I love Morton’s but in this location, the experience wasn’t good. The food took way too long to prepare to our request. Our needs weren’t met. Over lamb was over cooked. To get the check it took more than 45 min I was very disappointed

Excellent service. Last minute birthday request got the birthday person’s name printed on all menus, a special free dessert. Wait staff was particularly excellent. Great food is their standard. Brussels sprouts and lobster ravioli very good.

I want to preface this with stating our server was great. The poor quality service had nothing to with them directly. We were seated on time, however we were not given menus when we were seated. Finally, 30 minutes later, we were asked if we wanted a drink and that’s when we were able to ask for menus. Nobody approached us for 30 minutes. Additionally, multiple runners had brought food to our table that was not ours, our meals were not cooked as ordered, silverware settings were incomplete, and due to being understaffed the experience dragged on way longer than it should have. Food was pretty good! But the management needs to do a better job of managing- this is not the fault of any individual server.

very good steaks, very slow in getting food to the table, we had 2 children under 5, asked for mac and cheese to come out asap, it took over an hour, otherwise, it was very crowded, tables very very close to one another, for this price point, my bill was over $1000, I would like more room

Staff were very nice. Nice spot outside to sit at. Unfortunately had major issue with the one thing you shouldn't have an issue with at a steakhouse, the steak. I did have a nice crab appetizer and I ordered the bacon au gratin potatoes which were really good!! I ordered a prime ribeye steak medium rare with black truffle butter. I was given a strip loin steak that was med rare but very tough. Had it not been so tough I might have eaten it even though it was not the cut I asked for, I hate to see food go to waste. The staff was vey good about taking it back and manager came over to apologize. The second steak was a prime rib eye but cooked medium. Manager came and apologized again and said they would make me another one but I said no just take the steak back. I don't want to keep sending food back(again more waste) and I'm not going to spend $68 on a steak that is not cooked the way it should be especially at a high end steakhouse. I asked them to pack up my potatoes and I ordered a cheesecake(was awesome) to go(had to have something for supper that still cost $98 less the steak charge). I left and on my way back to hotel stopped and gave my potatoes to a homeless person that said thanks but after opening bag(nice warm potatoes) and seeing what I gave him called after me and say wow thanks lady!! Made up for my sad experience!! I personally won't go back here but again the staff and everything else other than steak was good.

The chopped salad was delicious and plentiful. The side orders were large and very tasty. The meat was excellent and very tender. As always, the service was very courteous and professional. My wife and I have always had an excellent experience dining at Morton's.

Our server was amazing he went above and beyond to serve us. Our lobster Mac and cheese didn’t look to his liking and he asked to have it re done. The food was delicious I got the filet with mushrooms and spinach. Did not care too much for the crab cakes but the sauce that complimented it was delicious. We also ordered the salmon my son said it was his best salmon yet and he eats a lot of salmon. Definitely would come back

I felt extremely invisible and under valued. So much for being a VIP. I was shamed when I pointed out the steak was cold. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I was really disappointed and frankly felt truly unimportant. I really don’t know that I’ll come back and I’ve been a VIP for over 20 years

Always have a great time here, but tonight was exceptional. Our server Enrique was beyond fantastic and first class. The snow A5 Wagyu was like butter! The legendary sundae, we finally had it for the first time, and it was fire! And the seasonal banana’s foster cheesecake was superb. All in all it was well worth it. Anaheim might be my favorite Morton’s!

The host stand and the personnel they had working when we arrived was unprepared and confused. Poor first impression. The door was backed up and the person taking the names for the reservations was inexperienced. Thank goodness we had a terrific table side service.

We had a fantastic anniversary dinner,our filets were cooked to perfection and our waitress Madison made it all more enjoyable, she was very friendly and funny. We will be back 😊😊 PS the bread pudding was delicious 😋

It was great. The food and service were fantastic. I am a little disappointed that I put in the comment that I was celebrating my twins’ birthday and we didn’t get the custom menus or confetti on the table. They look forward to that every year. We even had to wave over the camera lady to take a group shot.
