Unbelievable dining experience. The service was top notch and food was perfection. From the uniquely delicious soy sauce bursting with umami to next level maki… worth every dime and more.
Delicious. Amazing. Fantastic. Wow.
Excelente en general, la atención, el ambiente, la comida, los tragos, full recomendado, nos encanto
It is a very limited Morimoto menu. Having eaten at the Morimoto in Napa, which was a TRUE experience, this does not compare. Excellent quality food, and very good servers, just a little too much like “great sashimi with loud casino”.
Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The food, drinks, and ambiance is outstanding. What also made the night was Prince, my server. Friendly, attentive and great recommendations.
Honestly it was a disappointment. Was really looking forward to this spot and it was mediocre sushi at best.
Great food, superb service, and nice atmosphere. Our server Steve was very friendly and attentive. It was our last meal here in Vegas for this trip, and we had an unforgettable experience. We’d love to come back here for our next trip.
As they say, you get what you pay for, and the Iron Chef did not disappoint. Whitefish carpaccio was both an amazing appetizer yet also a great salad dish. The kakuni was perhaps the tastiest pork belly dish ever, and pork fat rules. Ishi yaki buri bop, prepared table side, got better and better as it continued to cook to crunchy perfection. Just seeing what other diners ordered made us want to return! And the restaurant is very Japanese, simple yet elegant.
Truly excellent food!
Hosts had zero personality and the male bartender did not want to be there. Borderline rude. Steven was FANTASTIC and made up for the cold greeting and lackluster bar service. No acknowledgement by anyone that it was our anniversary. We are local, and did not feel any differently than if we were two of the thousands of tourists that come through the MGM annually. It's a bummer. Locals should stick together, or at least be mentioned as such. The food was incredible. Steven's recommendations were on point.
Our 1st experience was not as god as the second. We had a better server, and it makes a big difference.
Excellent service, outstanding customer service...will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!
Great food, but table service was the real winner! Had to wait a bit at the front despite having a reservation, which was a bit disappointing, but after that it was a great experience!
Excellent food, amazing customer service.
Great Place.....but like anything else, you get what you pay for. Wonderful Food and Drink....Superb Service.
Good and service was amazing
Food selection was small and food quality for price was unsatisfactory
Excellent overall experience
Food & service was amazing!
Love Morimotos. Excellent food and ambiance.
TL;DR: skip the miso soup but get the laksa, share an app, and then get dessert.
The SO and I went twice on our last Vegas trip. First time was super disappointing, but the second time gave us our favorite meal of the trip.
First night: we ordered miso soup, laksa soup, sticky ribs, and shrimp tempura and soft shell crab sushi rolls.
I've had better miso soup literally everywhere else. The broth seemed weak, even though they spend hours to make it from scratch, and my $8 bowl of soup had a measly FOUR quarter-sized cubes of tofu.
The sticky ribs had a wonderful, tender, fall-off-the-bone texture, but they were way too sweet for us. (I think we don't like tamarind.)
The asparagus in both sushi rolls was so skinny I thought they'd used chives. The soft shell crab roll was not rolled tight enough, making it difficult to pick up. The $14 shrimp tempura roll was bland and made me long for the $7 shrimp tempura roll from my grocery store.
The laksa noodle soup, though. (SO was nice enough to give me a few bites of his after my disappointing miso.) It was heavenly. Easily the best item on our trip. Creamy, spicy, nutty, with soft ramen-like noodles, a soft boiled egg, and ground pork... delicious! We could not stop talking about how good it was, so we went back a few nights later.
The second time, we each got our own laksa soup. It's really filling, so you really don't NEED to order much else. But we also got the kakuni to share-- a small piece of pork belly on rice congee. This reminded me, in a good way, of pot roast with gravy and mashed potatoes.
For dessert, we shared the panna cotta. I didn't like the lemon sorbet; it had kind of a funny aftertaste, but it was off on the side anyway. A table next to us had the other two desserts, and they also looked tempting.
And no complaints about the service or staff-- everyone was friendly and attentive.
Service was okay. Got left for 10 minutes after everyone left.
Lobster had a weird flavor. Not impressed. Appetizers were good. Overall disappointed because it was a Morimoto restaurant. Host was welcoming. Food was very average in flavor.
Best steak I ever ate.
The bartender is a God.
The service was good. The ambiance is on the weak side for the price.
Excellent in every way.
Best sushi money can buy and a must visit restaurant!
Prince was our waiting he took care of us , gave suggestions and we took most of them ! Everything we ate were on point! Will go back again! The panna cotta , the fried whole fish , the old fashioned, the negitoro. All very yummy 🤤
I had a wonderful dinner, the atmosphere was great , food was delicious I had the fried fish and curry coconut soup it was so delicious I will definitely be back
Excellent. We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed watching the sushi Chef's prepare the food. It was a Vegas show alone.
Food was perfectly prepared as you'd expect from Chef Morimoto.
Service provided by Jan was exceptional.
Had the white fish carpaccio, whole fried fish, and the Miso Sea Bass. Washed it down with Akashi White Oak as recommended!
I loved 😍 very nice tests
Sorbet with a little candle in it for my birthday 🖤
Service, food, and experience were all fantastic. Our server made perfect recommendations. Would not hesitate to eat here again.
Ordered a bunch of sushi pieces. While the fish itself was very good, the pieces were way too big. I’m guessing it has something to do with giving customers more for their money, however, sushi should be eaten in one bite, and the way the fish is cut is very important. The size of the fish cuts were so big that it really took away from the enjoyment of eating it.
I was excited to try this restaurant and was a little disappointed. The beef carpaccio and the angry chicken was delicious but i was disappointed in the sushi which I thought would be really good. I think they where short handed cause our waitress came and check on us very little and forgot to bring my daughter her dinner so was a rough one.
Impeccable food and incredibly FAST service
Fabulous server Ken! Food was top notch! Definitely memorable!!
From beginning to end it was amazing. Appetizers, entrées: delicious. The servers were on top of everything. Our waiter, though busy, always checked on us even in passing. I had no complaints about anything but the bill. We ordered a variety off the menu. From sushi rolls to the capacious, to the kakuni, potstickers, and tacos were amazing. Entrées included wagyu rib eye, whole fried fish and both bop dishes. Great experience
Absolutely wonderful all around from the food to the service.
Was a bit underimpressed with this location. Have been to Maui which I thought was much better. The sushi here lacked anything deliberate about it, basically just a piece of dry fish on top of rice. Was hoping for better.
