   Service was great. Waiter was lovely and cute. I ordered rigatoni alla vodka... I would say I expected better. I've been wanting to try this pasta and definitely had high expectations but somewhat disappointed. Not horrible but definitely not super delicious. Other than that everything was great.

   I had an outstanding experience at Cafe Moretti today. I met with my best friend for lunch. We had the pizza and iced latte. It was delicious and refreshing. I would highly recommend this place as the service is excellent and the ambiance is relaxing, elegant and beautiful.

   The waiter/host guy was extremely rude, took our drinks and never came back. Another waitress had to come take our order instead! But the food was very good!

   We booked a reservation for four at 6:30 p .m. On a Saturday night. Initially we ordered the steak meal only to be told after the order was in that they did not have any more steaks. The manager recommended that we substitute the steak for the lamb. (Which was a rip of) We ordered tiramisu and were told they had sold the last serving. The Manager was willing to compliment the meal with an appetizer. However, upon receiving our bill, we noticed that we were charged for the appetizer. For a restaurant that charges high prices, one would expect that they would have an abundance of food and not run out of food at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. Overall, the food is good, the prices are high, and the communication between the customers, and the servers is poor.

   Been here 3 times now. Good vibe for business lunch or with friends. Food cooked to perfection- gnocchi, tuna tartare with taro chips, salad, burrata pizza, etc, all so yummy. Great service too. Will be back for sure it’s near Yorkdale without the shoppers and parking traffic.

   Started with making brunch plans for my wifes bday Asked for high chair in advance They don't have high chair or booster seats for kids..which means this place is not CHILD friendly Come here specifically for the buratta as they get it from one of my favorite suppliers and man was it mediocre The whole presentation was bad from the amount of tomatoes the fact they cheated out completely on the buratta with a scoop of the inside the size of a spoon Not even enough for 2 people , the olives were cut into little pieces and the basil was barely visible.... I've been to the other locations many many times and decided to try this one and I can tell you From the slow service and not being checked on by staff and the not child friendly to the mediocre buratta salad I won't be coming back to this location which is sucks because everything else was on par and tasted amazing as usual... but trying to save a buck like that definitely isn't the way to go....

    Love Moretti, especially the North York location and I’ve been many times, it’s usually always good, however this night they ran out of meat so we couldn’t order the steak or lamb chops which was a first but ok. Our appetizers were delicious however our pasta dishes were a little bit lacking compared to their normal quality. The plating was even disappointing. Stains around my plate and the plating of the lasagne was not appealing at all, it’s like they just threw it on the plate without a care. I mean it was only 8-8:30pm they weren’t close to closing yet so I don’t understand the disorientation of the food quality and presentation. I feel like tonight was just a one off because we really love this place and are usually very happy and satisfied after our visit.
