Clearly ordered filet oscar with beranaise on the side. It was delivered to the table with the crab, chopped asparagus, and beranaise all mixed together like a soup poured over the steak. I sent it back asking for the chef to remove the mixture from on top of the steak and redo it with the beranaise on the side. The steak was delivered to the table, plain. A bowl of shredded crab mixed with chopped asparagus was eventually brought to the table. Quality of the meal and presentation was awful—worse Morton’s experience ever.

The entrees are exquisitely delicious. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. I love this steakhouse in Arlington.

Very disappointed with Morton's. They proclaim to sell only "USDA PRIME" beef, but the 14 day dry-aged ribeye I got was very tough (actually difficult to cut with a steak knife) so I seriously doubt it was "prime" and even question if it was "choice" grade. The sides (creamed spinach and bacon-smoked gruyere scalloped potatoes) were both unremarkable, as was the loaf of bread they brought out when we were seated (the bread appeared to be a store-bought loaf). The dessert (chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream) was, like the rest of the meal, unremarkable. The service was, like the meal, unremarkable and at the end, the waiter failed to bring an espresso I'd requested with the dessert - but he still included it on the bill. I've honestly had better quality food (and equal or better service) at Outback, Texas Roadhouse, and Longhorn. I went to Morton's for an "extraordinary" experience and received a very "ordinary" one. Certainly not worthy of the price.

Service was okay. Had to wait for a fork and for our check. Server gave great suggestions. Food was excellent, but expensive. Music was too loud and not the right genre for the setting.

Dinner was excellent . We were sitting near the front of the restaurant near noisy patrons at the bar. Upon request, we immediately relocated a table(booth) toward the rear of the restaurant, and all was superb from that point.

This has been one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Service atmosphere and food were wonderful. Dylan’s recommendations were amazing!! We look forward to coming back!
