   Staff overwhelmed with just opening. Menu nothing but vegetable dishes that don't require much prep. Kitchen 1 hour behind making vegetables. Packed restaurant and hostess had no idea how to mange large crowds for seating. Hostess asked if we wanted table in music room or no music. We said no music and got seated in music room regardless. Menu not yet with full options like open table reports so there was nothing I would eat on the choices offered. Left the place before ordering because it was not up to par yet. Maybe come back in 6 months when they figure everything out.

   MoonShadow offers an eclectic menu and a notably quaint atmosphere. We love the mismatched tables, chairs, and dishes. The album cover menus are a great idea and it is obvious that they put a lot of thought into every aspect of your experience. The beverage selection is interesting and my kids love the Blueberry Soda. Can't beat the Happy Hour prices on really good beer. The food has always been excellent whether you go for traditional dishes or the vegetarian options. We can't say enough good things about this restaurant.

   We'd like to give it a second try because it came as a recommendation from a friend. We just had a bad food experience. Entree was way too salty. Appetizer was undercooked. The restaurant concept is great. Fun atmosphere, local food, clever touches (like album covers that open to display the menu).

   Food was wonderful. Bloody Mary was excellent. Food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, but it was well worth the wait.

   My husband and I enjoyed a quiet Sunday breakfast at MoonShadow Cafe. The food was very fresh and they used wholesome ingredients. When in the area, I will return.
