Founded in Chicago, family owned and exclusive to the local Chicago area, Moretti's serves pizza and so much more! Our roomy, friendly dining rooms and bars have welcomed millions of guests since the first Moretti's opened in 1992 in Chicago. We have 30 years experience in delivery, pick up and catering orders.

We went to Moretti’s in Wheeling for my mother’s 87th birthday. There were 11 of us and we had a reservation. The restaurant was busy but it is never ok to get poor service. We were told we had two waitresses when we arrived, but we only saw one. It took 45 minutes to get drinks and water. At 90 minutes in I went to the manager and told him we hadn’t seen anyone to place an order. He didn’t apologize or comp us anything, just said he would get our waitress. Luckily my very young grandchildren were well behaved because there was no food until two hours after we were seated. The waitress came back to the table twice to check on us during a three hour meal. Her first line was, “thank you for your patience.” During our three hour meal that was supposed to be a celebration of our family’s matriarch ended up being a meal that caused her agitation. Morettis management—if you cannot serve tables because of a lack of staff then don’t fill the tables. We have always liked your food but have never experienced such terrible service anywhere in my life.

Menu selection was really nice. We got there early so we had some of the early bird appetizer offerings. They were very fresh and tasty. Our main entrees were also fresh and delicious. It’s a moderately priced menu. I didn’t like to see a 3% charge was automatically added to our bill; I asked our server to remove that charge and she politely took care of it.

We met an out-of-town guest for dinner at Moretti's in Wheeling. We enjoyed a few drinks and a meal, with the Chicken being the star of the meal.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY! According to the hostess, last time we dined inside at Moretti's, the patio is dog friendly. Bring Fido website also states this. I made a reservation @Moretti's stating we'd like to be outside since we will have our dog. We were seated promptly. Our server was very kind and personable and quickly brought ice water for the dog and us. We placed our order and ordered a side of steamed vegetables for the dog. The man who brought our food told us the restaurant is not dog friendly. I told him I asked the hostess before I made the reservation. Also, Tuesday a family was sitting on Moretti's patio with their chihuahua incessantly barking at everyone who passed by. The man (I assumed the manager) told me it was a service dog. My 45lb. dog sat silently on the patio, lying next to me, eating her broccoli out of her bowl that I brought. We like the food and the servers at Moretti's but they need to get their story straight.

Our server, Amelia, was very energetic and very busy. She had lots of tables but handled it well. She was very good about checking on us. The deep dish pizza was a little doughier than I remembered having before. It needed more topping and less bread, but it was still flavorful.

My sister and I went for an early dinner and had a great experience. Our server, Amelia, was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend trying Morettis if you have not already.

Brian was absolutely fantastic. We love coming to the wheeling location. We ate inside cause it was very hot. After dinner we went to sit outside it started to rain and we ran to take shelter under the structure were pizza slices are being sold. Mike the manager had words with us that we were not allowed to come under there and 1 of us had a lemonade and he started I. That no outside drinks or food then mumbling under his breath stuff it was very upsetting as we were patrons for 2 hours inside not 5 min before storm come . He really handled himself wrong.

We were told we would be seated outside shortly so we could hear the music from Market Days. After waiting a long time, we were then told we wouldn’t be seated outdoors for 30 more minutes! So we ordered something to go, but all of a sudden they must have seated everyone outside after all !
