The yellow tail dish was excellent, good service
We were there on day 1 of reopening. The Staff was fantastic! They were all so happy to be back! There is a new limited menu, and the food was delicious!
Had a wonderful meal and was nice to dine out with friends
Reopening was good, even if the menu was limited. Social distancing measures in place, it was still a good meal.
The whole experience was wonderful! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing as always. So glad to be back!
We attended on the first day of re-opening. Food was great and fresh as always, and the restaurant took extra care to adhere to social distancing in seating. They also had digital menus and single use paper ones. Be aware the menu is limited from Morimoto’s usual (no sushi at this time) and prices are a bit higher to ensure a profit with a limited crowd, but the service and attention to detail made going out for dinner at Morimoto well worth it!
Nice restaurant!! Good customer service, friendly staff
we had a wonderful meal with a great waiter. would definitely return
We had an amazing meal
Food was spectacular and Gustavo (our waiter), was very good
Everything was loaded with salt! Soup loaded with. Salt everything was loaded with salt . Everything is overpriced I’m not rushing to go back
Amazing food great service
Our server Haley was particularly good. Maybe the best we’ve ever had there.
Pretty good ԅ[ •́ ﹏ •̀ ]و I had a fun time there!
Most elegant restaurant in Disney spring. Makes you feel like you’re in New York without the New York price
It was an absolutely fabulous evening- everything was delicious. From the spicy hoisin glazed ribs to the melon pearls bubble drink for dessert - it was amazing. Can’t wait to go again
Our waitress Nachole was the one that really made the night for us. We had a wonderful experience as usual.
Morimoto in Disney Springs is the best one of his restaurants that I have visited. It has the best atmosphere of the chain. Food is excellent, service is always good. One of my favorite spots in Disney.
Another visit to Morimoto Asia. The flavor chefs must be off on Monday nights as most items were bland. The bao bunns on both the pork and soft shell crabs were broken in half, must have been the left overs from a busy weekend. The Toro tartare was a failed attempt compared to his non "Asia" concept. Long wait for drinks . In the past, I have always looked forward to eating here. However, that may not be the case any longer.
Server forgot about the ribs and the banging dishes behind our booth was so annoying and loud.
Definitely way overpriced for what we received...the food was good, but not worth $200+ for two people who ordered 3 small plates and two cocktails each for 2 people. The first two cocktails I asked for I was unable to get; the the server proceeded to go through a list of bar items that were “unavailable” that night. Very disappointed with the sushi; presentation was awful; three rolls crammed onto a small platter as if they ran out of larger platters; rolls were falling apart as well. The server almost had an attitude like we were bothering him when we asked questions about the menu. I don’t mind paying $200+ if all aspects are on point, but definitely not worth it on that night. Atmosphere was really nice though.
Totally awesome! Worth the journey from Ireland to eat here!
Poor service. Meals came at all different times.
I like the place. Service was good. Food wasn’t great, I would say average. But the bad thing was that I had a small piece o cracked glass in my cheesecake. I was very lucky that it didn’t break my teeth, or cut my gum.
The manager apologized very respectfully, and didn’t charge for desserts (the one with the piece of glass was obviously returned, and the other was ok).
All the food was very good. I enjoyed everything about the restaurant.
I made a reservation the evening prior for one. I’ve heard about this place and being in Orlando for the weekend, I had to check it out. My server was John. He spoke sushi like I do. I lived in Japan for two years and it’s difficult to find that simple and elegant quality of sushi in the US. My food was absolutely fabulous. My server was perfect. The price was high but on par for the same quality in Tokyo. Highly recommend this place for the sushi. The Uni was to die for.
For all my sushi connoisseurs out there, the rice was perfect, the seaweed was crisp, the sushi was delectable.
We had an outstanding evening at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs. The service was first rate. We needed much help when ordering and our server cheerfully guided us though the menu. We really appreciated her help and made great choices. I highly recommend the Morimoto Buri-Bop. It is prepared at your table and is delicious. Tasty food in a beautiful restaurant: how can you go wrong?
As someone who enjoys authentic Asian food, this Morimoto location seemed more to accommodate Americanized versions of classic dishes. The portions were larger and the service was not lacking, however, the Chinese food tasted like a fancy version of Panda Express. Of course, nothing tasted terrible, but in my opinion was not worth the bill.
If you are hoping for high quality food, this place offers quality, but if you have a palate for traditional Asian dining, this is not the place. Then again, Orlando isn't high on the list of places that offer this experience.
The Sushi & Spare Ribs & Orange Chicken were wonderful.
Our server, Frank was OUTSTANDING. He suggested some of his favorites which we loved and was very engaging with our table.
Everything from the food to the service was great!
When I come to Orlando to see my son, this is a "Must Do" for us. My son is a new Chef of 5 years and Chef Morimoto has always been a favorite Chef. Food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Staff was exceptional. We were seated at the time we had a reservation for.
Food was outstanding! Beautiful night so we are outside which was great. Service was ok.
We love this restaurant. Our dinner started out with our waiter telling us our first 3 drink choices not available due to menu changing. Then told my daughter we choose the wrong restaurant to eat at because of her allergy. He was very unprofessional. We then asked for a chef to discuss allergies. Then Aaron the manager came over. He apologized for the waiters behavior. The reason the bar was out of items was because of the Coronavirus! Items from China not coming in! Oh okay. That makes sense! Then they told us with our allergies NO PROBLEM! Aaron has only been there 4 weeks! He made our dining experience EXCELLENT! If not for him we may have left one of our favorite places to eat at Disney Springs! Bravo Aaron! And Thank You!
Amazing as always. We loved it and it was perfect for a birthday!
First time eating at Morimoto, it was my daughter’s 21st birthday. I had the angry chicken, VERY salty, daughter had the duck, it was very good. The food is overpriced. I will not be dining here again.
This was our second time to eat at this restaurant. We brought new friends for our second occasion and it was a less than stellar experience. The front check-in is too much like Disney without the fast pass. I believe some of your staff need to realize that not everyone is there in a tank top shorts and just fresh off of a ride.
We had to ask to not be seated next to the kitchen even though there was ample space elsewhere. We were about to leave but thankfully our server made up for it. The food did not exceed the first time, nor did it match it.
I doubt we will return for a third time.
After a week of Disney parks fast food, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs was heavenly. The much-hyped up Morimoto ribs, very much worth the hype. Chef Morimoto’s Buri-Bop, of Iron Chef fame, was prepared and explained table-side and done phenomenally well. The kids menu which for $14 includes a mini ramen, boba tea AND a generous dollop of ice cream with 2 whipped cream Mickey ears is great value.
Loved it so much, we came back the next day! Thanks for two great meals on our vacay, Morimoto!
Amazing food and fantastic service! A little pricy but definitely would recommend!
We had much higher hopes for the food. We tried several small plates, several sushi rolls, and the duck ramen. The sushi lacked flavor (it seriously tasted like someone turned the flavor volume way down before sending it to our table), the dumplings were only ok, the beef roll was way too salty... but the duck ramen was really good. I’d go back for duck ramen any time I was hungry at Disney Springs, but literally nothing else. We were disappointed that all of the food wasn’t more impressive; it’s a pricey place for mediocre food.
