   This was our first visit to Morton's Grille in The Woodlands. I was expecting an experience close to what I had at Morton's Steakhouse in Virginia and was somewhat disappointed. Perhaps it was just the day, but this location was out of two items that we ordered. The steaks were, for the most part, slightly over cooked, but one was almost medium well instead of medium rare. We also saw food come out of the kitchen ready to be served only to go back into the kitchen. We were celebrating Mother's Day and college graduation, so I was definitely disappointed I will say that the service and managers were fantastic! They tried to do everything they could to make up for the issues in the kitchen and I commend them for that.

   Morton’s was fantastic as always. This is my first time having brunch there and it is a guaranteed return. The shrimp appetizers were absolutely delicious and our server (unfortunately I don’t recall his name) was very nice young man with blonde hair. He was very attentive,happy to explain what everything was, and made amazing drink recommendations. I loved the blossom drink I had with the prosecco and honey in it. Thank you to all of the amazing staff there for being so kind and treating us well

   As usual, Morton’s was fantastic! The food and service were impeccable. We always enjoy our time there!

   Not all Morton restaurants are created equal. We had aged ribeye and honestly couldn't not tell it was anything special. I think the steaks from Costco are better. Nice people nice but it's wasn't something I would recommend. The Ocean club was very good. Neither was as good as the Scottsdale locations.

   Everything was great except… At the very end of our dinner, a table was seated that had a dog with them. It wasn’t badged as a service dog so we assumed it was just a pet. I feel this was unacceptable for a fine dining or really any food service establishment for that matter. I noticed immediate a couple other patrons began sneezing and coughing. Honestly if it would’ve happened at the beginning or middle part of our dinner we would’ve left the restaurant. Wife & I are both pet/animal lovers but not during a nice & expensive dining experience.

   Lovely location for the restaurant, very busy area due to the events taking place Saturday night. The steak was good juicy, but seemed to lack flavor and seemed a bit tougher than their competitors. Overall experience 7/10. Would try another entree in the future.

   Jamming out very loudly to “Tom Sawyer” by Rush as soon as we walked in wasn’t exactly the ambiance expected for Easter Sunday brunch. The noise level continued to be elevated and carrying a conversation was difficult. The initial waiter seemed really hurried and short, but when our drinks came, another waiter took over and did a great job. The food was really good.

    Our waitress Taylor Vasquez was so hopeful for our first experience at Morton’s! The food was delicious, we had no complaints with any of the courses! Everything was well put together in the restaurant, it made our Anniversary very memorable.
