Absolutely spectacular from A to Z.
What a great meal. The food was excellent, our Server Alison was a true delight and professional as they come. We had a wonderful evening.
Best Italian in Arizona, hands down!
It was a great meal!
Easy to make the reservation.
The staff recognized my special event with complimentary champagne.
The service and food were great.
We had a great experience overall with no complaints.
Great food, great service! Well worth the experience.
All four of us were looking forward to dining in the great scott's restaurant - welll
what a complete letdown. The moment we took our seats we were looking up to what
looked like a sports bar with the Sun's game right in our faces.
The restaurant itself is very cool, very well done. Our waiter was a snoozfest - no energy at all. Maybe you should send him back to the hair salon he came from.
We had to ask him for butter, which we never received and cheese for the pasta. He never once came over to see how we were doing. Johnny on spot when the bill was
The food - wellllll we are all world travelers - average at best - we did like the pomodora
pasta - the sauce was nice - but the meatballs - yuck - if you like I will gladly send you my husband's grandmothers recipe and you'll be able to see how to make a real meatball.
I know playing music a high volume is the thing in restaurants but honestly it was really
annoying. Look around at your guests sometime and see that they are there to talk with each other, to socialize. All we ended up doing was having to raise our voices at our table to be heard.
We move on from here - there are so many other worthy places to dine in and we have.
We wanted to try this so called "celebrity chef" restaurant - but just like most celebrities it is all hype and little substance.
Food was great overall. The Bolognese was a tad salty. Amazing scallops and cookie. Had a great waitress. Will be back.
Great food and atmosphere. Staff was pleasant. Only complaint would slow drink service
First time in. Had the best time! Our server was fantastic, super helpful and attentive. The food was incredible! 10/10! Will definitely be back
Must get the focaccia appetizer and the bundino dessert! It was delish!
Food & service was fantastic. The staff was friendly from the minute we walked through the door. The food was delicious as we expected it to be. We had been to Scott Conant’s restaurant in Vegas when he owned it and it was amazing too. We will return!
Our waiter was...the best! His name was Adam Z, we were at table 63. I am a retired Director of Sales and Marketing for Luxury properties, most recently Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City Utah. This young man was so on top of it, great personality and definitely one of the best waiters we've had in quite some time. If I were still in the business, I would be trying to recruit him away. The food was excellent as usual and we love the atmosphere as well...great overall experience speaks to the importance of hospitality in the hospitality business!
Lovely and delicious dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend Mora Italian.
The fresh pasta was phenomenal as were the appetizers. Our server, Fantasia was fantastic:)
Most outstanding service and awesome food! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
We visited Mora Italian for our engagement and had a terrific experience! The food was outstanding, the venue is elegant and modern, and the service was wonderful. They offered us complimentary champagne to celebrate, and made the night feel really special. We will definitely be back!
Loved everything about the experience. Excellent drinks, amazing service, awesome food. Highly recommended
Lisa was AMAZING and took care of us with the best service. The food was on point- never disappointing.
Overall a great place with great atmosphere. They are making bank on there liquor sales. It would be nice to find a bottle of white wine priced in the $30-$40 range. My $18 smoked rye old fashion was expertly made and tasty though listed on the menu for only $16. (Maybe I paid an extra $2 to have it served under a smoke filled glass?) Fine by me though. My Wife's Versace on 7th was also inspired and very tasty with a thick layer of basil/olive oil foam in a coupe glass. Fun to drink but it would have been better if there was more spirited cocktail found beneath the foam. Kind of a short pour as presented. Excellent food all around although the Duck Ragu was a little under seasoned and a bit too al dente. Both issues are easily fixed by asking for some salt and the pasta was not so underdone that we would have thought to send it back, but that would have been easy enough to do. My daughter loved her spaghetti marinara which we were informed was created with house-made pasta and a marina recipe decades in the developement. The Branzino Livornais is the best i've had in the valley. Extremely crispy skin was easily removed in one piece and was used (by me) as a cracker to hold the soft flesh found beneath. I love the shishito peppers but the buttery dipping sauce was just ok. I personally prefer a thicker, cheesy sauce that sticks better to the pepper, but that could be my personal preference. The thinness of the current sauce may please those that enjoy the more pure taste of the pepper. Our bubbly and friendly waitress thought my plan to put the burrata appetizer on the focaccia was a bit unusual but it turned our great! The Salted Caramel desert was sweet as hell but still very nice. Great choice if everyone at the four-top wants just a couple spoonfuls of sweetness. Finally, the cappuccino was perfect although served in what appeared to be a large espresso cup. I could have used a few more ounces. Overall, a very good experience.
Beautiful night with beautiful people. Staff, food and service was amazing.
They forgot a dish but when we asked it came out quickly. Food was excellent. A bit pricey. Overall we really enjoyed and would go back.
The food at Mora is always delicious, well prepared and wonderful . This restaurant is truly a neighborhood gem or worth the drive if from anywhere in the Phoenix area! Scott Conant is a wonderful restaurateur and chef. Our table ordered meatballs, little gem salad, scallops, pork chop and the amazing branzino. We also orders pasta and a great cookie dessert. Eat item was well prepared and fabulous !
Fantastico! Fabuloso! Fresh pasta very lovingly created! Wine was amazing! Cocktails were awesome! Appetizers were great. We were 6 of us and we all loved everything! Deserts were divine!!!
The food tasted very basic, anyone could make the dishes at home. Very under whelming food
Outstandingly friendly service. The food was cooked to perfection. Always a wonderful experience at Mora!
Always love Scott’s restaurants. When he had NYC we went there and LA was great too. Never disappoints
It’s been a while since we’ve been back to Mora. Food and service was very good. Only real “complaint” was that because of a shortage of staff (like many places) there were delays in taking our orders and then serving those courses. Our waiter explained the situation from the get go so it wasn’t a surprise. We never felt neglected nor were we rushed to open the table for the next seating.
It was good but they wouldn’t turn the TV to the suns playoff game because they wanted old fashioned movies on all time. I did not enjoy having a T.V with a direct view of hitcocks the birds during dinner. It was creepy
Love this spot, great place for occasions and celebrations! Food is amazing and staff is very attentive. Definitely an experience :)
Our first dining out experience in 18 months and what a memorable one it was! All of the staff were very welcoming. Our server was fantastic and did not rush us. The presentation of the food was so inviting. The diver scallops had the perfect sear and seasoning. The Tagliatelle was so rich and flavorful. And the Focaccia Di Recco is a must try…crunchy and creamy at the same time. The drink menu has some fun and interesting combinations. Can’t forget dessert…warm and gooey skillet cookie and the creamy, tasty caramel budino. Can’t wait to return!
Food was outstanding and the service was spot on. It was our friends Birthday and the waiter made it a point to say so and the. Let him choose a dessert for his b-day from the regular dessert menu. It came out with candle. All the servers were excellent. Only complaint would be the smoky smell from the smoked drinks was very strong ever time they made one. It dissipated pretty quickly, but was annoyingly strong. Other than that though, the NY strip, Octopus, cheese board and the pork chop were all cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.
Excellent food and service.
Everything was amazing!
Food was really good! We ordered a couple apps and entrees. Our favorite thing on the menu was the Focaccia Di Recco. I had the Wagyu Bolognese, it was good! It was kinda of skimpy on the meat. The only thing that was not good was the seared octopus. It was so seared that it became hard to chew. Overall good food.
The night was spectacular. The pomodoro was spot on. Really beautiful dish.
Everything was amazing.
