   Was eager to eat here but was met with such terrible service that I will not be back. Came in at 6:30pm to see many empty tables in dining room. Despite this, I was told that I could not be seated until "sometime after seven" because I did not have a prior reservation. Judging from any other establishment I've ever been to, I thought it was strange not be given a definite wait time, and even more to be waiting when there are clearly many tables available, but whatever. However, as I'm waiting there, another group walks in, the woman at the front is asked if they have a reservation, they don't, but then she makes some comment that her sons "went to Arlington" and suddenly they are being taken back to one of the many aforementioned empty tables. If Moretti's of Arlington wants to be a reservation-only establishment, that is totally fine, but they should a) share that very publicly on their website, and b) make it a rule that applies to ALL customers. Guess they are too into their illogical waiting system and 'in crowd' to want my money.

   Food has been outstanding for over a decade. We have never been disappointed with our meals. Our server was engaging and very personable, but he was never intrusive. Only negative is the table size. A booth for four people eating a full meal needs to be wider than an estimated two feet across.

   We really enjoyed our experience at Moretti's. Everything we tasted was delicious from the bread and butter to the soup and our entrees. Our single complaint was that our server was slow to return to our table. She was very friendly and helpful! We just weren't anticipating a 90 minute dining experience. We will definitely be returning!

   Food was really good and seemed homemade - I got the cheese ravioli, boyfriend got the chicken Parmesan. I liked the fact that all the pasta dishes were the same price. Only complaint was that the table was a bit small and chairs were a bit uncomfortable - I would request a booth if possible. I will definitely return next time I'm craving Italian!

   I took my wife here for Valentine's Day. We ended up getting the best seat in the house - a romantic little booth for two with a partition on one side and a clear view of the fire place on the other side. It was the perfect thing for a snowy evening. She got the lasagna and I got the Moretti; both were amazing. It was hands down one of our top ten dining experiences in the Columbus area and we plan to make our visits a regular thing.

   This was our first time here. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Moretti and can't wait to go back for more. The Caesar salad was good, however, was very light on the dressing. So just know to ask for more! We arrived five minutes before our reservations and were told we would have to wait an hour to be served since we were a little late. I politely pushed back and said that our reservations were at 5:00 and not 4:30 like they said they were. We were shown to a table near the door (because we were "late"?), so it was pretty cold. As I was getting ready to pull up our reservations, the hostess came back and told us there was a mix up and we were indeed on time. After that it was pretty smooth sailing. The service and food were fantastic!

   Maybe it was an "off" night, but we just did not like the atmosphere very well. Our server was good, but the food was just not that good for people who like authentic Italian. We had the Grandview Moretti's in mind, and it just felt nothing like the original.

   Food was fantastic. The sausage lasagna i had was delicious. We got the booth next to the fireplace, which is great on a winter evening. Prices are definitely reflective of the neighborhood, but overall a good value because of the quality of the meal.

   Decent food, not the best. Food seems microwaved. Pasta was very thick and chewy not in a good way. Got the veal piccata. Very overpriced for what you get.

    This was our first visit. We were seated promptly when arriving for our reservation for dinner. My partner had a filet mignon and I had the veal marsala. His steak was so small it was served on a side plate. Good thing he ordered a side of Mac and cheese to fill up. My veal dish was okay. The veal wasn't as tender as I expected and the sauce was finished with too much cream in my opinion which took away from the dish. We did see however everyone around us getting bountiful plates of very eye appealing food and we decided that we would return and order more typical Italian pasta dishes giving this place another try. Bread and butter, soup, and my chopped salad were all good. Our server was good as well. They have a nice patio outside that we would like to try once weather warms up this spring.
