Ralph was a phenomenal server and was extraordinarily attentive. Best service I’ve ever had at Morimoto Asia. He even performed a table-side buri-bop, and explained the cultural significance of the dish, and each step of the process. Cannot recommend highly enough! Will certainly be back!

Food was good but the sushi was not that good. We ordered some nigiri and the quality of the chu toro tuna was not that good. Also the rock shrimp was not that good. What was really amazing was the okra salmon.

The staff, the food quality/taste, the overall ambience this place is an absolute gem in the middle of the tourist area. We drive over that area specifically for such a fine restaurant.

The restaurant was almost empty, we had reservations and we were seated at a small table instead of a booth. We asked for a booth as many were empty and were told we would have to wait 15-20 minutes. There was a family with a special needs young adult that had compulsions to whistle during the entire lunch and it made my daughters' birthday lunches miserable. Food was mediocre. The yellowtail sushi had an odd texture. The server was less than personable.

Everything was delicious except the Orange Chicken. It had very little sauce and was served with wilted bok choy instead of broccoli as in the description. We recommend MA though because everything else, the appetizers, the drinks (the Old Fashioned was exceptional), the entrees (including the gluten free:vegetarian meal), was superb!

The 6 ribs are the best asian ribs we have ever had. They keep us coming back about once a month. Also love the hot & sour soup and Morimoto fried rice.

Unbelievable find in Disney Springs! From the moment we walked in the vibe, the staff everyone there just so nice such a beautiful restaurant and we had a wonderful meal and a fabulous time! The signature yellowfin fish dish was absolutely to die for. We had an appetizer of spareribs. They were delicious, but the appetizer portion was enough. Would not be able to eat an entire entrée of these ribs. But they were delicious! Spicy dumplings excellent. Orange chicken was absolutely delicious for one that has shellfish allergy. The curry chicken was really good. The housemaid lychee martini was delicious. But what stood out the most to us was our server, Anthony! The most attentive wonderful server we’ve ever had in all of Disney property. The restaurant was jampacked crowded. Yet he managed to keep checking on us and delivered the presentation of the food and executed everything just perfectly. Can’t wait to go back to Morimoto and will definitely ask for Anthony in the future!
