I made reservations for 9pm and wasn't seated til 30min after. What did make reservations for if I came in to stand around waiting. The hostess looked overwhelmed. Our waiter read off the specials which is expected but I found it insulting when he called out the prices also. That was unnecessary. It's bad enough we had to wait so long to be seated but every time the waiter came to the table it was a long time before we saw him again. I came to this restaurant for Valentine's Day 2017, sadly 1 year later the experience had changed drastically. I can't say I'll be back anytime soon.
There were only a few customers but it took 10 minutes before we were acknowledged after being promptly seate d. 10 minutes is too long to wait when we see empty tables all around.
The food was great and the service was great however the prices weee extremely high!

We went to Morton's in Atlanta for a Valentine's dinner. Our server, Roderick, was attentive and personable and made our dinner special. Only disappointment was that they had no live lobsters.
I ordered a 22 oz bone in ribeye steak. It was cooked perfect. The problem was it was no where near a 22oz steak. Was very disappointed as I was really was looking forward to a big steak it was as thin as a Kroger pack of Pork Chops. I have been to Morton’s all over the country and don’t remember getting a steak that small. It has been a year since I have ate at Morton’s in Louisville so maybe the portion sizes have changed. It’s a shame if that’s the case. Next time I will try the Ocean club or Capitol Grill instead.
This was a family celebration. We all ordered the steak and seafood special which was an excellent value! We also ordered the bottled wine special which was very good.
Kyle was an excellent server... just enough attention.
They were great with the kids!! Steaks were excellent and the service was top notch!
Mortons was mediocre at best . Service has been better at a Longhorn, Outback, or Texas Land & Cattle . Food was so so - nothing special - nothing that stood out - Forgot it was a Landry Chain - which focuses on profits and nothing else.
The wait staff fell extremely short on the prices and expectations of a chop house, and the steaks were ok but not knocked out of the park
Save your money and time - there are many more places in Atlanta to have a fine dining experience and spend the same amount.
Top Pinot served at the bar while waiting for table was very warm. My guess is it was served at 75 degrees. I am a wine guy. I enjoy great food with great wine. I like a venue who really knows food & wine. Got to our table and ordered a $200 bottle of red wine. I requested it chilled down to proper serving temp 55-58 degrees. They set the red wine on some dry ice to chill it down. Really? The wine police should of showed up right then! Someone call a sommelier please. Very disappointing. I expected more from Morton’s. Walking out I saw that wine was being stored in a closet or small room. Not temp controlled.
Very expensive and not as good as last year!! I would go somewhere else and spend less.
This was our first time to eat at a Morton's. It was a wonderful experience. Rodrick was our server and he was outstanding. The meal was timed and presented to perfection. The food was delicious.

Never disappointed with Morton's. We are here at least once per month and love that the service and food quality is always exceptional. You can't go wrong for steak or seafood !!

We had issues with our reservation. I called to change my reservation on Friday and they "no showed" us after speaking to the host. I had to rebook our reservation for Sunday because by the time we called on Saturday they told me they didn't have anything.
After being seated at our table it took awhile before we had anyone say "hi" Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It was a long dinner. Everything took a long time to come to the table. They were also out of the appetizer we selected. I was disappointed with my salmon entree. They put so much peppercorn on the glaze it wasn't enjoyable. The mash potatoes did not have any flavor they could have used some salt and butter. I would also suggest smaller table bread. We had 2 bites and the rest was tossed out. What a waste. All in all it will not be first on our list to revisit Morton. It was a bit disappointing.
Wonderful onion soup & soufflé and of course steaks.
Great! Morton's prepared a special menu for our anniversary and placed us at a very intimate table. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was awesome.

I have eaten at Morton’s in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Bethesda, MD; Seattle, WA; New York and all have been nothing short of AMAZING. The Atlanta Morton’s steak house was such a terrible experience that we will never set foot in a Morton’s again. It’s as if it were a complete different restaurant. The waiter even asked if we would like our steak knives replaced prior to dinner. My response was “no” I would like to eat my $100 Prime steak with a dirty/soiled knife that I used to butter my bread with. On top of this at no point did the waiter clean the crumbs off the table between each course. This restaurant is dirty/filthy and the wait staff has just as much experience as an IHOP waiter/waitress.
