and salmon was pretty good. Very expensive for what you get though!
The food took long and and it was cold when we got it some people didn’t get there Appetizer or desert the waiter was rude.
Service was awful for Restaurant week. Slow and not attentive.
Food was great; however, it was negated by the poor service. The wait staff gave little to no interaction. It took 3.5 hours to complete our meal because it took about 45 minutes for each course to come out. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant such a long wait as there were plenty of empty seats. I will never come back to spend money on fine dining at a restaurant that clearly lacks in service.
