    The ambience at Mora is great, but the food lacks flavor. The service was slow and even though we had reservations, it took an additional 15 minutes for us to get seated. The women's bathrooms were all out of soap and out of paper towels. The price tag is high and for what you pay you should expect a good quality meal with decent service and soap in the bathrooms. We've been to Mora a handful of times and probably will not be going back unless we want to grab a drink at the bar and then head somewhere down the street for dinner.

    Such a lively, well run restaurant! The decor was fun, the open kitchen concept was appreciated and the staff extremely professional. We sat outside on the patio, we could see the March Madness TVs from our spot (score!). Our server, Justin, was so welcoming and knowledgable on the menu. We ordered the Funghi pizza for our appetizer, the pickled shallots really stole the show. The Drunken Wifey and the Old Fashioned cocktails were exceptional. Beware: no need for more than one or two... wow! it is strong. For entrees, we ordered the Pork Chop and Pasta Pormodoro. The Pork Chop was likely the most wonderful piece of pork we have tasted; crusted with parmesan and herbs, served with a salad. Citrus Ricotta Shortcake with citrus was excellent (and HUGE). So yum! We had our dessert with Prosecco & Lemoncello. The service was exceptional, from the greeter, to the bartender who brought around our drinks. Extra shout out to Justin who not only knew the best items to order, he also listened to our stories and made us feel like we were long time regulars. I am a huge Chopped fan, especially Scott Conant, and was very eager to try this place. So good, the chefs here have a good menu, vibrant scene and exceptional experience for their patrons.

    We've been to Mora before and it was excellent, tonight it was just good and for $200 for the 3 of us, we'll find alternative accommodations for our next Italian dinning experience.

    This restaurant came with high expectations because the owner allegedly is on Food Network. The setting is beautiful. The Caesar Salad was quite good. The black Campanelle sea food pasta needed more sauce and was dry and tasteless. The bone in pork chop cooked Milanese style as covered with a strong sauce that had an overwhelming flavor or Calabrian Chili. My side order of Spaghetti Pomodoro had an excellent sauce however the fresh pasta was cooked so aggressively that the spaghetti broke up into small pieces. The pricing was high for what we received and like a lot of other restaurants they were short of servers.

    Was a bit disappointed in the pork chop, it was pounded so thin and over fried. Nice wine selections. Probably would not go back, pricey for what you get. Husband had salmon and enjoyed it…don’t get the donuts either for dessert, looks like hamburger buns

    Everything was really good. Only one thing I didn’t like- The tablet outside are too close to rach other. Wr wrte given table for two outside but wr were literally sitting behind others guests back. So we switched to the bar. Hostess should pay more attention since table for two on a nice spot was empty till the rest of the evening.

    Started with happy hour at the bar (great Old Fashioned!) then moved to a table for dinner. Beet salad and Brussel sprouts were great, pasta was very good. Service was quite slow. Would definitely eat here again, next time I'm in Phoenix.

    Overdressed panzanella salad. Dressing was pooled on the bottom of the plate. Hamburger helper bolognese. Dish came out cold, inedible - not even in a red sauce? Not sure if the chef even knows what bolognese is, fundamentally. It had cold, unevenly melted shredded mozzarella on top. Unacceptable for even a school lunch menu item. It was the grossest pasta dish. Overcooked filet - asked for medium, got medium-well. If you’re charging $46 you better know how to cook a piece of meat. It’s not that hard. Where did you find your chefs? They should be embarrassed. Knife cuts on the pumpkin and kale side dish looked like my 3 yr old cousin cut up the pumpkin, which of course led to uneven cooking and some pieces being hard as a rock and others being mush. The skin was left on some pieces, too. Just a complete and total disaster of a meal and a sad show for Chef Conant, whom I expected a lot more from. Only saving grace to Mora is the excellent serving staff and ambiance. But it’s certainly not enough to ever make me come back. Learn how to cook!

    My gf and I went here for our date night. I had been here several times before without her and was excited for her to try. We we were immediately seated for our reservation…then it took me flagging down a sous chef to get someone’s attention after sitting for 15 min with no one coming to the table. Another server was sent and we were told the hostess never gave our server a ticket that noticed them someone was seated. She finally came to the table with the drinks the other server had ordered and said no apology or mention of our wait time. After that it was smooth sailing and good service and ended up giving us complementary limencello and a desert. I’m only writing this review because both of us got sick last night and we both had the Seafood Black Campanelle. I’m very disappointed, since the Wagu Rigatoni is my favorite here and am now thinking twice of ever going back.

    Just a normal Italian restaurant nothing special about this place, $29.00 for small pasta $18.00 for an appetizer with 2 shrimp and the rest just veggies drinks were ok I mean personally I would not coming back is just one of those restaurants that you try once for the hype and that’s it you will never go back again ..

    Six people dining at 6:15pm. Seated quickly, but long wait for food, which was disappointing, especially the pasta, when it finally arrived. In addition, the waiter disappeared often and wasn’t attentive.

    The most amazing dishes that had us drooling the moment we walked in. The ambiance and decor is stylish and invites you to bring friends, family, and coworkers. Gluten free pasta is available and we highly recommend dessert.

    Took 15 minutes to be seated by a rude and incompetent hostess. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter/waitress. Had to go back to the front desk. The hostess never assigned anyone to our table. The waiter was actually nice. The food was mediocre. Wine selection was good. Bananas foster was awful.

    I almost always enjoy my experience at Mora. This time was for my birthday and we had to wait 20 min for a table even with a reservation. The service was not as good as it normally it is. Our waiter was few and far between. I will definitely come back as the food and drinks are some of my favorite, but it seemed like we were rushed and the ambiance was also like that.
