   We have buffalo wings and cheese bread. It was one of the best cheese breads I have ever had. Our server recommended then and they were the bomb! Our server was very attentive and friendly. The not so good part was our experience when we walked in the door. The place was pretty full. We were told it was a 1 1/2 hour wait without a reservation. Which I can understand due to the place being open only a couple of months. I had checked for a reservation prior to coming but since they had open slots, I didn't bother. After they said that I went to Open Table and found a slot 15 minutes out. I made the reservation. Upon showing it to the Floor Manager that was working up front, she said it wasn't valid since she just told me I had to join the wait list. If you have slots on your reservation system open, how can you say you don't honor them for that reason? She was very rude and said we'll let you have it this time. I suggested to her that they fix their reservation system and not blame it on that. She wanted nothing to do with what I said and continued to be rude. This is not the type of Manager you want running a new business. It gave a very bad first impression. She could have handled it way differently. Luckily, our server made up for it with her friendly attitude. Heck, when we explained it to her, she responded appropriately. The Floor Manager could learn something about customer service from her!

   Had a new waiter his name was David he was so good very pleasant. He was 1 of the first wait staff to ask if we had a points card.

   I was very excited to try this new restaurant but was quite disappointed. Seems like a family friendly place and was there with my family that included a 4 and 6 year old. We asked for a round of waters and they were each given a giant glass of water. We had to ask for small plastic cups with lids. They brought out two empty cups and we had to fill them with the water from the large glasses. The kids wanted to make their own pizza which is on the menu; however, we were told it would take really long because they were so busy. In addition, we asked for coloring books and crayons as almost every kid friendly restaurant has to keep the kids busy and they had nothing. I ordered the chicken ramono and tasted like it was pan fried in old grease and had a strange taste to it. I returned it and had a small piece of the deep dish pizza. That was just fair and nothing that came out of the kitchen was even hot. The thin crust pizza was better but again, not hot. Not sure if we will be back.

   Third time here! Love the pizza! My complaint is the same. They just don't know how to pace the food. Our appetizer came followed by our salad. Didn't finish salad and pizza came out. Irritating

   Really good food. Very terrible service. I understand when things get busy but just a lack of caring or even checking in on a table is disheartening.

   We went there for Mother's Day. The waiter and hostess were great, and the food was pretty good. We loved the pizza, fries, broasted chicken, and Italian Cobb salad. We didn't like the mac and cheese or the Chicken Limone. We will definitely go back.
