    While the pizza was good, the service was not. While I made a reservation several days in advance and confirmed it twice, we were out in the back corner next to the kitchen. We felt neglected by our server and had to wait a long time with empty glasses to get more drinks.

    Service was excellent as was the food never have had a bad meal at Moretti's. 4 stars on ambiance only due to how noisy the space is...all hard surfaces with no sound absorption... very hard to have any conversation.

    Saturday night its very loud and busy. Reservations are a must. The service was awesome for how crowded and busy it was. I ordered Short Rib Ravioli with Vodka Sauce, another ordered Lasagna with Marinara sauce, and another ordered Penne Pasta with Marinara, We all agreed that the dishes where a little too salty. We would probably return and try the pizza. There is a small service charge on the bill that was not explained. We were on a time schedule, so we didn't inquire what actually the service fee was for. We will return to give it another try.

    Great location and the food was very good. The place was packed. Not a single empty table or bar seat on a Tuesday night at 6 pm. I went with a group of my friends. We ordered meals not pizza. The wait was not long however the food was not hot. It came out warm. Plates were cold and not just mine but the entire table complained the food was not hot enough. I would not recommend if it is very busy.

    Food was fantastic! The place was full on a Thursday night & ambiance was great. Our service was a bit slow, but understandable. Zero complaints. Will eat here every chance we get! (We’re all from out of town).

    What can we say? Moretti's hit's the spot again! What better deal than half-off your pizza on a Tuesday.....from the time we got in and seated to when the pizza came out it was smooth sailing. Our server Jovana(?) was pleasent and came by to check on us often. The thin crust pizza is one of the best I've had....it's surpassed my childhood/adulthood favorite Father & Son's Pizza (Old Logan Square location). Bravo Moretti's!!

    Good experience. We ate on the patio, which was nice. Two things out of anyone’s control - loud screeching children , who were just happy and being kids —- and airplanes flying low. Again- pick a restaurant near O’Hare , that will happen. Food was good , our party thought pizza was awesome. My pasta dish was fine.

    We made a reservation here and we’re promptly seated a few minutes before our reservation time. From the moment we sat down the staff was so friendly, food was fast and delicious and the manager was top notch.  Both of my sons had pizzas, my husband had the spaghetti combo, and I had the shrimp and lobster risotto special. Everything was amazing! I would definitely recommend to others, and we definitely plan on visiting again when we are back in town !

    Went there to celebrate my birthday and it was a great atmosphere. Our servers name was Annette and she was very friendly and everything was great. Very accommodating at helping us with our kids.

    We waited about 15 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us. Someone finally showed up and took drink orders, but we had a feeling we weren’t going to see him again so we ordered everything else. Drinks were dropped off and didn’t see the waiter for another 20 minutes. More families came in and ordered and almost immediately received drinks and food. Almost an hour and no food yet. I had to go to the bar to get refills. That’s kind of embarrassing. As soon as I did that, the food started to show up and the waiter apologized for the delay (great chance he forgot to put the order in. All the food is there, but we still had to wait for my daughter kids pizza which was the first thing we ordered. Overall big disappointment. And I really enjoyed going here. Might be a while before they see us again.

    A good place to have a meal before a Chicago Dogs game! Definitely a more affordable option than many places in the area and way better than the hellhole known as the Murray Bros Caddyshack.

    There were 8 of us coming from a show at the Des Plaines theatre - appetizers first - had shrimp, coconut onion rings, a couple orders of calamari, artichoke dip chips and dip, sour dough cheese bread - then we got the biggest sausage and and mushroom pizza thin crust - good pizza - some ordered entrees and again decent portions. The young server had too many large tables so part of me blames understaffing. Had to ask for plates, missing silverware, after appetizers had to physically get up and look for someone to take our pizza and food order. I usually go to Edison Park. I would still give them a thumbs up but make the drive to Edison Park where service seems better.

    Whoever set up our table, it had 8 plates (4 and 4) set on the table for if someone ordered pizza or appetizers. 3 out of the 8 plates were dirty. We showed them to our waitress who immediately apologized. This was not her fault. It was definitely an oversight on whoever set up the table.

    A little pricey but the food was good, service was not above and beyond but acceptable. the gaming machines are not owned or part of the Moretti's so if you're money gets hung up you have to wait hours for someone to come, we just left the $20 in the machine. If you're going with a group, it's okay.

    Awful experience. Made a reservation for 6:15pm in order to be sat and out at a certain time. Things started well as we got sat 15mins before our reservation. Our drinks did not for at least 15mins. At which time we put in an order for appetizers. When the rest our our party arrived it took at least 10 mins for our server to come over to take their drink order at which time we put in our food order. It was now about 6:45. At 7:15 we still did not have our food and our server came over and said she was waiting for one more dish, but then proceeded to ask us all again what we ordered. By 7:30 when we did not have our food we realized we would have to cancel our order or risk being late for our show. We told our waitress we would need to cancel our order and she said she would have it out in two minutes. Five minutes later after we asked for a manager two of our four dishes came out. Being sat at 6:00 should have left us more than enough time to eat and be at an 8:00 show. Thankfully we had an appetizer otherwise we would have had no food. Our server blamed the mishaps on the bar being busy and not being able to see or hear anything. Meanwhile tables all around us were getting all of their orders in a timely fashion. And for not being able to “see” she was able to point out a coupon we had on our table no problem and mention it. Completely unprofessional service and disappointed that we did not get to eat.

    The pizza was fine as were appetizers and my salmon was good and large portion. My margarita was dripping with salt; cocktails very sweet. We had asked for quiet table so we could visit and that was accommodated. The wine list was perhaps the worst I’ve experienced. There were no dry white wines. I tried a Pinot Grigio, something I often drink at Italian restaurants and it was so syrupy as to be undrinkable. And we were told there were no dry white wines on offer.

    Overall, the food was good. I was the only one that had a problem with my food. I ordered the French Onion Steak sandwich, Medium rare with chips. My food was given to me well done with french fries. I told the waitress (who was very pleasant) and she took my food back and had it redone. I received it again and this time it was so rare it was moooooing. I ended up taking most of it home and had it for lunch the next day where I cooked the meat myself to Medium rare.
