I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. While the overall experience was okay, I noticed that the food took a bit longer than expected, even though it wasn't too busy at the time. Additionally, I found the quality of the food, especially the avocado, to be not as great as I had hoped. I appreciate your attention to these details and thank you for your service.

We usually stop here for breakfast but lunch was just as good. not much parking available but walking a block in this neighborhood is all good.

It was a cute little spot, first timer and it was really good. Drove all the way from LA to visit Tempe for the first time as well as this spot and I will definitely be back here again.

In Tempe for a sporting event. Very well located for breakfast / lunch on Mill Ave. Great overall experience. Outdoor pet friendly patio. Fabulous breakfast with super friendly staff.
