    Been to their restaurants… never been disappointed like this… service terrible …busyboys need training…food  mediocre ..pasta crunchy…carbonara had so much pepper ..inedible … pizza ok… salad underdressed… this was at 5:15 not busy for staff to be not attentive

    We had a really lovely experience overall at the Downtown Moretti location. The setting was beautiful and welcoming, and the atmosphere warm. Our main server, a young gentleman, was especially polite, kind, and professional. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and class throughout the evening. The food was also a highlight: the pizza and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious, while the penne alla norma, although undercooked, was still enjoyable. That said, the service at the very end unfortunately didn’t match the warmth we experienced earlier. The lady who came to process our payment was noticeably cold and unresponsive. Her manner felt abrupt, and while she warmly acknowledged some members of our group, she visibly ignored others, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. No one offered us dessert, either, we had intended to order some but expected to be asked, especially given the elevated prices during F1 weekend. While the pricing itself wasn’t an issue, we believe higher service expectations come with it. It’s disappointing when hospitality feels selective. We were there to enjoy a celebratory evening, and though much of it was wonderful, thanks in large part to the gentleman who served us, those final moments left us feeling a little overlooked and underappreciated. Thank you nonetheless to the staff, especially to our main server who really made the night feel special.

    Unfortunately one of the worst meals I have had. The salami on my pizza was very fatty making me feel sick when I ate it. I couldn’t eat it and it was taken off the bill. I was offered something g else but my husband had already eaten his carbonara (which was ok but slightly overcooked)! The wine and desserts were lovely but I left hungry and had to find somewhere else to grab something to eat having spent a lot of money at this restaurant. We travel often and this was truly disappointing!
