   An outstanding meal at a fantastic restaurant. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. Although we arrived ahead of our reservation, we were seated immediately. Riley, who directed us to our table, was friendly and oriented us to the restaurant since this was our first visit. The seating was very comfortable and well-spaced. Kevin, our server, offered us some suggestions. Rare to find on menus, we both started with the bone marrow appetizer. Terrific. I ordered the Wedge Salad and split it with my wife. Perfect. For entrees, we both had the Niman Sirloin Steak with sides of Onion Rings, Brussels Sprouts, and Sauteed Spinach. Perfect. For dessert, my wife had a Cappucino and the Panna Cotta. I had coffee and Espresso Chip Ice Cream. Wonderful. Our whole dining experience was stellar. We will be back.

   Every bite was delicious. Presentation was perfect. Service was wonderful. Wine recommendation made everyone happy. Better than expected. Will return.

   Great service and ambiance. Comfortable seating with adequate space between tables. Good entrees and a wide variety of sides. All in all a very pleasant dining experience.

   Good staff; nice “special occasion restaurant” My family had liked L’Andana, the restaurant that occupied this space previously. Mooo is a worthy successor restaurant. The overall rating of the food from my party of 5 was between 4-5. (Some of the steak temps were spot-on, some a bit under.) Some sides were “good”, some were quite nice. Wait staff was lovely. We had a table in the corner of the back room, which was a good bit quieter, with tables better spaced, and air less stuffy (temp) than the main room, which felt a bit too crowded. My one absolute sticking point with Mooo Burlington (as it was with L’Andana) was reserving half of the small parking lot for valet. There is ZERO reason this is necessary, especially with as many spaces as they hoard. There could be ample parking if they did away or severely cut down on these reserved spaces. The restaurant is right there. It is a 30 sec walk from a parked car. Finally, either have staff open both sets of doors for guests or don’t do it at all. It seemed silly to be tugging to get the heavy outer door open on a windy night, while someone is inside holding the second door open. Make up your mind. It’s a detail, but if you are trying to be a Very Fancy restaurant (like, one with valet) then details matter.

   So good! Service was great. Food was great. Did not feel rushed at all. Ate at the bar and the bartenders were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive.

    We had the Cornish hens. They were so delicious and the sauce truly enhanced and complemented the dish. Presentation was inviting and pleasing
