There was no food. Staff was great! Great detailed art exhibit. A major drag and bummer that Covid had the Gold Room bar shut down.

“The Shining” popup experience was incredibly spooky! The local art was wonderful and the depictions of each character were life-like

It was alright. Too many painted wood panels. An immersive experience those do not make, it felt like a high school project.

this event totally SUCKED! I am SO disappointed! Waste of money and I told everyone not to go that asked me. I took a close friend for his birthday who is a horror movie fanatic and he even said it was bad. I was told it was an interactive "experience". What "experience"? we walked through and looked at art....that is NOT interactive...its called an "art exhibit". it was false advertising and for the price it was not worth it! $37 per person plus $13 per drink at the end was a rip off. Never again!!!!

Unfortunately, the event was not a great value for the price. It was underwhelming at best.

We were there for the Room 237 Shining experience and it was very enjoyable. It was about 25 minutes, not crowded, masks required. Fans of the film would probably be most entertained. It was creepy fun. We had 8:45 pm reservations at the Gold Room after Room 237 and there were seating delays. The host and manager were very attentive and made sure we were seated on time to enjoy a drink before the Covid curfew kicked in. We didn’t have food. Specialty drinks were unique and film themed. The Gold Room is a beautiful recreation of the ballroom as cocktail bar. Huge ceilings, lots of space between tables, masks respected.

There is no food but the drinks after the experience were delicious. The drinks go according to the theme of the film. The art that was exhibited during the experience was eye catching. However, the experience left a little more to be desired.

Complete waste of money, it was a 10 min walk through of cheap art and boring displays. There was no bar and you were given only one, terrible tasting bottled “cocktail”. Do yourself a favor and skip this.

This place was so cool! The Room 237 opened over the weekend and we did not see any reviews when we made our reservation but the artists rendition of a classic film was amazing and
Put together so well. Thanks for a fun night!

They ignored my presence and it was my anniversary. When finally seated no one came to take our order. Beautiful place but wasn't worth 35$ a person to be ignored.

The room 237 event was awesome. However when we were sat for our reservation for 2 at the Gold Room we were sat at a huge 6 top which we didn’t like and it was in a back room. We felt ignored by the server and it took a long time before anyone even approached us. Other 2 tops were open it was strange. Only large groups should be in that area. Other than the service at gold room everything was fine.

A great option for those wanting to go out while also socially distancing.
Arrival timing needs to be more thought out. 6:45pm reservation wasn't let in until after 7:15pm.

We paid $70 for a 5 minute tour of some cool art that resembled the movie The Shining. The one drink we got was some Jack Daniel promotion drink and then paid $13 per drink that took 20 minutes to get. The reservations are pointless because they only let a few groups into the building at a time - so if you get there for a 7:00pm reservation, expect a 1-2 hour wait while standing in line. Hopefully they figure that out.

$35 a head was a waste of money. $10 a head is more like it but I guess they have to pay for the space one way or another.

Fun event for Halloween. I would do a similar event in the future and recommend this again for friends.

It would be helpful to understand the estimated length of time for the event or future events.
