Great food great service the steaks were incredible
Second time dining at Morton’s in the last two weeks at two different locations and both experiences have been very similar with subpar service. Beverage/bar service super slow. Both diners we had attempted delivery of the wrong food. Had to flag down server to pay or get bill. Plates left on the table for 10 plus minutes after completing meals. Not what you’d expect from a $700 dinner for 4

The outside eating area was not what I expected, it was very plain. The food was delicious but our cocktails were small and was only 2/3 filled , I felt cheated especially because the prices didn’t match quantity. Our waiter Brandon was charming and delightful. The only issue I had was the cocktails.
for such a nice place u would think they would make sure no hair gets into their food! Apparently they don’t care about their service too much

29th birthday celebration
Unbelievable, best steak experience ever, the steak with the peppercorn sauce was the best I’ve ever had, the sides, mushrooms and spinach, the Brussels sprouts with bacon and Morton’s potatoes o’grauten were rediculously delicious. I’m not embellishing or exaggerating in the least bit. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it, well worth the price!

Great service and great food! Keith is a great manager! Will definitely return! Ambiance was only a three because of the tent dining and not much can be done about that, but we were happy to go out and dine!

Open inside dinning. I understand the circumstances of the government but this is enough people deserve better for a 300 dollar dinner for 2.

Amazing experience
They have done a great job in difficult times. Our dinner New Years Eve was delicious. When the lights in the tent went out, they were there with candles. The only blemish on a otherwise lovely evening was the service. They dropped our appetizer at 8:40pm but at 9:40pm I had to get up to find someone to inquire about our entrees. Moreover, we were not the only table without food. I understand a kitchen getting in the weeds, but some communication about the issue would have been appreciated. Over an hour between courses is not acceptable, especially with a 13yr old. I thought they might have comped a desert or our corkage but neither. Nor did we ever really get an apology for the delay. I have enjoyed many dinners at Morton's and will again, but Thursday was not their finest night.
Nice until the power went out
The manager treated us poorly. We seen him treat other guests that he seemed more important or had more money more important. Food was fabulous! Cajun steak was amazing!

Dining in the parking lot leaves much to be desired. The food was OK not really cooked well as we hoped and the service was sporadic.
Steak was burnt but manager reduced the bill. So disappointed for my mother on Christmas!
We went here on 12/24 for my wife's birthday. Service and food were great. They did their best to privide that Mortons ambiance in an outdoor tent.

One of our favorites!
The food was good but there was mold on our bread. They then offered a free dessert as a “sorry”. For such a high priced restaurant, I feel a percentage off the bill would’ve been more suitable so I was disappointed. Not to mention we had eaten majority of the bread so I’m pretty sure we consumed some of the mold.
It was amazing and safe during this covid time! Safe distance from other tables, safety measures, etc all lead to a great experience! Limited staff due to covid but please be patient keeping that in mind.
It was a very good experience, the service was great, the decor looked really good, didn’t feel like I was outside at all. The food was pretty good but I’ve had better steaks for lesser funds.

We had a reservation @ 8:15 for my hubby bday. Our food came out @ 9:30 pm. My husband order the special which was $125 plate and he was unsatisfied with the flavor didn’t think it was worth it. Thier was a curfew @ 10 pm meaning we had to hurry up and eat pay and leave in 30 min. We weren’t a fan of this steak house, over priced not worth it. This was our 1st time here and our last.
Our server Brian was awesome, will definitely be returning.
