    We had a nice window table as we paid the extra for the falls view. Food was good not great. Steak was prepared as requested. We had the pre fix dinner and upgraded our wine. Very loud inside.

    We celebrated our 25th anniversary. We went early for Power Hour and enjoyed visiting with bartender who also ended up being our waiter. Somil went above and beyond giving us excellent service and providing information about the Falls etc. He even brought out a surprise dessert drizzled in chocolate “Happy Anniversary”. He had overheard us at the bar telling another patron what we were celebrating- we had not discussed with him- THAT is paying attention to your customers! Excellent meal and ambience.,pricey but that was expected. The only complaint is the view of Falls is obstructed in several areas due to trees. We mentioned this to Somil and he explained it was less than before but they were structured there to help with erosion. Not a total obstruction but some to prohibit the entire gorgeous view. However this is no reason not to go. The restaurant and staff are wonderful! Would go back again even if not a major celebration. Five stars.

    This is not Morton’s Quality! Salad was bad, seafood tower was old seafood and steak was chain restaurant quality at best. Sorry to leave a bad review but people just need to know.

    Mortons in Niagara falls was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to locals and tourists alike. The food was very wonderful and the service was excellent.

    Paid for a seat for a view of Niagara Falls. Was seated at a table were I the view was actually away from the Falls. I decided to move to the other side of the table for I can actually view the Falls. Waiter right away came to me and told me to get back in my original seat because I would be othering the table next to me even though it was empty. So basically the paid reservation for a view of the Falls was a waste on money

    Based on our experience, I would not recommend dining here. First, we paid $30 in advance to reserve a Falls view table. When we arrived, they tried to see us at a table where the view of the falls was completely blocked by trees . There were several open tables that were more suitable so we asked to be moved. While they did move us, the person who seated us looked very put off that we made the request. It went downhill from there. Although our server was very friendly and nice, the service was not exceptional. And not what you’d expect in a steakhouse. We ordered French onion soup and wedge salad for appetizers. Both were fine. For our main course we each ordered a 6 ounce fillet . My husband asked for medium well and I asked for medium. They both arrived rare almost blue. The server came by, and we explained that they were very undercooked which she saw herself. She sent them back to the kitchen and when the Manager brought them back, and waited while we cut into the steaks . They were still too rare, and they had mixed up my husband‘s steak and my steak. The manager then left. We had also ordered mushrooms that we never received. In the end, they did take off one steak from the bill as my husband could not eat his steak and then was not interested in having it sent back a second time. Our server was very apologetic and explained there was a less experienced person on the grill. The crème brûlée that we had for dessert, arrived partially frozen. 0verall, the service was very, very slow. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:20 and by the time we got our bill and was able to leave it was close to 9 o’clock. We had to prompt the serving staff to bring us things like refill, our water glass, etc. I could not recommend this restaurant to anybody. The experience was very disappointing.

    Food was prepared well and good quality. However, the price was high for the quantity and quality of the steak. The side dishes were good and large portions as expected. It was extremely noisy for our family dinner. Once the party behind us left it was better.
