Moretti's Ristorante & Pizzeria - Rosemont
Good, affordable food. They forgot our appetizer and rarely returned for drink orders even though it wasn’t busy.
Over all very good except no Green dyeing of the beer like last year and no Bourbon County on tap but was on the menu!
Food is good, but don't try to resolve an issue here. Manager (?Shawn) has poor communication skills and rude, so don't waste your time. Server Danny was fabulous (he should apply for management position, or at very least, give Shawn some tips on how to take care of customers). Super disappointing and SMH on how some people achieve management positions.
Fun place, live music, great atmosphere, casual and relaxed. We all had a great time.
Excellent service, delicious food! Overall great experience!
Had a great dinner — service was outstanding
Food was great— would recommend Moretti’s to everyone
We had pizza, it was great... the staff were very helpful and friendly
Great place to dine with family before a show in Rosemont. Only major negative is that the parking is horrendous.
First time there. Food was very good and wine prices are acceptable. Waitress was great.
All was awesome, the food, service and overall we had a great time! Thank you!
Our server was very friendly but incredibly slow she brought our appetizer out and then asked if we wanted anything else and we reminded her we had ordered dinner as well and then had to wait more than 20 minutes one of our party asked for a second drink she finally went to the bar and got the drink her self the food was good but the service was slow
The restaurant was welcoming for families, casual but great service and yummy food.
Food was mediocre at best. My chicken wrap was 90% lettuce. Fries were underdone. I was NOT impressed.
Great food, atmosphere and service. We will definitely return.
I hate to write reviews period, but felt I needed to do this one. We had a 5 pm seating for dinner 3 hours before an Elton John concert. We ordered immediately because our server almost demanded it, although she was the bright spot in our time spent at Moretti’s. The drinks were served within minutes, the app came, we barely had one bite, then the soup was there. I should have said time out, slow down! Within 3 minutes our entrees were on top of us, I then pushed back, dishes were sent back and came right back less than 5 minutes later, saying the kitchen was backed up and they couldn’t hold them. My entree, “Homemade” Spaghetti and Meatballs was inedible, of course our appetites were destroyed due to the panicked pace. The mgr Dimitri came to the table, I told him of our displeasure he basically shrugged it off. We paid the bill in full left within 40 minutes.
Overall our experience was very enjoyable and we will certainly return. The server, however, had a large group plus multiple 4-tops to take care of, more than he should have had to attend to in order to provide the best service, though he certainly tried hard. While very difficult to properly staff a restaurant over the lunch hour, it was unfortunate that our server brought out some items but then not the others. The other person assisting did not bring what was ordered. As well, one of us was served long before the other and then we had to ask for the second meal.
We really enjoyed the food and will return. Nice menue many choices.
Celebrated a birthday with dear friends. Everything was perfect!
Food and service is always good.
This location seems to be more pricey than other Morretti restaurants.
Margaritas were very good and creative, including the brussata.
Food was very good. Enjoyed our stop there. Would recommend.
This was 2nd time I tried the ahi tuna nachos 1 st time was better the 2 nd time it had a lot of heat and brought tears to my eyes. I tried the diced tomatoes from my Ramona chicken instead of the jalapeños and it was really tasty just a small alternative.
We were seated immediately. Our server, Desiree was the best! We let her know we had theater tickets and needed to be out quickly. She immediately put in our orders and we were served shortly afterwards. Food was great
The waitress was not very attentive to our group.
It was very crowded for a Wednesday, luckily we had a reservation. Service was slow, we had separate checks for 3 couples, and all of them had errors. VERY noisy, but the pizza and salads were very good.
Worst service I have ever received. Aside from our waitress being awful, the food came out cold and tasted horrible.
Good lunch with my team. Food is always good. Nice service
Servers seemed unorganized and be patient requesting drinks and more patient for a refill. We had ribeye and medallions cooked to order. Just have plenty of time when you go there
We love this restaurant. Have been many times and have yet to have a bad meal! They serve wonderful fish and meat dishes with an Italian flair. Delicious! Great value!
Great food and service.
Dinner then show at Allstate arena
Only place open Christmas Eve
Casual dining with a nice atmosphere
Prefer deep dish and was given thin crust. We didn’t have time for it to be remade so we ate the thin. It was good but really wanted the deep dish.
We had the thin crust pizza with pepperoni and black olives. It was very good came fairly quick and hot.
A lot of pepperoni and cheese on it. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Nice time but a little noisy.
Will go back and it was convenient to get to and close to the Rosemont Threatre.
Food was excellent
Glad we made a reservation it was a great place to grab drinks and dinner before going to a concert at Allstate Arena
Food unexpectedly delicious (uninspiring mall location, but close to the Allstate Arena). Waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful: we got the wine he recommended and two of the specials he recommended, and boy, was he right. Noisy, but so what — just yell!
Really enjoyed our food, loved the round tables around the bar which would be great for groups! The pizza was delicious and the goat cheese appetizer was awesome!
