The food was good but my wife had a very long dark hair in her salad that she had to pull out of her mouth. They comped the salad and gave her dessert, thank you, but it was just a gross experience. This really did kinda spoil our evening because it was in her mouth!!
I use open table all the time to book for fine dining because I know I will be guaranteed a table
We went for a birthday and not only did they acknowledge that we were there for a special occasion but man the food was great! They also made a great white Russian.
This was my first time as well as my husbands and we loved everything about Morton’s. Everything was so good. We will definitely be going back
I loved everything about the restaurant but I found that the restaurant was a bit loud. I wanted to have a quieter dinner.
I’m never disappointed when I come to Morton’s. Whether it’s a date night or last minute dinner plans, I’m always content with the ambiance and most importantly the food! You can never go wrong with dining at Morton’s.
Great place and service.
Overall a pretty typical overpriced steakhouse. Prime rib eye cooked med rare was tough. Mashed cauliflower bland. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were over cooked. The wine deal was a good value. The service was good.
We went for New Years Eve dinner and knowing it was a holiday it would be packed we were pleasantly surprised at how attentive the staff was never had to ask for anything. Drinks were constantly refilled, our waiter was outstanding and our meals were absolutely fabulous! A+++
Have visited this location a number of times and been very pleased. This time, not up to the typical service standards. 3 steak not prepared as requested [ 1 returned to be corrected]. A couple of orders given to the incorrect quests. 2 orders place on correct table but @ unoccupied space. Requested lead server to prepare 4 separate bills so payments could easily & accurately be paid. Was told they could do all on 1 bill or provide 1 bill and take 4 CC and split. We desired each couple to be able to pay for whatever they actually ordered vs more or less than. Have not experienced any of the above during numerous previous visits. We wondered if the servers were rather new, but we aren't certain of that. Valet, Check-in and servers were pleasant and courteous.

My steak came out warm I need my steak piping hot. By the time the waiter came to check on us my family had already eaten half there dinner.
As much as I love Steakhouse’s I can never seem to get my steak the way I like it. The time before my last visit same location on Daughter’s Birthday party of 4. Steaks came out “NO” sides. Disappointed.
30 minutes to get a drink brought to the table. Cold crab cakes and barely warm lobster. Steak ok. Terrible service. Waiter felt guilty so he threw in dessert. $300+ what a rip-off. Was at Ruth’s Chris next door 2 weeks earlier,a thousand times better. It is disappointing to go to a nicer restaurant where half the people are dressed up and the other half in t-shirts and baseball hats.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was extremely attentive and down to earth.
Off the charts. I enjoyed Mortons equally to Maestro's and Joe Seafood in Las Vegas. Now one of my top fine dining choices! Excellent service, thank you Shannon!
The food was really good oncenit arrived. The issue was it took well over an hour for our food to arrive. This was for a table of 6, but 4 of the 6 were sharing entrees. Not only was the wait time get our food excessive, but once it did arrive some of the order was incomplete. That said, the food was very good. I would also note that our server was very accountable and handled matters professionally and apologetically. It’s a bit of a mixed review. Great food and accountable service, but at the same time not very quick about things.

It wasn’t what we expected, there was a mix up with the menu, the server was getting irritated until we cleared up the misunderstanding. With a party of 14 on Christmas Day, it took a long time to get our food and we were there for about 2 1/2 hours. Crazy.

It was very expensive. The appetizer was very good. My ribeye was great in parts but had a lot of fat on the edges and many tough parts throughout. Dessert was 50/50. The Gran Marnier souffle was incredible and the Lemon was lacking. $400 for dinner for 4. Seems excessive.
Wonderful dinner with vip attention. Food was prepared and plated perfectly. We took our kids and grandkids for a family dinner and enjoyed our time.
Primehouse Steak was made medium and was already so packed with flavor that no additional sauce is needed. Brussel sprouts were enormous and the bacon bits that came with definitely helped add a little edge to the taste. The potatoes twice baked were also a soft and cheesy treat. We enjoyed a glass or two of Moscato and the total came down to $180 for two people. It's nice, the ambience and the energy of the place. Overall experience had my best friend and I feeling quite content and stuffed.
My steak was raw and they forgot one of my side dishes. Bar was backed up so drinks lagged.
Steak tasted funny. Like refrigerated previously. Somewhat overcooked. Sides, mashed potato and spinach with mushrooms were good. Salads, wedge with bleu cheese and Caesar were great. Wine and sangria awesome. Chicken was horrible, but then again, this is supposed to be a steak house. Not a chicken place. I won't be back. Waiter was the best part of all. He was very attentive.
Disappointed in food quality and value. Brussel sprouts were hard so undercooked, creamed corn was very watery so not good taste, salads were over dressed, scallops were over cooked, steaks and bread were very good, it was a disappointing experience overall.
We had a wonderful Christmas dinner. The food was fantastic and we all ended up taking leftovers. The service was impeccable and spot on. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.
Food was great, noise volumn was pleasant being that it is the Christmas season. We were able to have a conversation at our table without raising our voices to be overheard by surrounding tables.

Morton’s in PR has not reopened after Hurricane Maria. It was very nice to come here again and feel right at home.

In a word...LOUD. could barely hear people across the table. Erik did a great job serving the table. Good was top notch. Business dinner that everyone enjoyed. Very accommodating with last minute additional person and a late arrival.
I was hosting a group for a business dinner. Service was not good. They were clearly trying to push us to order and really felt rushed. Can’t do that in a restaurant of this level. They also mixed up steaks, cooked incorrectly and simply said “sorry” with no offer to correct. Morton’s has slipped so much its scary. Do yourself a favor and walk a block away to Ruth’s Chris.
Great service, exceptional food

Morton's has jumped the shark since being acquired by Landry's. Our steaks were way overcooked than after waiting another 20 minutes we got undercooked steaks.
Food was amazing truffle butter on my filet is still on my mind. The holiday side creamed cauliflower was phenomenal! Over all experiments was perfect, only drawback was a lot of talking around us between servers and other customers, kinda took the mood down. Amazing food and will definitely go back soon!
Mortons has always been a good choice for me and my family. It's a place where everyone can find something you'd love on the menu. The staff is amazing and will sure to make your stay amazing,
