Morning fork was great! The food was delicious and the price was fair. You get alot for what you pay. I will definitely be going back. Oh and make sure you get the cookies they come out warmed, they are big and you get three., you can't beat that! : )
Delicious food, perfect for Brunch - definitely make a reservation
Met two of my friends this morning to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress was great, she took a picture had a very good personality. Our food came very quick we enjoyed it as well as the mimosas . We paid our bill but then decided we wanted another round of mimosas-
We were a group of four and every one of us enjoyed our meals, the biscuits and gravy were perfection!! Perfect serving size, great service, friendly environment. If you are dining on the weekend I highly recommend making a reservation!
Nicely remodeled and updated space, food and service were both good. We will be back, want to try the ownerships other restaurant Fork & Barrel now.
Definitely a good choice for brunch. I decided on the crepes since it was unique to their menu. Simply delicious and our server was very friendly. I will go back again!
We believe our waitress was either really hung over or more likely on drugs. She was very nice, calm and apologetic.
However, out of the three of us, two of our orders were wrong. Then she had trouble with the checks. One friend’s check was wrong twice. My other friend’s was wrong three times and she finally just went with it.
The food is beyond delicious.
The bacon!!!!
Best breakfast/brunch my wife and I have ever had. The staff was friendly, prompt, and the food was out of this world. It’s going to be a weekend routine for us!
My fiancé and I tried Morning Fork for our Valentine’s brunch. It was decorated and themed “Love Brunch”. Such a cute place, amazing atmosphere, great service and the food was OUTSTANDING. This is our new favorite brunch spot by far. Cinnamon roll was to die for, and I got the scramble which was delicious and their hash browns are my new favorite form of potato😂
The food selection was perfect for a birthday / Valentine day for adults and kids! We can't say enough good things about the ambiance and experience!
Love the place and the staff is always so nice!
$18.00 for two coffees we just wanted out will never return
In a Foodie city loaded with amazing locally owned restaurants, Morning Fork stands at the top of the heap when it comes to Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. Owned and operated by Chef Geoffrey Heyde who also own the award winning Fork & Barrel, this new hot spot does everything with 5 star total perfection.
The atmosphere, service, and food were all fantastic! We even met the chef and he was genuinely concerned with our level of satisfaction during our visit. We went for brunch and tried several things on the menu and nothing disappointed us. We still have so much more to try and will be back soon!
AMAZING Food, GREAT service and the hands down best owners in the city!
Biscuits and gravy is fantastic! Friendly staff, quick service.
We both really enjoyed our food. Great experience. We will go back!
Best brunch we had during our visit to Louisville. Worth the drive/Uber from downtown, great menu choices, and $2 mimosas!
It was not as warm as I was hoping.
Staff seemed very hover-y. It felt like someone was constantly at the table disrupting conversations. Two different people came to ask how we liked the food before we’d even taken more than two bites.
Mimosa and veggie break burrito were both delicious and the space was really clean and cute
Brunch was amazing! Service very good, efficient and friendly! Can’t wait to return.
Loved the food and the service was exceptional! The only possible drawback would have been the noise level. It was fine for my kids and me, but my parents had a difficult time hearing us. It was pretty loud even though it did not feel crowded. However, I love the open feel of it all and the nice word floors.
Staff was incredible. My young daughter ordered a meal and it was not what she had wanted. The waitress observed my daughter’s disappointment. She brought the chef out to talk with my daughter and he was able to get her what she wanted. Excellent service! Will be back!
My husband said, “Morning Fork reminds me of Disney... everything is perfect and for the customer!”
Amazing cinnamon rolls! Great food!
Great experience. Owner always checks in to ensure a great meal.
First visit. Waitress was great! Food awesome. Little pricey for breakfast. Can’t believe you charge for chocolate chips in your pancakes. Otherwise enjoyed the meal.
A decent option for brunch from the chef at Fork and Barrel. Barriers in place between booths.
The Brunch menu has many tempting choices- we opted to start with the cinnamon roll, followed by the breakfast sandwich and scramble. Tasted good, but presentation could be improved. Service was very good.
We're already regulars, but truthfully, we've loved everything we ever ordered here. Wonderful breakfast and lunch!
Absolutely wonderful service and food was outstanding. This will be a come back place for us. Brunch or lunch - so hard to pick what to eat. But the waiter had us at double mimosas which were heavenly!!
I’ve been here a few times now and the food and atmosphere is fantastic. Make a reservation! This morning I had a reservation with a friend of mine I hadn’t seen in a few years. Our waitress was as a sweet as can be, the food was great, and the chef / owner made sure to come by and check on us which was very kind.
However, we were seated at 10:30 and at 12:05 a lady came up to us and very rudely told us we were holding up the table for someone who had a reservation after us. I used to serve tables for years so I completely understand needing to turn tables, but my advice is to tell your customers as you seat them that youre tightly booked and there is a time limit on your table. She was also rude to us as we immediately left and told her to have a nice day. We would never have minded if someone told us from the beginning. We made sure to tip our server well (50%) for us taking up “ample” time with multiple drinks and meals...
I will definitely be back because the chef is fantastic, but I do hope they work on this side of customer service. People are more accommodating then you think when you tell them nicely what the situation is. It really put a damper on what was otherwise a fantastic meal.
Fried chicken sandwich was overcooked. The crust on the chicken was dark and hard in several places.
Our food was great!! Nice atmosphere and really good menu/breakfast and lunch.
Went here for brunch with friends and we had a great experience. When we were waiting for our table the owner offered to get us drinks while we wait. Food was good—had the sweet crepe and avocado toast. I loved both!
Love the inside and exposed brick feature. the french toast was buttery and velvety.
I've been twice in the last several weeks and will return again soon. The freshness and quality of food makes this the best breakfast/brunch spot in town. Chef Geoffrey knows what he is doing in the kitchen and the consistency is worth noting. Pricing and service is also a positive and worth mentioning. An all around "Best Of" in Louisville.
The food is always delicious and the servers and owners are so warm. We're bound to be regulars!
No menu vegan options for breakfast, except fruit bowl. Staff very friendly and great service. Beautiful building!!
Incredible food & service. We actually had the owner continuously checking on us and he gave us the background of the renovations ❤️👍
I gave it a 3 overall because it wasn’t anything amazing but the waiters did their best and I’m assuming the head chef came to check up on us to make sure we were good.
