My brother was visiting from Massachusetts and we took him and his wife there. We did the tasting menu and we were blown away. Everything was excellent and the waiter was very knowledgeable and took great care to see that we enjoyed ourselves. My wife and I look forward to a return visit.

Our table wasn't ready when we arrived for our reservation. A larger table on the patio was provided, but the hostess seemed frustrated, wasn't the best communicator as to what we were waiting for, how long it would be, and what would happen next. She also had trouble finding someone to seat us. Otherwise, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, the food excellent and the atmosphere relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

For me this is a perfect dining experience. The food of course is outstanding but the service the pace of the meal and the ambience just elevate it to another level

The ambiance and service was excellent the night we dined. The Boulevardier cocktail was quite tasty. The food was good but our appetizers, both the pork and veal meatballs and polenta, were somewhere between not warm and cold. The shrimp appetizer was quite good. The negative - while the octopus appetizer was good the 2 pinky-finger sized tentacles served for $18 was a flat out rip-off. I mean, really, everybody knows the market cost of octopus so 4 tentacles wouldn't destroy the profit margin model and elevate the portion to the size served at Tarbell's and Virtù Honest Craft.

Our reservations were for 7 people and we were
Seated on time. The service in the beginning was slow. It took a while to get our drinks ordered and served. At that time it was mentioned to the staff that it took quite a while for drinks. Things improved immediately. Server was always friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic. The selections of wine were impressive. I chose
The Barbera and was not disappointed. Loved the overall experience. Thank you to all the chefs and staff. Thank you Scott Conant for an unforgettable dining experience.

Two items I ordered were flavorless. Pizza had no cheese and was very bland. Salad, likewise, extremely bland. We were given a high recommendation for this restaurant and may try again at a future date

Mora is always a great option. The focaccia bread and the octopus appetizers were absolutely amazing. For entrees we shared a couple of the pastas, the diver scallops (superb) and roasted califlower. It was a lovely evening. The service is impeccable and prices aren't bad for what you get. They have a great wine list and cocktails were executed well. Overall, a solid performance!

Italian food at its best. My first time there and i had the chefs signature pasta. So good!!! I see Scot on chopped often. His restaurant is a winner.

Let me start by saying that our server, Michael, was one of the best we’ve ever had. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, attentive and did not rush us through our meal. Secondly our entire meal was absolutely perfect. The Pasta Pomodoro is always so wonderful as is the Scallops that my husband ordered. I wish that I could personally let Chef Scott know what an outstanding experience we had

3 people got the alfredo and had no idea it would all be roasted garlic and mushrooms. They didn't like it..Jenny was great!

Hello Alethea, I am sorry your party did not enjoy the fettuccine dish. Unfortunately, we do not have an "Alfredo" dish on the menu. There must have been some confusion. The dish is listed on the menu as "FETTUCCINE mushrooms, roasted garlic, escarole". Both the garlic and mushrooms are listed as 2 of the 3 items in the dish. Just wanted a nice night out. Food was great. Had the frito misto and sopressata pizza. Also loved my Moscow mule. Sever was excellent! Will definitely come back again and try something different.

The food was excellent; our server Christin, forgot to put our order in after our initial drinks and appetizer; hence while everyone else around us got served, we were forced to wait 45 minute for our dinner; as this was her error, she offered us drinks, we did not want to drink anymore! She should have offered a food discount but was tooooo!!! interested in other tables!! Poor customer service!!!
So very sad!!

We ordered the focaccia di recco, the beets, and four pastas. The focaccia was wonderful -- light and crispy with little pockets of cheese and perfectly salted. The beets were delicious. And all the pastas were very good (the pasta al pomodoro was maybe our least favorite, by just a smidge, but perhaps we were expecting too much!). I would love some more vegetarian pasta options, but their veggie sides are all delicious. Service was great -- attentive, but never overbearing. Love the energy and design of the space.

Excellent service and food! Get dishes to share. Way more fun and you’ll want to try a few things. Pastas are great for sharing as an appetizer. The 40 oz ribeye is pricey but fed 3 of us! Perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Exceptional experience! My husband & I have been trying to get to Mora since it opened. I had high expectations and they were exceeded! The menu was very creative and every single bite was outstanding from the charcuterie tray to the entrees to the dessert. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Opening a great restaurant is 'easy', but sustaining such high levels of excellence over time is (very) hard. Mora keeps on performing at the same level they opened with many, many months ago. If you want to the "beyond the red sauce" Italian cuisine, go to Mora; you will be pleased. [ The Frito Misto is superb]

At the request of our aunt and uncle who were visiting from Florida, we came to Mora for the first time. They had the opportunity to meet Scott at an event in Palm Desert. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Does not live up to hype. You have to buy a piece of bread? Really? An Italian restaurant that charges money for the bread does not appreciate what a real Italian restaurant is about.
