Morton's Grille - Niagara Falls
Fantastic service and ambiance, but the key is the beef. Had the bone-in prime Ribeye medium rare Pittsburgh, and it was spot on. Highly recommend Morton's.
Was the worst steak meal my husband and I had ever had. We there their with friends of ours for birthdays requested a window but didn’t get that either. I ordered steak rare and it was well done same as my husbands and the server didn’t even seem concerned as to why only a few bites had been taken. All she asked was would you like to take that home. Our meal was not worth the money for sure and will not be going back.
Had to send potatoes back because they were cold. Other empty tables-was seated next to a bussing station.
Wine list could have been stronger.
Been to Morton’s before. Felt like the restaurant has Lott’s some of its class .
Was disappointed that we weren't able to use our $30 vouchers on autumn special...we spent alot and feel it should have been included.
It was my first time at Morton's. I made a special request, which they fulfilled nicely. The service was great and the food was too. It was expensive, but i understood i was paying for the view of the Falls. We had a great time!
Our waiter was amazing. Food was delicious. We were celebrating our Anniversary and they made it special by printing off a special menu, taking our photo, and treating us to bread pudding. Wonderful first night at Niagara Falls.
Great food with a nice window table. Service was prompt and attentive and helpful answering a couple questions we had. Was our 30th anniversary dinner so they gave us a delicious dessert to share and a menu rolled up that they printed specially for our anniversary as a keepsake. Very nice touch!
Very tasty food- but really much more casual than we expected. Thought it would be more like a Morton’s from the city. Still good.
Not a good overall first experience at Mortons. Our waitress was pleasant but the overall experience was very satisfactory. Took 2 hours to get our mains which were hardly warm, and dry but after waiting so long to send them back wasn’t worth it at that point. When you go to a restaurant that charges this amount for food, you would expect a half decent experience. From the food, to the wait time, to the management- everything was horrible.
Overall it was fine. But the wait for the food was unreasonable. It took 45 minutes to get a dessert that was on the special. We were not in a rush but it took an exceptional amount of time to get our food but the drinks were there in a minute.
The salmon was amazing. The steak was mouthwatering. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The view was beautiful.
A very good meal but not great. A very good view but not great either as trees block 70% of your window side seating view of the falls. Morton’s pricing and market shoulders against Ruth’s and smith and Wo’s but this place didn’t produce any wow factor unlike when we’ve dined there. Everything was very good. But nothing impressed. For a $300 plus price for two we felt like it should have delivered more.
The cost of the sides are way to expensive. A baked potato is not worth the ten dollars plus.
Amazing view. Great service. We enjoyed our meal. Would return for another dinner.
Pretty good but suffered compared to stand alone Morton’s by being in the hotel I think. Confused as to whether high end restaurant or hotel dining.
It was a beautiful view and great recommendations from our waiter. An excellent evening!
Birthday dinner with family, food was excellent, servers were great and very attentive and quick.
Great service and food - nice view of the falls. Ambience was nice. Enjoyed the fact that it was a casual setting as well.
Excellent food and good service. ReLly appreciate this lovely place
Service was average..not business class clientele..music for a Morton's ?..too loud..not a roadhouse!!..been to many Morton's US over the years and always great..this is a tourist restaurant..end of story.. Thx.DR.
Amazing food and great time. We will definitely be back !!!!
Great view and service. Quality was missing , no comparison to other Morton’s that we had dined at in the US. Disappointed.
Started out great, but then we got the wrong meals delivered to our table so had to wait quite a long time for the correct meal to be cooked and served. There never was an explanation given even though we asked. Meal was pricey - especially considering that we waited nearly an hour after our salads for our entrees.
Excellent food and service. Great view with window table overlooking the falls. Will go back tomorrow night
Very disappointed. We are used to a completely different experience than this Morton’s. The food took forever and was cold when it arrived. The vegetables were undercooked and after sending the food back due to being cold, it came back cold again so we returned it a second time. The server was nice and the manager comped two entries but overall we were very disappointed. I do not recommend this Morton’s.
Our servers were FANTASTIC! They did so much to make my son’s 16th Birthday so memorable.
We had reservations for a special birthday evening on a recent trip to Niagara Falls. Morton’s
appeared to have a good location for views of the falls, as well as a nice menu.
Our reservation was for 7:00, and we arrived on time. The host offered to seat us at a window table ,
we were asked to wait 15-20 minutes, which was no problem.
After 20 minutes or so, we were seated at a nice window table. We were a bit disappointed, as there was a very limited view of the falls.
Our servers were attentive, we had a so,so chopped salad, a terrific Cajun pork chop and a filet. However, we ordered the potatoes au gratin, which is supposed to be a specialty side. It came out cold in the center.
Our waitress took it back to the kitchen, meanwhile, our meats were getting cold. After at least 10 minutes, our potatoes came out hot. It is much nicer to have the whole meal to eat together. A bit disappointing.
Not really impressed. Had 3 course meal, beet salad fine, steak was great, potato lukewarm and broccoli cold. Staff provided caramel pudding as special treat but regular dessert would probably have been better.
My Wife Birthday
The steak was chewy not good baked potatoes or ran out of at 7:30 the porkchop what's good the restaurant was extremely noisy they moved us for dessert to get away from the noise
We had a lovely dinner. Our waitress was outstanding. She was very personable and knowledgeable about wine, etc.
The food was very good.
Quite frankly we had eaten at the KEG the evening before and found this experience far superior in every way.
Will highly recommend.
They salmon is excellent and our server Mario was the best
steak salad was a travesty. meat well seasoned but all other components including lettuce were tasteless. $29 US ! partner had perfect pork chop. side of green beans were truly blah. there is a $39 early. bird complete dinner from 4-5 pm. we found poor dining options in Niagara Falls. This is one of many
Steak was awesome. Perfectly cooked. The drinks were terrible! Watery martini-could not smell or taste gin. I sent it back - the second one was no better. I switched to a margarita. Could not detect any tequila...so great food- terrible bar.
It was all very good
Waitress was wonderful! Food amazing just like any Morton’s but this one is special as we spent our anniversary dinner there and they made it perfect!!!
Everything was perfect! I highly recommend!!
You can not beat the view. The food was very good, cooked just the way we had requested. The Niagara IPA was great and the local Pinot Grigio was very good. We did not have room for dessert. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork chop. I’m sure if we had ordered a steak dish it would have been fantastic. We had the Shrimp Diablo for an appetizer and I would highly recommend it.
We were in Niagara for our 1 year anniversary and since we were staying at the Marriott we decided to make reservations for dinner, the staff was excellent and attentive, the steaks were amazing as was the view from our table. We were even given menues that had “Happy Anniversary”
Had some trouble with the staffing level. They just did not have enough staff for the load they had. We had one person’s salad that just was not up to par. The chicken was cold and the menu did not describe the lettuce on the salad very well.
