Rude seating hostesses, fair food, great wait staff, good pricing but a beautiful restaurant.
Our server John was fantastic. Great food and plenty of original options, in particular the sushi/sashimi
The food here is outstanding. Best ribs anywhere. Too bad it is way overpriced or we'd dine here more often. 6 ribs = $35, 1 pitcher sake sangria = $47, 1 glass house wine = $17. Oh yeah - the ribs now come with a bowl of rice!
Amazing experience. Authentic and delicious.
Cumple de mi hija
Great food and great atmosphere. Fast seating with reservations.
Pretty good food overall. The service is excellent.
When we went there before you were able to see it in the upstairs with dividers in between the rooms where the tables were and I have a health condition and the one that a sit there
The meal and drinks won’t be cheap but the food is delicious. Short ribs, we’re outstanding, and pretty filling for just 6 ribs.
Can't be beat. Amazing food. (Peking duck was one of the best things I've ever ate.) Great service too.
Really disappointing. The Peking duck used to be a real highlight but it came out dry, and the wrappers were literally flour tortillas. A travesty. The service was average, but I attribute it to being understaffed. Just not worth the price anymore. Food was outstanding pre-pandemic but now the quality is just not there.
Fantastic as always. Great service
We had a great meal! Service was fantastic! Jennifer was outstanding.
The menu is very limited, it is not the same. All the food was disappointing. My friends kids didn’t finished their food saying it wasn’t good. I don’t blame them, neither was mine. Won’t be going back.
Anna went out of her way to make us feel comfortable!! So thankful she was accommodating to the Covid shy.
Chef Masaharu Morimoto has always been a favorite of mine! When we moved here a year ago, it was on my bucket list!! The food was fantastic! The best was the Toro Tartar and the A5 Wagyu! We will be back!
This place is delicious I have no complaints about anything the server was so pleasant and so well educated made our dining experience 1 of a kind.
Best Japanese experience in Florida!! EVERYTHING was literally perfect. We had dozens of questions, ordered at several different times and not one thing was missed. In today's day and age, their customer service is SO FAR AHEAD of any other restaurant I have been to in quite a while. The Food was fabulous. From the very fresh sushi with an over-abuntand selection for fish to the certified (came with a certificate ) A5 Japanese Waygu to theb30 year aged Sake. We had a party of 7 and it was the absolute highlight of our entire stay. From Hostesses, patio servers, to waiters and assistants Morimoto should be very, VERY proud of their Iron Chef worthy meal and experience.
We had one of the upstairs rooms for our daughters birthday. The food, service, and atmosphere was fantastic.
Staff was so nice, food was delicious and came to the table quickly. Will definitely be back!
Ralph was outstanding! Very attentive, checked in with every course and drink to make sure it was to our liking, best experience we’ve had out of the many times we’ve ate at Disney springs! Can’t wait to go back
Extraordinaria comida en su sabor y preparación. Inmejorable atención por Jimmy. Lo recordaremos siempre en toda la familia...
Very good food and service, we had a great time in Morimoto.
We absolutely loved all the food options we chose. Restaurant was very noisy but still comfortable
Our waiter John was phenomenal. His demeanor and his knowledge of the menu and restaurant made the evening amazing.
Gorgeous ambiance! This beautiful setting is reminiscent of hotel lobbies in Japan. The food was so fresh with scrumptious sauces.
Rice on sushi was bland and the temperature of the sushi was tepid otherwise all the other items were spot on would especially recommend the Toro Tartare, Ribs, and the Peking Duck
Eaten here before but this experience was by far the worst. The waiter didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine and crushed 2 corks doing so. The raw tower came out after we received the amazing duck. The food quality is amazing except for the tuna tartare. It was served in a plastic tray! What iron chef would serve tuna tartare in a plastic tray. Outside of this the waiter didn’t ask for last call which was apparently at 945 with our reservation being at 845. Next time ask before bar closes when you spend hundreds of dollars on food and you no longer can order a drink to compliment… disappointed.
Wonderful experience, love the food, the servers and hosts all were very welcoming and always able to help give out recommendations and explanations for any questions you have. Loved the special Frog Leg "Lollipops" and discovered a popular favorite, the short ribs, truly is melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. Sushi is always exquisite and fresh. Morimoto is definitely worth a try.
Waiter brought appetizer and entree at same time - no apologies just too bad .
Excellent service, everything very fresh
Amazing food and atmosphere. Would come again! Great options to choose from
A wonderful experience all around. The food is absolutely amazing and fresh.
The food was excellent. We had a sushi roll for an appetizer, orange chicken and fried rice. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the white sangria. Angela was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu.
I was excited to dine at Morimoto, but ultimately was disappointed. Best part of the meal was our server, Jesus. The food was basic. I had the locomoco special and it was flavorless, despite have wagyu in the burger. My yellowtail roll with jalapeño was underwhelming. The Kung Pao cauliflower had potential was missing some texture and spice. All in all it was fairly basic.
Pricey but excellent food. Service was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who wanted good food and had deep pockets.
This was an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Pot server was incredible. His knowledge and description of the menu was amazing. All of our food, apps and entrees were tasty with generous portions. Try Morimoto’s ribs. They were the best we have ever had.
What a great restaurant! We all had an amazing meal. Will be back
The experience was incredible, the food was amazing, the service from Eric was really good, he was so friendly.
